WE really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, which was conveniently located near the convention center and several adorable coffee shops and restaurants. For value and location., I do not think it can be beat! We would absolutely stay here again!

Charming, historical, shabby chic condo in a great location. Price was very reasonable for the location. The condo offers tremendous value, particularly for travelers with larger parties. Beds and pillows were very comfortable (firm and plush), and bathrooms were clean, renovated and well stocked. Bring plenty of old socks if you stay here, since the historical wood flooring can be a little rough, and note that there are no elevators and a bit of walking to get from the parking lot to the condo.

I would highly recommend this property. The host was incredibly accommodating in the communication was so fast.We are actually from New Orleans and we’re having work done on our home, and the construction kept getting delayed, and our host was so incredibly accommodating. They made our already stressful situation just a little bit easier on us because they were so accommodating and we felt safe knowing that we had a place to continue to stay while our home was being renovated.Because we’re from New Orleans we’re very familiar with the city, in this condo is located in a great location it’s incredibly safe, and super quiet. There’s off-street parking which made me feel safe, knowing that my vehicle was in a secure garage. As well, there are a number of locked/coded gates, and doors that you have to go through, which makes you stay that much more secure. I would 100% feel comfortable staying here again and booking with this host if I ever need a space to stay, and will definitely recommend to family and friends that are coming to visit from outside of New Orleans.

Host had good communication before the trip and everything about the entry to the location went smooth. The condo condition was nice and clean had the amenities that we needed. Clean-up rules were pretty easy and the location was just what we wanted.Would rent again.

This was a great place to stay! Clean and had plenty of space for our family Christmas trip.The host was very easy to get a hold of and gave very clear and easy to understand instructions. The area was nice and an easy walk to Bourbon st, Caesars Casino, and the WWII museum. Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t mind a couple of flights of stairs.

Wonderful historic home!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our group! The balcony and patio behind the building were our favorite parts! The host was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, we loved it! The host was clear with check in/out instructions and provided an amazing place to stay. The area is fantastic with coffee places, bars, grocery store, nail salons & more all within 5/10 min walk. We loved that we were close enough to Bourbon St for a night out but far enough to take a break on the quiet deck patio with a beautiful view of the bridge. It was perfect for our group of 4 and we had more than enough space. One side note - The stairs can be tricky with luggage or groceries. We didn’t mind but if stairs are an issue, the top unit may not be best. Thanks for having us! I would definitely recommend this place to someone visiting NOLA!

Really good communication with owner! Clean and matches the pictures. The walk to the French Quarter is really nice and there’s great access to food in the area.

The unit was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and well taken care of. The floors were very creaky in spots but that's expected of a historic building and just added to the charm in my opinion! I'd rent it again next time I have a group together for an event in New Orleans!

Fantastic stay

As the title says, our trip was fantastic. Easy to check in, owner/management team was responsive to questions, and we didn't run into any issues. All 7 of us were able to sleep comfortably. Would recommend staying here. The neighborhood was safe. It was easy to walk to restaurants or bars as well as take Ubers/lifts. Thank you!!

Great apartment short walk to WW2 museum

Just returned from a family wedding in NOLA. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to my question. Location was convenient and parking was a breeze. Highly recommend this for families as long as you can handle the stairs. Highly recommend.

NOLA weekend!

House is as perfect as the description! We were a party of 8 and there was plenty of room for us all to be comfortable. Location was great and walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. Damon was excellent with communication, instructions as well as accommodating us for an early check-in! Thanks so much! Will definitely stay here again!

The size, location, and management of this vrbo property is everything I hoped for and more. Communication from the owner is prompt and helpful and check-in and check-out were very straightforward. The space is clearly well cared for and stocked with necessities. The location is wonderful for walking to destinations and also close to the tram line. Highly recommended!

Convienient townhouse to French quarter, CBD and Garden District

We needed a place near Gallier Hall and this was perfect. We visited the WW2 museum and its rooftop bar! Close drive to Magazine and St Charles Ave shops restaurants and other rooftop bars we wanted to enjoy. Only 1.5 miles to Frenchman street. Perfect accommodation for our group of 6 and visiting guests. Everyone thought it was perfect.

Great, historical place in a good location!

This apartment was a perfect place to stay with 2 coworkers for a convention this past week. It was too hot to walk on the mornings of the convention, or we would have easily walked. This was close to the street care line and not too far from the French quarter. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable!

Our condo was “shabby chic” in keeping with the age of the building. Also spacious and clean, well maintained with a lot of charm and good coffee. The French Quarter was an easy walk and the neighborhood felt safe. The kitchen was minimally equipped with dishes, but who wants to cook or eat in in New Orleans? The condo is on the 3rd and 4th floors of a building with high ceilings. It was 43 steps to the Third floor. Once we had our bags upstairs this wasn’t an issue, but it would be for anyone with a bum knee or any kind of a mobility problem. Other than that it’s a good find that we would recommend.

Great location - Amazing Host!

It’s a beautiful historic home within walking distance of the French Quarter. Perfect size for our family of 6. The Host was absolutely fantastic. We had originally booked a different VRBO and with less than 24 hours til check in they could not be contacted. So out of fear of not having somewhere to stay we were forced to book this last minute and the host was immediately responsive and provided us with clear communication. Everything was great the location itself as well. The home was clean, large enough, with all the necessary amenities. There are a lot of stairs.
