Come check out all of our amenities - Cafe/Bar, Gift Shop, Adult Pool, Updated Splash Pad, Pickle Ball Courts, Grilling Pavillion, Putting Green, Lazy River & Slide, Large Indoor Pool, Basketball Court, Tennis Courts, etc. This 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath corner unit in the newly branded The Oasis at Orange Beach (formerly Phoenix West II) is very inviting and equipped with the latest conveniences. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and a stunning view of the beach and gulf. The balcony overlooking the gulf is spacious and has comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy the gulf breeze. We outfitted the unit with everything that we have found we needed when we vacation. The complex has a lazy river, both outdoor and indoor pools, a fitness center, a putting green, tennis & pickle ball courts, arcade area and grills for BBQing, etc. Something for everyone. In addition to these great amenities, coming in the late Spring of 2024, there will be a Café & Bar, an improved splash pad, an adult pool, a Pavilion and outdoor game area. The renderings of what you can expect are in the photo section.

The owners also own the 3 bedroom unit next door which is good if you need to book accommodations for a large group and would need 2 units. Guests receive a 10% discount if they book both units no matter the length of stay.

We loved this condo. Everything was clean, close to things to do, right on the beach, beautiful views etc. we would absolutely stay here again. The owners were quick to respond every time we contacted them. FANTASTIC vacation spot!

Great place for big families

We really enjoyed our stay. There is something for everyone to do on the property and the surrounding areas as well. The kids loved the Lazy River and water slide. The kitchen was well stocked which is a huge plus for our family as we all love to cook.

Family vacation

Wonderful unit in a very family friendly building/amenities. Elevators were fast and the lazy River and water slide were big hits for our kids. Super clean and comfortable. Will try and book again 100%.

Great Vacation

"Talk about a Room with a View". Everything was wonderful & exactly as we'd hoped. This was a great retirement celebration with all my children & grandchildren. The Lazy River & Pool was a big hit for all. The Fitness Center was also well laid out & frequented often.

Great property!

A beautiful property. Fantastic balcony. Comfortable furniture, great beds AND pillows. Nice to have an ice maker on the beach and a separate wine cooler. Great location to stores and restaurants. Plenty amenities. If there was any complaint at all would be the elevator.

Wonderful Stay

The place was super clean and smelled brand new! We had tons of space for 8 adults and 3 children. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed! Highly recommend staying here! Side note about the fitness center, they have two huge sets of free weights for you to use along with everything else pictured on the listing. I wasn’t sure and couldn’t find anyone confirming in the reviews if there were free weights or not. Happy surprise!

Best condo we've ever stayed in!

This condo went beyond meeting our expectations! Everything about it was perfect...the balcony was probably our favorite feature of the entire place and we spent a lot of time out there lounging on multiple seating options. The inside was pristine and absolutely beautiful. They even had books, games and movies available to use! Our only disappointment was with the size of the pools. But having such great beach access and such an amazing condo, we will definitely choose this one again next time we come to Orange Beach!!

Great Girl’s Trip Spot for six

We throughly enjoyed ourselves and the house was very clean and offered all the amenities needed. Three exceptions experienced… the toilet tissue paper was subpar 1-ply, really?? …and offering unsecured WiFi was a joke who does that these days and lastly the countertop blender’s gasket needs to be replaced… we had to use the small food processor to make frozen cocktails which was a pain.

Fantastic Beach Front Condo

We stayed at the condo for a week in early August. It was myself, my husband, his parents and his sister and her family including two teenage girls. The condo was absolutely perfect for 8 of us — plenty of room to spread out and make ourselves comfortable. Can’t think of anything we needed that was not already provided, the owners truly thought of everything! The balcony was probably our favorite part of the unit — even in early August it was so pleasant to sit out there, relax and watch the ocean — many mornings we saw dolphins playing in the ocean which was fun for all of us! I would not hesitate to rent this unit again! A++++

We loved the condo. It was the perfect size for us. We were disappointed that the blender and food processor didn’t work. The elevators are a major problem. There are very long waits just to get on one. This will likely affect our decision to stay somewhere else next time. We were able to make great memories at Phoenix West II.

Pure perfection!

This was such a beautiful place with stunning views and something for everybody. It was the PERFECT place to treat our kids and grandkids (ages 2-7) and make tons of memories—jumping waves in the ocean, building sandcastles on the beach, collecting shells, jumping into the pools, racing down the pool slide, relaxing in the lazy river, playing on the splash pad, warming up in the hot tub, and even kicking a beach ball around in one of the building’s enormous open areas as it stormed outside. The condo was very well equipped, even including a large beverage refrigerator and ice maker. Lots of pots and pans, crockpots, etc. (although we avoided using a couple of pans with badly scratched non-stick surfaces). And the master bedroom closet was large enough to set up a pack and play for the littlest one. This condo couldn’t have been a more perfect accommodation to fit our family. And squeaky clean, which was also a priority for us. Also, great sound insulation…aside from a couple loud claps of thunder, it was incredibly quiet. The views from the balcony were spectacular and offered a strong cooling breeze—we LOVED hanging out there to watch the daily storms roll in. And having covered parking in the 12-story parking garage was a huge bonus, especially with the heat and the storms. The only negative, as reflected in other reviews, was the elevators. There were just 6 elevators for a 30+ story building, and one was out of order the whole week we were there. And…they stopped on pretty much every floor. When moving in, the beach and pools were being cleared due to a storm. It took about 10-15 minutes to catch an elevator that had space for my cart full of all of our stuff…but we managed, and it actually became a source of laughter as the week went on.

Everyone had a great time. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, restaurants and entertainment for all ages in our group of 10. The unit was perfect for our stay, We had heard about the potential problems of such a large complex with 6 elevators, but we never had an issue waiting prolonged periods for an elevator. We will be looking to book again.

We had eight people for seven days and had plenty of space. The location is central to restaurants and entertainment. The amenities are fantastic.
