Vue sur l'océan - À quelques pas du sable - Unité Cottage

Les ruisseaux coulent tranquillement au-dessus des cascades vers des piscines remplies de poissons koi japonais entourés d'un paysage luxuriant. C'est le cadre d'un magnifique chalet / condo d'une chambre entièrement meublé à quelques mètres de la plage avec vue sur l'océan.

Les installations comprennent deux piscines, deux spas, un espace barbecue, un putting green, une salle de jeux avec billard et tables de ping-pong, un sauna et une salle d'exercice. Nous sommes situés dans le magnifique North Coast Village Resort sur l'une des plus belles plages de baignade et de surf du sud de la Californie.

Le port d'Oceanside, avec de bons restaurants et boutiques, la navigation de plaisance et la pêche sportive, est d'un côté du complexe, et la jetée Oceanside est à quelques pas de l'autre. Détendez-vous dans un condo entièrement équipé avec balcon orienté sud-ouest, vue sur l'océan, foyer au gaz, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, TV, DVD et DSL.

Grande, une chambre avec trois lits queen (un est un lit escamotable, un un canapé-lit). Grande unité de chalet extérieur. Tout nouveau granit et armoires dans la cuisine et la vanité. Bain récemment rénové.

Oceanside cottage across from beach

This place has beautiful grounds. Most units are in 3 story bldgs. The cottages are the best, on the perimeter of the property, 5 minute walk to boardwalk and sand.

Family trip

We were in town for an extended weekend. This property was in a great location to explore the beach and downtown. Small but suitable for 2 adults and 2 teens. Great views from the balcony.

Ocean front view

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at the NCV cottage. We brought two teen boys that shared the Murphy bed in the living room. I loved not having to make a sofa couch each night! The view was perfect! The dual pain windows helped with the noise of the street. We’ve stayed at NCV a lot and this cottage was one of our favorites. Everything was provided to us in cottage. Plenty of cooking materials. There were tons of boogie boards and chairs in the cottage if you needed them. There were mats laid out to help with the sand control. The cottage had plenty of linens for showering and sleeping. The host was excellent at communication. The air conditioner in the bedroom kept us cool at night. It really was great for our family of four! Thank you! We would stay again!

My husband and i with my 10 year old niece had a wonderful stay in Oceanside. The condo location was great. Plenty big, had everything we needed. The AC was nice to have, very cold. We would stay there again.

Amazing location for beach getaway

Very cute, well kept condo with beach visible from patio. Second story so felt comfortable leaving windows open at night. Easy and quick walk to beach and restaurants in the harbor- so avoids parking hassles. Would definitely stay again. Good communication prior to stay, didn’t really have any issues so did not have to reach out again to owner. Overall excellent, thank you so much Sandy.

Amazing location, great for families

We really loved staying here. Sandy gave detailed instructions on how everything worked, there was just some confusion on where to park to get the keys as the check in lot had minimal parking and many spots coned off. A really nice security guard walking around the property helped us out. We loved the unit, super clean and comfy. Secure parking with a dedicated spot. My 5 year old loved the Murphy bed. The property has many amenities like a huge pool and lots to look at, like koi fish as we walked around. This unit in particular has an ocean view and is half a block to the beach, which can’t really be beat. We loved hearing the waves with our patio door open. Lots of businesses within walking distance, including a playground on the beach. We hope to come back! Thank you Sandy for a wonderful stay.

Breath of ocean air

Condo had everything we could possibly need on our vacation. The location was perfect. Could see and hear the ocean from our condo. The grounds and amenities were wonderful. It was all as advertised in the listing. Actually, even better. Would definitely stay here again!

North Coast Village is Great!

Property is so nice! Easy access to the beach and very clean property! This unit has a great balcony view of the beach. It is clean and well stocked! Everything you would need in the kitchen as well as lots of fun things for playing at the beach like chairs and boogie boards, and umbrellas.

Great Location

We selected North Coast Village and this specific condo based on location. The condo had a great beach view and easy access to the beach, too! It was walking distance to restaurants. We walked to the Harbor each morning for coffee at the Nautical Bean, then enjoyed a stroll around the marina. Conveniently near access to the highway, a day trip to San Clemente was perfect. Sitting on the patio in the evening was a great way to relax. The amenities were endless - a well-stocked kitchen, beach gear, plenty of towels and convenient parking. Unloading our vehicle was easy, just minimal steps away from the condo. It was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful week at the beach!

We loved staying for a week at this property in Oceanside. It was clean, well-furnished and set up. In advance of the stay, the owner was responsive to questions and let us know that there would be ceiling fans and an AC unit in the bedroom because of the potential for higher-than-average summer heat. Temperature was never a problem for us. Great access to the beach, a pool, and other features. Would return.

Summer Vacation

Property was well maintained and monitored, had a great view of the beach/ocean and it was a very short walk to the beach. Big pool inside complex with a separate hot tub, putting green and beautiful coy pond. Plenty to do in the area if if want more than the beach. Accommodations were defiantly 5 star and the weather was magnificent.

Great Unit!

We've stayed in a few units at this development and this has been our favorite by far! The location is excellent. So close to the beach and a great view. The AC unit in the bedroom helps a lot. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you could think of. Will definitely try to book here again!

My son and husband have taken up surfing and really love it. We live in the mountains in Southern California and use the condo whenever we can. My husband actually snow skied and surfed all in one day on his birthday in 2007. We've owned this condo since 1992 and absolutely love the location and amenities.
