Notre villa privée est équipée d'un standard de luxe et est située à 25 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport d'Arrecife, à 3 km du centre-ville de Playa Blanca et à 5 minutes à pied de la promenade du front de mer qui s'étend sur le rivage du phare à la marina. À 5 minutes à pied, vous trouverez les magasins locaux du parc Faro, des restaurants, des cafés et des bars. Profitez de la vue sur Montana Roja et Fuerteventura pendant que vous vous détendez et profitez de vacances bien méritées. La chambre principale dispose de la climatisation / chauffage et les deux chambres ont des fenêtres à volets permettant aux chambres de rester fraîches et de fournir une zone de couchage sombre si nécessaire. Une piscine privée chauffée est située à l'arrière de la maison et est située dans un jardin clos et planté. Place de parking privée à l'avant de la villa. Les serviettes de plage sont fournies et il y a deux vélos -1 dame et 1 messieurs pour les clients. Femme de ménage locale et une visite de courtoisie pendant votre séjour. La villa a tout pour en faire un «chez soi loin de chez soi» dans un cadre paisible et tranquille. Paradis! La Villa Dolores peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 adultes (enfants âgés de 15 ans ou plus).

This was our first visit to Lanzarotte & we already can't wait to return.Communication from our hosts was brilliant & the villa was immaculate.We got around by taxi & arranging was effortless & reliable - There is so much to do that one week just wasn't long enough, however, Rubicon Marina on market day was a buzz with a mulitude of restaurants & shops to explore. We also just relaxed by the pool at the villa & soaked up the sun.There are plenty of shops / restaurants within walking distance.All in all our holiday was fab and we would certainly return.

The journey from the airport to the villa was quite easy, as the owner had described it in detail. The villa itself was a dream. Very tastefully furnished, equipped with everything you could need, and a large heated pool in an even larger, beautifully landscaped garden. There were also bicycles available for exploring the surrounding area. All in all, a wonderful holiday. Many thanks to Cheryl and Howard. We would love to come back.

Situated in a quiet residential area, the villa was clean fully equiped and well presented. The villa provided us with all we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Heated pool a bonus in late October and was pleasantly warm.Would definitely consider booking this villa again.

The villa was well maintained and comfortable with a nicely heated decent sized pool which we made good use of. It is located in a quiet area which is exactly what we wanted, a mix of owner/ occupiers and rented villas. Plenty of kitchen utensils etc and the highlight of my wife’s holiday a good washing machine😄

Recently returned from 10 lovely days at Villa Dolores. A beautiful villa with everything you need to relax. Plenty of outdoor space with the added benefit of the heated pool. Detailed instructions provided by the host Cheryl for both the villa and directions from the airport. We highly recommend Villa Dolores and will be back in the future.

Villa Dolores

Just home from a fabulous stay in the really beautiful Villa Dolores. Perfectly located only a few minutes from local amenities with gorgeous views of Montana Roja and 2 minutes walk to the sea. Would highly recommend this a stay here and will hopefully be back. Also, Cheryl and Howard were fab with communications, thank you both for letting us stay in your gorgeous home x

Well equipped, spacious and quiet!

We stayed in this lovely villa for the first time in March 2023, and were so impressed we've booked again for 2024. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. Also the rank of shops and restaurants are only a 10 minute walk away. Many moons ago we may have preferred a more lively location, but we're too long in the tooth for all that now. It was so peaceful and quiet, just the tonic for a relaxing breakaway. Thoroughly recommended!

Stunning Villa

To start with the drive from the airport went smoothly due to the clear instructions from the villa owner. When we arrived at the Villa...it was beautifully presented and welcoming. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The heated pool was perfect to get straight into. The sun lounges were so comfortable The kitchen had everything you needed, very thoughtfully equipped. A nice bottle of wine was waiting for us. So thank you for that. The bed was very comfortable. Taxi was a bit hit & miss but when we did go into the Town there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. We did try out the local shop, restaurants and cocktail bars just a 10 minute walk away. The service and food in those restaurant were exceptional, so definitely worth the short, flat walk. We would definitely recommend this Villa and if we come back to Lanzarote, we would certainly be looking to see if this one was available. All i would add is a mirror in the spare bedroom would be really useful. Everything else was perfect.

Villa Delores - Sept 2022

Everything about our stay at Villa Delores was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotless and had everything we required. Plenty of bedclothes, towels and beach towels provided. Also hand soap, toilet paper and some kitchen essentials provided. The villa is close to some excellent restaurants at Faro park but also has great cooking and bbq facilities. We had a great relaxing time at Villa Delores and would not hesitate to return in the future. This property is a credit to its owners.

Fabulous villa ina great location

Villa Dolores is a lovely, clean and well equipped villa. Everything you need for a relaxing and comfortble break is provided. It is furnished well both inside and out and the pool and terrace are excellent and a real sun trap. The air conditioning was a welcome addition in the main bedroom however if there were 4 guests, the lack of air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom could be an issue. The villa is in a pleasant residential area with a few excellent restaurants and bars and two small but well equipped supermarkets 10 mins walk away. There is a regular and cheap bus service to Playa Blanca and taxis are reasonable. We also strolled along the coastal path to Playa Blanca which took around an hour. Overall this is a lovely villa in a good location and we hope to return before too long.

