Great location and amenities

Ocean views and beautiful pool area, with great beach access and beach umbrella/chair service. Location between Eastern and Deer lakes makes a beautiful setting for walks and bike rides.

Great Unit!

We loved the decor! It was very well set up with everything we needed! So happy to have beach chairs included! We go to the Dunes every year and will strongly consider this unit again. Thank you!

Very nice beach condo

This condo is great for a beach vacation! Very clean and spacious with great views of the beautiful pool and stunning Gulf of Mexico. The large balcony with its comfortable sofa provided a spot for relaxing afternoon naps. Will absolutely rent again.

Great location, home features OK.

We have stayed in this complex in the past. Great location and beach and pools are so convenient. The unit is nice and fairly well kept. The kitchen and frig were not very clean. My only other complaint is if you like to cook like we do, the kitchen could use some really good knives, baking sheets with sides, and some new utensils like spatula. Also, the tiniest washer/dryer I have ever seen but we made it work.

Amazing Service with Vacasa

We LOVED every minute of our stay and after having a problem with another property we contacted customer service and were moved to this property. Logan was amazing and helped us through every step of the moving process. We have vacationed with VACASA for many years and this situation just reinforced our choice to stay with such a QUALITY property management company rather than an independent vacation option!!!

Nice condo near beach

We stayed in this condo for a few days with our son for spring break. It was a great location close to the beach. The unit itself was small, but plenty of room for three of us. The kitchen is sufficient, but there isn't much cabinet space so we had to leave our groceries on the counter. My biggest complaint is about the cleanliness of the unit. The carpets in the bedrooms were dirty and there was an odor. The unit was very humid so that may have contributed to the odor. The living room furniture had hair on it and every time you sat down on the sofa, hair would be airborne and land on the coffee table. It is my opinion that Vacasa needs to do a better job cleaning and inspecting their properties before new renters check in.

Perfect getaway!

The condo was very clean, well stocked and very convenient to the beach. Covered parking, complimentary beach chairs and umbrella, very nice pools. We loved it and will definitely come back!

Great location for a great price

Worth every penny. Short walk to the beach, nice pool, helpful staff, and reasonable pricing. Master bath tub was broken, but they refunded us $100 without us having to ask, which was a cool gesture. Only negative thing I can think of was that the master bedroom fan didn’t work (not really important for us anyway). Everything else was top notch. Another great part is that everything was VERY CLEAN. Huge plus. Would absolutely recommend.

Nice condo

Nice condo with recent updates and furnishings. Great location and very nice outdoor porch. I would have liked a blanket in the closet because it was a little cool but otherwise we enjoyed this condo very much!!!!!! Highly recommend.

Work in Progress

A beautiful view in a lovely quiet setting. Newly renovated unit with several unfinished or needed repairs. We had maintenance men in the condo every day! No cable or WIFI on arrival and service and appliances difficult to use with sudden outages! Bath tub leak in Primary Bedroom, running through under floor pipes to second bedroom causing saturated carpet. The final straw, three industrial drying fans with electrical cordsloudly blowing in three rooms after carpet pulled up. Our stay was disrupted everday. Thank goodness we did not have other family with us that needed that spare room. VACASA manager in duty was kind but could not accommodate a move to different location. Maintenance were kind and responsive. When all of the issues are solved, the unit will be a very nice rental.
