Your next home away from home, you will absolutely love the location, the space, and the unique architecture of this 3 bedroom and 2 bath apartment. High ceilings, gorgeous windows, brick accent walls, it is all truly spectacular. Located in the central business district, you're steps away from a street car stop, a block from the National WWII Museum, and a short walk from the Mississippi River. Enjoy modern kitchen and bathroom finishes.
We had a great time in New Orleans and what a great location! Just steps away from the World War II Museum and minutes away from so many nice restaurants and bars! Very clean and the host was very responsive! We would all stay here again!
David's place was a perfect spot for our family to stay. It is walking distance to the WWII museum and to lots of restaurants. We enjoyed the short time that we stayed there and would stay at the same place again.
Perfect location to walk to the convention center, WWII museum, and anything in the CBD or warehouse district. Clean, comfortable beds, lots of space, will stay again in the future.
We were extremely happy with our stay. The unit is very comfortable and had the necessary essentials! Very secure and the location provides easy access to many things. Host is very responsive and helpful with any issues. We would absolutely stay here again.
First, the property manager was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a small problem with a shower and he was on site fixing the part within an hour. The apartment was very clean and had everything, appliance/convenience, we needed. Three adults and three private bedrooms. Great location in the Warehouse District. Good restaurants and convenience stores near by. You could throw a baseball and almost hit the WWII Museum. Uber rides to the French Quarter were very reasonable. We all would highly recommend this property.
Nice place, great location. Be aware of renovation work.
Stayed in town for a week. Really liked the place. Clean and met our needs. Great location. Across the street from the WW2 museum. A mile from the quarter. One drawback for now ( and why I gave 4 stars) is the 2nd part of the building is being renovated. Jackhammering and construction truck beeping started as early as 6am and always by 7am on weekdays we were there. Right outside our window. A couple of months from now, it probably wonât be an issue but I like to sleep in a bit more on my vacation. May not have booked this place if I knew. Tip for parking - I used the Pelican parking lot a half block away. Typically $30 per night but they also offer a monthly rate of $125 AND prorate after the 15th. We were there starting the 17th so parking was only $62 for the whole stay. Was able to come and go as needed.
Great location near the World War II Museum and a lot of great restaurants. A lot of New Orleans is pretty sketchy now a days, but this seemed pretty safe at all times.
I would recommend this property. It is very convenient for the WWII museum. Also, there is a bus stop right across the street that will take you to Canal street. A great pizza place is right around the corner (Magazine Pizza). The only negative is the parking. It stinks. We often had to park 2 or 3 blocks away and walk back. If you can park when you arrive and simply ride the bus or walk that would be best. The unit could also use a washer and dryer. The property managers were great and responsive. The property is clean and the 3 beds are comfortable. Nice and roomy stay for 6 people.
Location was great, everything went smoothly from start to finish. Only problem was the water didnât get hot in one of the bathrooms, but other than that I loved everything about the apartment.
