The location was great, it was clean and as expected. The only reason it was not a 5 star is because there is no air conditioning. The airflow throughout the home was bad and made sleeping at night hard especially when it was 90 degrees on a warm October day. The home should have been advertised clearly that there is no air conditioning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ice maker never worked. Microwave handle loose and never replaced or repaired. Loose stone path to garage very uncomfortable and hazardous. Great location. Management responsive and helpful.

GREAT location! Steps to the beach, easy walks to the harbor, restaurants and pier. Easy drives to zoo and surrounding attractions. Condo was very clean and comfortable! Garage parking was so convenient! So nice to have access to rec room, gym and other property amenities. Would recommend and plan to be back!

We like the location. This is our second time staying here. Last year it had everything we needed, but this year there was no tinfoil, saran wrap or baggies. We like to do some cooking occasionally.

Had a wonderful time, place was great.

The property provided everything we could have asked for. The ONLY downfall was being so close to the community bathroom but it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

Beach Getaway

Five of us stayed at this condo and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The unit was well-equipped with everything we needed and conveniently located just steps from the beach. It provided the perfect setting for a combined birthday and Mother’s Day getaway. The property was clean, quiet, and very relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent, and we encountered no issues during our stay.

This was a great condo. Exactly on the beach as described. We stay here every year and will always rent right here. They have all the amenities and everything is in walking distance or a short drive. We learned this year to order food delivery to 900 The Strand N and put in special delivery instructions to the patio we were at. Very easy. Love this place and can't wait until next time!

Beautiful condo

The condo was really large and beautiful. Steps from the beach with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Underground parking was close and really nice to not worry about the car.

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful condo, clean, steps to the beach. Patio looking directly at the ocean. Walk to the beach from the patio. Enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

The complex was a bit confusing to get around but the condo was absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of room for us (2 adults, 3 kids) and could not have asked for a better location.

Amazing View

We walked on the beach daily. My family fought over who gets to sit in the lazy boy recliner. Kitchen is well equipped so we were able to enjoy home cooked meals. We will defnitely stay here again!
