Majestic Beach Resort Unit tower 2 - 1608 is located directly on the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach. This 16th floor unit is the perfect height to provide the best beach views. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom getaway has a king bed in the master, full in the 2nd bedroom and a queen foldout sofa in the living room. This unit also has been designed for handicapped accessibility so that a wheelchair will fit under the kitchen sink and the sink in the master bathroom. Both bedrooms and the living room have cable television and wi-fi is provided in the unit. A full size washer and dryer and full kitchen give you all the comforts of home. The jetted tub in the master is a great way to relax after a long day of playing.This unit is 1425 sq feet. Guests will have to pay resort $40 per vehicle when they register.

Majestic Beach Resort offers many amenities. Three beachfront pools, two beachfront Jacuzzis, and two climate controlled indoor pools are just the start. Poolside restaurant and bar, onsite market, and organized activities will keep the whole family entertained.

The six floor parking garage is connected to the tower with enclosed, climate-controlled walkways. The elevators in the towers were recently upgraded to high speed which saves you time when you are ready to go to the beach or out on the town. Majestic Beach Towers is within walking distance of several restaurants and bars and a quick drive to Pier Park, Shipwreck Waterpark, Ripley’s, Wonderworks, and many other local attractions. Guests will have to register with the resort and pay $40 per vehicle.

Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian

We love Majestics, the location is perfect, close enough to walk to shop and eat. Different variety of pools. Room had a great view, very spacious for a family of 5, beds were very comfortable! Was our second year staying. Will be back.

Nice place

The place is nice and clean. I contacted the managing company to let them know the ice maker wasn’t working and they got back to me very quickly and offered to send someone over to work on it or reimburse me for any ice I had to buy. I would definitely stay here again. Only one weird thing was there were no comforters on the beds.

We had a wonderful week in this condo! Check in was very simple and was able to go directly to the condo to begin our week. Condo was very clean and welcoming with an amazing view! We would definitely stay here again!

Dirty, constant plumbing problems, maint issues,never again

The owners need to be aware that the company working for them do not have any professionalism. Rude, don’t care about the client. Always the clients fault so just get ready for that. Listed as a disabled condo . We were both disabled and I assure you there is nothing about the condo that says disabled friendly. Had to hold the shower nozzle in one hand and try to get sand out if my hair with the other since all the shower nozzles are broke and hang down lower than a short person. I’m 5,9” and had one heck of a time in those showers. Request to move to another unit due to plumbing problem and completely ignored. Did refund enough for one day of sitting in the condo with plumbers out of 5 and if you take the cleaning fee out of that it wasn’t even a day! Never will I stay At Majestic again and I’ve stayed many times in different units with no problems but I will never deal with that rental company again! If your going to stay there just stay away from unit 1608 tower 2 unless the owners get a clue! You don’t have to be there they said. Go about your day they said well when you have medical supplies etc in your condo you do not leave it with strangers in your unit. Sent an email to the manager when we left a day early due to plumbing again and still no response what so ever. Over it!

Great Place

We checked in for a 3 day mini vacation and really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Salt and pepper shakers would be nice to have for cooking and the lint tray on the dryer doesn’t go all the way in. Took a little longer to dry clothes but other than that it was great.

Great Vacation

Overall we had a great vacation and stay. One issue we had was the dryer which needs to be updated. It took 3 hours to dry 4 towels and 2 wash clothes. The living room furniture could use some cleaning or updating but overall the condo was nice and roomy. We love PCB and always stay at Majestic Towers!!

Condo was in a great location. The furniture left something to be desired.

Over all it was good. The furniture was a little dated and the ceiling had signs of water damage throughout. The patio furniture was not to my standards or expectations. The chair cushions were ripped open on all and the stuffing was exposed or falling out. Just a cheap fix that would have made a better impression rather than leaving it .

Not what I expected

My mom wanted to leave the minute we walked in. The pictures are a lot nicer than the property. The couches were run down. The carpet in the bedrooms were stained and nasty looking. The a/c didn't work properly and we were HOT most of the time. The property has not been kept up with.

Fun friends beach trip!

This condo was super clean and perfect size for our family and our friends, total of 4 adults and 2 children! The room had everything we needed. The pools were clean and well kept, the security guard closet monitored pools and the outside of the hotel. Nice little bar&grill next to one of the pools, of course no matter where you go the wait for the elevators at certain times will be long, but these weren’t bad. I really liked having our own private parking deck and check in process for parking and unloading… overall we’d go back in a heart beat! One of the nicest places we’ve stayed.

Property was great. Should have restrictions for others who don’t rent chairs and umbrellas . We rent chairs and umbrellas and were close to water but other people put theirs in from of us

Everything We wanted in a vacation stay

Check in was super easy, although the owner didn’t send the email with the information they did return my call the day of checkin so I had some minor anxiety there! But the location was great, plenty of parking, pools, bar with snacks and small meals. It was clean and roomy. Will absolutely stay there again
