Guest will love the interior of this nicely decorated vacation rental property. The living room is spacious and provides plenty of room for guests to sit and relax. The kitchen entails granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Guests will enjoy cooking in the kitchen, which is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom entails a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa that can also accommodate up to 2 guests.

Loved the home!!

House was perfect for our stay. It was an easy walk to the beach & conveiently close to groceries & restaurants. It had plenty of space, kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, beds were comfortable and as a bonus there were beach chairs! We loved it & will stay again.

Excellent Location, Loved the Space

The location is amazing. Within walking distance of restaurants, bars, entertainment. The supermarket is SO close which is super convenient and then a short walk down the street puts you at a very clean beach access point with a mens and women's restroom with some outdoor showers to rinse off the sand. Location was everything for us and the home was well kept and pretty.

Great rental for a family!

My family and I booked the home for same day travel. SPI were able to accommodate us from the beginning to the end of our stay. The home and linens were clean! As a family of eight, we were extremely comfortable! The location was great! Directly across the street was a grocery store (no need for a run to Walmart), walking distance from a number of restaurants including a delicious ice cream shop, and less than a block away from the beach!! Great rental for a family!

Comfort and Convenience

We have stayed at this rental for several years during the winter months. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the beach or the bay. There is a grocery store close by and it is walking distance to many restaurants. The rental has a well equipped kitchen and is nicely decorated.We always enjoy our time there and appreciate the two balconies and spacious garage.

Far from luxurious stay...

Very outdated property, no reviews, but all bed mattress are winked. Can sleep 6, not 8 as advertised. Comfortably staying 6, for opening a sleeper sofa in living room you have to evacuate almost all of furniture to make space.

Life's a Beach

We brought down a group to swim at the Summer Games of Texas in Brownsville. This was a short easy drive to there. We loved the ease of getting to the beach and the house and amenities was great. Dealing with the management company was a breeze and they made everything easy for checking in and out and checked on us during the stay.

Fall stay

This is the first time we vacationed this late in the season, the weather was perfect and the water was warm. It was a nice clean spacious place where we stayed. I had my reservations but it was worth the wait.
