Ce spacieux condo en bord de mer de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains peut accueillir confortablement 7 personnes. Il y a 1 très grand lit dans la chambre principale, 1 grand lit dans la 2e chambre, 1 lit superposé avec plein en bas et deux lits jumeaux en haut dans la 3e chambre.

Ce 5e étage, condo en bord de mer direct a récemment été mis à jour et dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée pour préparer les repas, laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité, TV dans toutes les chambres et le salon.

Hyperion Towers est situé dans la section Cherry Grove de North Myrtle Beach. Wished we could have stayed longer

I just hated it was booked from Thursday to Saturday so we had to check out and find another place to stay until Saturday. We will definitely choose to stay here next time we come to North Myrtle Beach.

Good Unit

The unit was very clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the ocean front balcony! The third bedroom mattress was in very poor shape having a permanent sagging spot; it needs to be replaced. The TV in that third room also didn’t work even after following the posted instructions. The dishwasher didn’t clean very well and required handwashing of some items. Overall nice place, just needs a little attention.

Quick Family Getaway

We had a quick family getaway at this condo. The unit was clean and provided space for the 6 of us. It was nice to be north of the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach during the day but still close enough we could go to dinners and enjoy time out in the evenings closer to Myrtle. We enjoyed our stay.

Condo was super clean, well furnished with nearly every kitchen appliance imaginable. The view was spectacular. Wonderful side building pool, perfect for small children and those wanting protection from the NC heat. Large sunning deck for those who prefer to tan in a secluded setting. Ample luggage carts and large elevators with easy and secure access via he main and side doors. The location is ideal for those looking for a more residential beach setting - situated at the far end of North Myrtle Beach. Higher-end restaurants, easy access to grocery stores and seafood shops. Just a few short minutes from many family-oriented attractions and prime outlet malls.

Would stay somewhere else next time

I would give this property 2 out of 5 stars. The 2 stars are for location, ease of access to the beach. The cons are this property was absolutely filthy. It appears the property was just simply turned over for the next guests and not cleaned at all. The floors were covered in sand and dirt and there was hair all over the floor and in the showers. There was mold and mildew in the showers and two of the beds had sand in them. Before I felt comfortable letting my one year old crawl around or take a bath I went to the store and bought cleaner and had to scrub the bath tub and floors. The floors had wads of hair in every corner and under the couch had left over snacks (cheese itz etc) from previous tenants. Would book elsewhere next time.

Very clean, great location would stay here again. Only downside to the stay was the mattress in the queen bed was very uncomfortable.

The drop off box was at the office and not at the property.

Called the number and they gave directions and they was wrong. We couldn’t understand why they couldn’t give the information over phone. Will not stay again. It was a very bad experience.

View is awesome. Would have liked beach chairs and umbrella for beach. Had to buy them along with all paper goods for bathroom and kitchen. These seem like amenities that the host should provide. Liked having a blender. Wanted to reheat pizza. No foil or baking sheet. Water pressure and hot water were not the best for showers. Nice neighborhood. Light and airy. Beds were adequate. Will be back. Overall great location. Nice layout.

Great family beach stay

Wonderful location located right on the beach with beach access just below the building. Amazing view of the ocean. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen. Just a couple of maintenance issues like clogged shower drain, tub that did not have a proper stopper, and unable to get the TV working in the bedrooms.

Vacation 2023

Our stay at this location was great! The check in process was so easy and we absolutely LOVED the keyless entry to the building as well as to our condo - no having to keep up with keys! Beautiful view of the ocean and absolutely loved the seating on the balcony. The dryer in our unit stopped working, but contacted the property manager and they were so helpful in getting that issue resolved. All in all, our family would definitely stay at this location again! Great vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is located directly on the beach with a fabulous view and was right at the boardwalk. It made stashing our sand toys and chairs in the vehicle ideal for keeping the mess out of the house. The parking garage was extremely tight! If you’re in a big vehicle you better get your CDL before coming. We arrived after hours and wasn’t given the door code to access the building- only room information. This was a bit frustrating but luckily we happened upon a family coming down that shared the information. When we got into the house, it was clean-ish. Wads of hair still in the showers, bugs on the counter (not roaches) and general food yuck on the stove and fridge. I would highly recommend a new cleaning company! This is not a reflection on the home, because I know the owner wouldn’t know this information without reading reviews.
