L'appartement est le grenier d'un immeuble de 5 étages avec ascenseur. Il se compose d'une chambre, d'une salle de bain, d'un grand séjour-cuisine et d'une terrasse.
Dans l'entrée, il y a une grande armoire et un placard qui vous permettent de ranger beaucoup de choses. La salle de bain avec fenêtre a une grande douche.
la chambre avec sa propre armoire donne sur la terrasse et a une vue magnifique sur la mer avec une grande fenêtre. Allongé dans son lit, vous pouvez voir la mer!.
le grand salon a une grande cuisine où vous pouvez cuisiner et une table pour 8 personnes. Dans la même pièce il y a un salon avec canapés et canapés-lits. le séjour donne sur la grande terrasse de plus de 20m² avec une vue extraordinaire sur le port, la baie de Nice et les montagnes. au printemps et en automne, découvrez les Alpes enneigées et la mer bleue est extraordinaire.
L'appartement est très lumineux et aéré car il a un double air, et est également particulièrement paisible et calme.

Appartement agréable et super bien situé avec une vue époustouflante ! Bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Immeuble calme mais proche de ttes l’es commodités. On aimerait bien y revenir.

Vue incroyable

Très bel appartement avec une très grande terrasse donnant sur le port Vauban. La vue est exceptionnelle. L appartement est situé à 5mn du centee d Antibes et est au calme. Très confortable et bien climatisé. Je mets 4 étoiles car l immeuble aurait besoin d une bonne désinsectisation. Sinon rien a redire l appartement est magnifique.

Excellent stay in Antibes.

Wonderful stay. Apartment is clean, spacious, and well equipped with an unbelievable view of Port Vauban, the Bay of Angels and the Alps. The location was perfect with a lift to the fifth floor apartment. Walkable to any part of Antibes. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, shopping, and services nearby. Owners were responsive and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Very convenient, a four minute walk from the train station and only a few steps into the old town. Worked well for two adults and two teens. No hesitation in recommending.

Perfect Antibes holiday home.

I was already aware of the location of the apartment from previous visits to Antibes , so knew it would be good. But on stepping on to the balcony I could see the fabulous view , ever changing as the days went by . Truly stunning. All communication with Laura was prompt and welcoming. So much to do in Antibes and the surrounding area . It really helped having both the train and bus station about 5 minutes walk away. Thank you.

Wonderful accommodation in Antibes

My spouse and I loved this accommodation in Antibes with its homey feel, excellent sun and light exposure, spectacular ocean view and central location. The spacious suite had all the comforts and room to make this your base to explore from and then come back to for a pleasant evening on the deck. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights stay. The apartment is as listed with the terrace and view the outstanding feature. The location is great for walking to all- restaurants, museums, old town and the beach. The owner communicates well before and during the stay. Would recommend.

Incomparable View!

This property is all about the view from the terrace which spans from the Maritime Alps in the background all the way to the yacht harbor and Antibe‘s old town with the Picasso Museum. Spending time on the terrace over dinner was a wonderful experience, making the apartment more than an opportunity to spend the nights. As for the apartment itself, everything worked and we had what we needed. Thank you.

Amazing modern and spacious penthouse, ideal location

My wife and I had a wonderful stay - the location was perfect (5 minute walk from the train station, 5 minute walk into the heart of old Antibes and the harbour), and the apartment was modern, clean and very spacious. Lots of light as well - the view from the patio is amazing. Thank you!!

Holiday from the beginning

Beautiful, spacious flat with a wonderfully large terrace and a fabulous view over the entire bay, the marina, all the way to the peaks of the Maritime Alps! 5 minutes walk to the old town area with many nice restaurants and shops. Completely uncomplicated and reliable handling by the host. In short: pure relaxation!

Antibes 10 years on

Very convenient location with good access and great balcony views. Ample space and facilities. Laura is very helpful with excellent communication. First time back after 10 years when we were regular visitors to a different apartment now no longer available, this is a great replacement to which we will happily return.

Nice apartment with even nicer view

We spent a very nice week in this apartment, with the large terrace overlooking the harbor and sea beyond. When arriving the floor were not really very clean, and there was no coffee brewer or regular toaster, but otherwise everything was ok. We also realized that we hadn't noticed in the add that there was no dish washer. We just assumed that at this price, there would be one. However, since we were only two persons, that was no real problem. We also had missed in the add that smoking was allowed, and when realizing this a few days before going there, we got really worried that the apartment would smell a lot of tobacco smoke. That turned out not to be a problem, there was no smell of smoking. The location is great, close to the old parts of Antibes. Parking was less of a problem than we thought. Although packed with tourists, we could almost always park in Rue Honoré Ferrare, just one block away.

Nice appartment fantastic vue

Great Big terrasse, fantastic vue over the Marina and the see. You Can walk to every places in the old town. The appartment is A Great size for 2 adults and 2 children. Aircondition and wifi are Great. Missing a parking place. Had to pay 62 Euro for 1 week in the Qpark nereby. The host a Very Nice and helpfull.
