Location great, furniture not so much

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location just really can't be beat – the corner view was breathtaking! With the private beach, we had no trouble setting up right on the water. However, the furniture in the unit is ready for a good cleaning/replacement. The bed was hard and not comfortable at all. Benchmark was great, as always, and we will rent with them again!

Also there were obviously some glasses and dishes missing and no pizza pan.

There was an issue with a water leak being repaired when we arrived so a hole was in the wall all week. The only negative is the couch is dirty and very uncomfortable needs updating.

TV remote didn't work and called to notify the office. I was told they would send a person out and no one showed up. Also, the dryer does not work. It starts and cuts off in about 2 minutes.

Great Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful condo we have used in the past and will use again, but it does need some maintenance work. The dead bolt on the lock sometimes sticks and needs to be corrected; this makes it hard to get in sometimes. The shower curtain rod almost fell down and the curtain rod in the living room did come loose.

Reviewer Comments: First of all, be sure to screen shot or print your info before getting in to town if you have verizon because there is no service. We could access our email to get the door code, then the door code was wrong. Finally made it in an hour later and the wifi was not working. The light switch in the front bath was broken and the couch has stains on it. Benchmark was very helpful and the location is great. We will be back here but not to this condo.

Amazing views

Lovely corner unit allows amazing views of the beach. We had issues with the door lock but otherwise had a great visit. Recommend Seagrove Market for dinner.

Problem on Arrival

Reviewer Comments: We had a major problem on arrival, the door code would not work, and we couldn't get in. Finally, I was able to contact maintenance and they came out and opened the door. Someone had unplugged the lock control inside the condo. This told me that the condo was not properly checked before our arrival. The person I talked to said this had happened in the past and I suggested that this should be checked after the departure of the previous tenant. Other than that, the condo was very nice, and we will probably rent it again as long as something is done about checking the door entry system.

You will love your stay here! Only weird thing was the beach access information still gives a number to type in but you must use electronic bracelets hanging by the door. Otherwise, perfection!

Stay was nice, needs kitchen update

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Many parts of the condo were recently renovated nicely. The kitchen was the exception. No garbage disposal, poor lighting, unreliable ice maker. Living room clock needed battery and wasn’t replaced after request. Balcony chair was cracked, rusty closet door tracks, and bathroom needs touch up paint behind toilet. The overall exterior of Eastern Shores needs a refresh especially the walkway to the beach.
