Located behind the main house with off street parking and a private entrance. The studio is located in the Greenlaw neighborhood just minutes from Downtown Flagstaff, Flagstaff Medical Center and popular Bushmaster Park. Full size appliances, in-unit laundry and a shared outdoor space make this studio a perfect little Flagstaff getaway. A Queen sized bed and a pull out twin sofa make this the perfect spot for two people.

There is a portable A/C unit in the home that will cool it down in the summertime. Please note that the backyard is a shared space with the main house.

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.

Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete - please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home.

Bi-Weekly groundskeeping is performed at this home the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month.
