Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This coastal themed beachfront condominium features spectacular views from every room! Overlooking the turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this beachfront unit is located on the 14th floor and offers fantastic views of South Padre Island's beaches and Saida Condominiums tropical grounds.

This two bedroom/two bathroom beachfront condominium entails beautiful flooring, updated bathrooms, large bedrooms and a spacious living area tastefully decorated with island decor. The dining area allows guests to eat while taking in the beach views. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. The refrigerator includes an ice maker. The bar offers three additional seating for guests to sit.

The master bedroom offers an abundance of room, a comfortable king size bed, large bathroom and even a love seat for additional seating.
The guest room entails two queen beds, full bathroom and great ocean views!
The outside beachfront balcony is a perfect spot to hangout and enjoy the aerial ocean views!

Great place to relax

We have stayed at this condo many years. Great location with three available pools. The best months are March-May and Sept. -Nov. Although the pool can be chilly in a couple of those months. The condo is well furnished and the beds are comfy. Enjoy.

Great views of beach and Space X launch site!

Condo was great! 14th floor gave us a great view of the resort, the beach, and a direct view of the Space X launch site. The beds are probably the most comfortable ones I've ever slept on. Kitchen is well stocked. We picked up groceries on our way into SPI and cooked almost all of our meals there for the week. Highly recommend this condo.

Great Stay

This place has recently been remodeled and everything is beautiful and Condo was very roomy. I was there for a business event and my family really enjoyed the stay. Rooms were clean and check in with SPI Rentals was easy and staff was very friendly. I will be staying here again.

Very Nice facility!

We pulled together a short notice trip but SPI rentals made the rental process easy. We enjoyed the condo, the view and the pool! We would rent again!

A Royal Visit

All said, this unit is the best we have stayed at thus far at Royal. It has virtually everything you need to enjoy your stay. The view is nice. One thing that would improve the stay would be an adult only pool, especially since the largest pool only has a maximum of 4ft. The check in procedure was very convenient. We will back.

Comforts of home

We arrive for a weekend wedding in the area. Despite rainy weather we had an excellent time at the condominium. The property was well-maintained. The hot tubs were hot and the heated pools were heated. We look forward to coming back with warmer sunnier temperatures in the near future. Almost all the creature comfort seven home were provided in the spacious condominium.

Nice stay

Place was clean, nice and after we got the place cooled down, very comfortable. We had to call maintenance a few times for some nuisance issues, but they responded quickly. The city had a emergency water leak so that was annoying water leak, but office kept me updated. The grounds are lovely and it is always a relaxing time. Thank you!

First time staying at Saida Royal. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Great views of the bay and ocean from the 14th floor. We watched the fireworks at Louie’s from the front porch area. Guess bedroom sliding glass door a little difficult to open/close and only one elevator was working so getting up & down took a little more time. Other than that, everything was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Birthday getaway

Our stay was amazing and our room was excellent. Location was perfect, right on the beach. The staff was very friendly and informative. I loved the fact of 24/7 security. Our room amenities & appliances were all up to date & the condo was perfect. The only issue we had was the guest bedroom ac didn't seem to be cooling properly. I informed the staff which they said they would look into it. Other than that everything else was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

This was our first VRBO. So we did not know what to expect. We brought our own plates, pan, knife, etc. However, the condo had everything including washer and dryer. The view was amazing. It was so relaxing and memorable. The beach had a private entrance and there were restaurants in walking distance. Everything was perfect.

Great views

The condo offers beautiful views. It is clean, however, there was a smell coming from the washer. I recommend doing a pre~wash before visitors arrive. The remotes did not have batteries, the existing remotes did not work in the main room. These were small things that can be repaired. The overall experience was nice! Thank you so much for allowing us make many memories.

Great week with family

Overall, the condo was very clean, comfortable and up to date. It had all the basics; dishes and bath towels (bring your own beach towels). There is a washers and dryer, but bring your detergent. The property was as described . The location was easy to get to, but the resort sign is small and easily missed. The resort was very nice and clean. There are lots of pools and activities to choose from. The management cleans daily. The access to the beach was an easy walk. Security is very good; gated with security guards throughout. Our only complaint was the Lobby needs some love. Very cold and unattractive. There is a strong sewage smell. Thankfully, this is only on the first floor. Overall, the condo is very nice and we would book again.

BEWARE

Before you book this room beware! The owners control the thermostat. After using the stove and oven, the condo gets very warm. Owners control thermostat at 71. After first day owners finally lowered to 68. But every so often would raise the thermostat back up. It was a never ending issue. I have never rented a condo, motel or hotel room where I couldn't use the thermostat as I wanted to!! The condo was nice but the thermostat control was the issue. The owners have an issue on what temperature you have have the thermostat at!!
