"Gulf Tower 1C, situé au 1051 West Beach Boulevard, est un adorable studio en front de mer avec une salle de bain. L'unité dispose d'un lit queen size avec un canapé-lit qui peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 4 personnes. Gulf Tower 1C a une cuisine complète mais pas de laveuse et sécheuse. Le balcon en verre fermé crée un espace supplémentaire et vous permet d'ouvrir la pièce et de laisser entrer les images et les sons de la plage devant vous. Il y a une télévision et un lecteur DVD dans la chambre. Les clients sont invités à apporter des draps supplémentaires dignes peuvent être fournis moyennant un supplément.


Gulf Tower est dans un emplacement privilégié de Gulf Shores. 1. 5 miles du Hangout populaire et des plages publiques et à 3 miles du Gulf State Park & Pier. Sans oublier la proximité de tous les meilleurs restaurants et boutiques de cette île! Avec son incroyable emplacement en front de mer, l'accès à nos plages de sable blanc est un jeu d'enfant! The room had a great view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. Cleanliness of the unit was terrible! We had to clean before we would move our clothes in. We had to vacuum, clean the floor in the kitchen and bathroom. Also, the linens on the bed were king size and the bed was a queen and the mattress pad was so soiled it had to be replaced. It was shown to the Host! Also, no closet space for someone staying more than one week! I would never rent this unit again and we should get a partial refund for the way the unit was left for us! Also, the furniture was very out-dated! Also, there were holes in the walls and some walls were patched with a different color of paint. Owners need to spend some money and fit it up to make it look presentable!!

The location is really nicely convenient to the Hangout and main drag but far enough away to be quiet. The layout is nice but needs a few updates to be top notch.

Gulf Shores Getaway

Cozy low-key getaway for senior couple with beautiful views of beach and ocean. Short drive to restaurants, shopping, and Gulf Shores Beach. This unit could use a little freshening up, but it was clean and comfortable for us.

It was first floor right above the pool. So ya heard everything!It's small, quaint, and terribly outdated.Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.It served it's purpose, but probably won't stay here again.

This beachfront studio is furnished with basic, somewhat dated furniture, as stated in the description. The owner is currently making plans for updates. In the meantime, its rate and size make it perfect for the couple looking for an inexpensive alternative for a great visit to the Gulf Coast. We have many other properties, with varying sizes and views. A Wonderful Beach Stay

My wife and I spent a workweek stay that really made the grade at Gulf Tower on the Gulf Shores Beach! Our rental was conveniently situated on a portion of the beach that almost felt private, involved less traffic and provided unobstructed views of the Gulf. We really desired privacy and were amply rewarded. Bender Properties were very easy to work with and checked on us several times via text messages to make sure we were satisfied. We loved our experience!

Gulf Tower 1C is a studio with a fabulous, beachfront balcony. It's perfect for a couple wanting an affordable place with a direct view of the Gulf.
