Your South Padre Island, Tx beachfront paradise awaits at Saida IV #602! This charming 3 bedroom/2 bathroom beachfront condo is the perfect spot for a beach vacation with family and friends!
Located on the 6th floor, this renovated condo features updated tile flooring throughout. The living room, dining area, and kitchen is an open concept. The living area offers guests plenty of seating space to sit, relax, socialize with friends, and look at the ocean! The flat screen tv is perfect for watching sporting events, news, movies, and shows. The couch fold out into a sleeper sofa to accommodate two more additional guests. Guests will love preparing meals in the newly remodeled kitchen, which is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. The large kitchen countertop allows a spacious area to prep food. The dining area is large and has plenty of seating space for families and friends to enjoy a home cooked meal! The dining table offers seating for six (6) people and an additional four (4) bar stools along the kitchen counter. This condo also has a washer and dryer for guests to use. The master bedroom entails a comfy king size bed and features windows looking out to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! There is a flat screen tv in this room as well for guest's viewing pleasure. The master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom. The first guest room is spacious and entails a queen bed. The second guest room features two twin beds.

Saida IV #602 has excellent beachfront views of the Gulf of Mexico and SPI's beach! Located off the living area is a spacious beachfront balcony where guests can feel the ocean breeze in their face, and take in views of South Padre's beautiful beaches and the Gulf of Mexico! When guests want to cool off, there is no better place than the pool area! Saida Condominiums features three pools, one is heated at all times throughout the year! The complex also has multiple tennis courts and a great private beach access! The pool area features lounge chairs, plenty of tanning areas, and several hot tubs! Guests can walk to the beach easily by using the private beach access at the condominium complex.

We will definitely stay here/with SPI Rentals again!

Location, location, location! We were hesitant to book this place over others due to minimal reviews. I'm so glad we took the chance! The size and layout of the condo worked perfectly for our family. The views were incredible and the walk to the beach/pool were easy! I would definitely take their advice on bringing extra blankets, TP, paper towels, detergent, and anything to cook with (oils, salt/pepper, etc). You may also want to bring some cleaning spray if you are staying long enough to want clean counters. Check in was easy and the condo employees were incredibly friendly. My only complaints: the primary bathroom shower never got hot and the bathrooms weren't very clean. We will definitely stay here/with SPI Rentals again!

The unit smells VERY musty. DampRid is BADLY needed. Also something is eating the dresser in the middle bedroom. You could see the wood chips where the damage was occurring. Additionally, when you are in the master bathroom at night you can hear scuffing and chewing in the water heater closet. Could not see them but definitely could hear them. No hair dryers in either bathroom. No casserole dishes, serving dishes. One only prong for mixer. Only TWO (2) regular size glass glasses! I thought the management company was suppose to check these things after every guest stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Saida Towers. The condo was lovely and very roomy for our family of 7 ! We appreciated the amenities especially the hot tubs since the weather was cool. We also loved the beachfront view and easy access to the beach. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Filthy Place, Needs serious work and updates

In my 30 years of going to South Padre, this was by far the worst experience ever. When we walked into the door we were immediately hit with a pungent musty smell, as well as a filthy condo. The floor was still covered in sand, dirt, long dark hair and dried food from previous renters. The bedding had stains on it in all three bedrooms, the bathrooms were filthy. SPI Rentals had the cleaning crew come out twice during our six nights and it never felt clean. The description states the kitchen is renovated and fully stocked. That is not true. It may have been stocked at one point, but there was not much to choose from, and all of it had been put up in the cabinets still dirty. The only thing “renovated” in the kitchen is paint, floors and a new dishwasher. The oven is rusted and it was so unsanitary that we didn't even feel like we could cook there. There is a washer and dryer, but those are both rusted and the washing machine leaked and was full of cheerios. This condo needs a serious overhaul, and SPI Rentals and the owners need to communicate about realistic expectations to get this place ready for renters. The only thing this place has going for it was the view. I will never stay here in the future and cannot recommend it to anyone unless all the issues we brought to SPI Rentals are rectified. I couldn't wait to get home and shower the grime from this condo off. It was truly gross.

Location is great.

Smoke alarm kept going off (3x in the middle of the night). Maintenance came but couldn’t figure it out, so never got fixed. 2nd bathroom has a terrible odor. When the toilet is flushed in that bathroom, there’s a loud disturbing noise in the adjoining bedroom that goes on for about 10 minutes. Not calming in the night hours. The layout and location were good.

Wonderful and Spacious

Lovely decor, unexpectedly spacious, perfectly located, easily accessible. Highly recommend to travel light: beachwear, casual outfit and one semi-formal outfit is all you need. I felt at home by the first night. Oh, the views from the balcony were awesome. The beach is a 3 minute stroll away. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a bar inside the complex. I'll definitely stay again.

The best !!!

Excellent location,super clean,spacious, excellent view, every morning we enjoy our coffee from the balcony seeing the ocean,absolutely gorgeous, the staff very friendly,close to restaurants, shops,etc. We have the BEST vacations ever !!! Can wait for the next time, next year or sooner !!
