Introducing "Little Pearl" - a hidden gem located on a beautiful property with its own pier on Eastern Lake, just off the scenic Highway 30A. This charming corner unit on the top floor of a two-story building offers stunning cathedral ceilings and windows on three sides. From the front balcony, you can catch a glimpse of the community pool, complete with a charcoal grill and picnic table. The condo is nestled in a quiet condominium complex, providing a serene atmosphere. It's the perfect location, offering easy access to the public beach, which is only 0.7 miles away.
Indulge in the convenience of various nearby venues. Start your day with a cup of coffee and breakfast at the adorable Beachy Bean Coffee shop or Kahve and Cream, both located just across the street. Enjoy the picturesque lake view or challenge your friends to a game of cornhole. For a delightful dining experience, head to the Old Florida Fish House, situated right across the street, where you can savor seafood, oysters, sushi, and live music while watching the sunset over Eastern Lake. Rent bikes, golf carts, paddleboards, or purchase fishing poles and tackle from the Yellowfin Ocean Sports store, conveniently located a block away. While spending the day on the beach is a tempting option, there are plenty of nearby venues to explore as well. Additionally, "Little Pearl" has its own laundry room with a stackable washer/dryer unit. Please note that per HOA regulations, a maximum of 6 persons are allowed overnight per unit, and the unit is located on the second floor without an elevator.

Cute and quaint
We decided to take a last minute trip this 4th of July and couldn't have been happier with our choice. This area is perfect for quiet and yet just a bike ride away to Seaside or Rosemary. We love The Beachy Bean and Old Florida Fish House so for us is was absolutely perfect! The Little Pearl was absolutely darling and clean to our expectations. Enjoy!

NOT THE BEST
This is a nice apartment-style condo in an apartment/condo complex. No views worth getting excited over. Beach is a drive away and parking is not available for the beach most sunny days. The lake advertised is a significant walk unless you want to spend money on bike rentals and you can see it from the roadway bridge only. Essentially like staying in an apartment near the beaches with everything else requiring significant effort. The first night I spent in my car since the front door code was left out of my "welcome" email. The manager emailed me to call the emergency number but didn't send me the number. I finally found it hidden in their webpage about 5 or 7 clicks down. I got inside at 10:30 p.m. Most of the light bulbs in lamps were out when I arrived. Not a great experience.

We would like to first thank this guest for leaving their feedback. In the spirit of transparency and fairness, we would like to point out a few details regarding this review. After reviewing the correspondence between our staff and this guest, here is what we have found:
The guest was notified when they booked via email to log in to their guest portal for their front door code. According to our records, the email was viewed June 16th (almost a month before their stay).
The guest also viewed the reminder email and received the reminder text message to log in for their front door code again 24 hours before they arrived.
The guest arrived after 8pm on check-in day when our office was closed and was instructed to reach out to the after-hours team.
Luckily, it turns out the guest had a code in their guest portal the entire time, but could not find it because it was “hidden”.
We don’t hide front door codes. In fact, as mentioned above, we send at least three lines of communication to make sure you access your front door code BEFORE you check-in.
However, we will pass along this feedback to our tech team; maybe we need a 4th reminder added.
There is a work order receipt where maintenance replaced two light bulbs in a couple of lamps. All overhead lighting was functioning properly.
July is one of our busiest months in Florida, so it is not surprising the beaches were crowded. We are sorry this guest didn’t get “excited” about the view. We have gulf front properties available for their next stay, but these properties do have higher rates.
