Located at 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a condominium resort with a Caribbean Flair. This 3 bedroom 3 bath unit has 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in the 2nd bedroom & 2 Fulls in the 3rd bedroom, sleeping 8 people.

This spacious condo has all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. There is an excellent ocean view from this 7th floor balcony. All bedrooms and living room have a flat screen TV. Your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops. The appliances include built in microwave, dishwasher, flat top stove, oven and refrigerator. There is also a full size washer and dryer in unit as well as free Wi-Fi.

For amenities on the property there are outdoor and indoor pools, a hot tub along with a delightful lazy river and a kiddy pool. For those adults that like working out there is a glass enclosed exercise room with a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool areas. This property is NOT motorcycle friendly!!

great stay quiet neighborhood

overall it was a great stay. Nice location to the beach and it fit all our needs. The dishwasher and the sink was clogged when we checked in and it didn't get fixed till 2 days after we arrived. we like that its nearby a mini mart and a souvenir shop.

Overall, the accomodations met all of our expectations. Nice room; Comfortable beds; Clean; Had everything we needed. I would be glad to stay there again in the future, and will recommend to friends.

Great room but unwanted guest

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay. This place is more family friendly in a more family friendly location. The view is great. Plenty of space. There is technically an outdoor pool but it's completely covered by a roof so there is no sitting in the sun by the pool which was a bummer but the pools and hot tub is nice nonetheless. Short walk across the street to the ocean. Unfortunately our condo had a roach issue. We saw more than 9 roaches in separate rooms. I reported this to the office and they responded a few days later and basically just said " that's crazy, we're sorry about that - we get it sprayed but we will mention it to them". Not rude but we paid a lot to risk bringing home roaches and that was a bummer.

Great 3br/3ba Condo with Ocean View

Condo is very clean, well maintained, large rooms and large baths. Location is ideal on Crescent Beach. My 3rd condo rental in MB, and by far the best. Sunday check-in was flawless, early morning checkout was a breeze.

Absolutely Beautiful Condo!

I was a little nervous as this was the first time I had ever actually booked a place myself for my family. The process could not have been any smoother. The staff at NBR was super accommodating to our needs. The condo at Malibu Pointe was beautiful and very clean, just as the pictures demonstrated. I would absolutely book again!

Nice place

Overall the unit was nice. We had plenty of room, but the cleanliness needed a lot of improvement. When we got there the cleaning staff was still there cleaning and checking was at 4pm and we arrived at 5:30pm. Refrigerator was left dirty, floors were left dirty, balcony was left with dirt and rust and broken glass on the floor.

Ocean view relaxation

The property was as advertised with an angled view of the ocean. The facility had pools for the kids which was great. The employees of the condo were very friendly. The agency we rented through made the process extremely easy and seamless. We had plenty of towels and the kitchen had adequate dishes, pots and pans. My only disappointment was the floors and furniture should be cleaned better. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