Clean and comfortable villa with heated pool, nearby beautiful beaches

Villa Doroles is a very clean and well kept little villa in an urbanization, with a big sunny terrace. The information that was provided, was excellent and there was a bottle of wine and a bottle of water to welcome us, a very friendly gesture! There is a good size kitchen, with enough utensils to cook. The heated pool is a plus, so you can take a dip even if the weather is cool. But if possible, swim in the amazing ocean, plenty of places were you can easily get into the turquoise water. The direct surroundings are not very beautiful, but with a car (highly recommended) you can tour the island with it’s amazing landscapes. Unfortunately the weather was a great part of our week quite cloudy, cool, rainy and windy, the terrace and the house (which has no heating, so the inside temperature equals the outside temperature) were at times too cold for us, especially in the evenings. Bring your warm sweater and socks in January! It would be nice if there was the possibility of a little stove in the sitting area. The king size bed had a regular European size (1.60), but we are sorry to say that the mattress was really saggy, so we each night we rolled together in the middle. We did not sleep well, for that reason. We would strongly advice to buy a new, firm mattress, as a good night’s sleep is a big part of a relaxed holiday.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I understand that the weather was not as you had expected but this is totally beyond our control. The villa has two plug in fan heaters for guest use should the weather have an unusual cold spell. The king size bed has a memory foam mattress which I appreciate was not to your liking although many other guests including ourselves find to be very comfortable. Unfortunately we were not made aware during your stay so unable to offer an alternative option. It is always our intention to make the guests stay as comfortable as possible .

Lovely spacious villa in quiet residential setting

We spent a lovely almost 2 weeks in this villa in October, and enjoyed it very much. The location is quiet, but the bikes provided easy access to the seafront and Playa Blanca - we used them most days (tip, take lights if you plan to cycle at night, the seafront isn't well lit, and you will need them on roads). The Villa and pool are well laid out, there are 2 external dining areas - one more sheltered which we found perfect for evening dining, the other by the pool, lovely for lunch. The grounds are spacious and the palm trees provide a lovely moving half shade during the day for those hot ones. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us ample space (there were only 2 of us) but this villa would very easily suit a family or 2 couples (no fighting over the double bed!). There are restaurants nearby, a great little 'supermarket', a bakery and a bar, but we only used the supermarket for top up shops, preferring to eat by the sea front and take the car to the shops in town - my personal favourite of the trip was La Bahia in Flamingo Bay. Even with the bikes provided I would recommend a car to get around the island. The property managers were quick to respond to queries - we had a couple on arrival, and the property itself was well provisioned. Note only the master bedroom is air conditioned, and this is operated by a coin meter - we used it a little in October, maybe 3 euro's worth over our stay, so by no means expensive. Fans are also provided. If you are looking for a relaxing location, a little way out from the town I highly recommend this villa.

Delightful Delores

We recently returned from an 8 night May break at Villa Delores and can confirm that all the excellent reviews previously posted about the villa and the owners ,Cheryl and Howard are 100% . Cheryl was absolutely superb from the start of the initial enquiry right through to returning back to the UK. Cheryl responded to all requests and queries almost immediately which was refreshing and professional compared to previous experiences with other Villas that we have stayed in . The pack that was sent prior to the stay covered everything off that we needed with detailed instructions on how to get to the villa from the Airport , entry to the Villa and loads of other valuable information on the Villa , the immediate area and island itself . Upon arriving we walked through the front dooor and new straight away that we had made an excellent choice . We walked into the Lounge and kitchen area and felt straight at home. You will find everything you need in the kitchen ,which although sounds obvious sometimes is not the case. The lounge was very comfortable with Leather sofas and a flat screen TV with multiple English channels if required . There are 2 bedrooms . The main having a kingsize bed with a really comfortable bodyform mattress with doors that open out to the pool area . There is also ample storage room with a massive wardrobe ,2 bedsize chest of draws and a larger set of drawers -more than enough for 23k each of bag allowance . There are 2 large bathrooms 1 adjoining the main bedroom . This one has a bath and shower whilst the 2nd room has a lovely large walk in shower. No issues with water controls and copious amounts of hot water if required. Towels are provided for both washing,showering and for poolside which is great and saves on luggage weight. The heated decent size pool area is superb and is in the sun all day long although there is plenty of shade if required and there is also a BBQ which we used 1 nt. The villa is on a very quiet private estate near enough to the main resort but far enough away from the crowd. Taxis are quick and easy . 10 mins and e5.50 to get into town . There are some nice restaurants 10 mins walk away and a good mini supermarket as well. The best value main shop we found was SPAR in Cala Limones not Super Dino . This was our first trip to Lanzartote . We will return some time in the future and will look no further than Villa Delores . The problem will be trying to get a booking as it is so good .

A lovely and quiet house on an amazing island

The description on the website is exactly the reality. All is absolute clean, the swimming pool was good. Thank you for the delicate attention: the Christmas tree, the towel decoration, the bottle of wine and the bottle of water. The beds are good, the place is so quiet. It was a very nice stay. We love to back in this house. Thank you very much. The island is so beautiful, the landscapes are splendid, we hiked and we explore the artistic realization of Manrique. Having visited Lanzarote on many occasions we couldn't think of a better place to buy. We were attracted to the warm all year round sunshine and laid back lifestyle which appeals to people of all ages and is a complete contrast to our everyday busy lives in the South of England. We visit as often as possible to recharge our batteries at this beautiful, tranquil villa.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

There were many reasons why we decided to purchase in Lanzarote–flight time is just under 4 hours, the time zone is the same, the Island is so beautiful and unspoilt and of course the guaranteed sunshine all year round.We chose Playa Blanca well because in our opinion none of the other resorts can compete. Playa Blanca has it all - low rise, well planned resort with the most breath-taking views and beaches and just 25 minutes drive from the airport.A few minutes walk from the coastline which hosts 2 beaches–Playa Montana and Flamingo and the local shops are just around the corner.The town of Playa Blanca is a 5 minute drive away.When we viewed the property with its location just a few minutes from the coast we just knew this was what we had been looking for.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Villa Dolores, detached and built to a very high specification, large garden, private pool (electrically heated), private parking, marble flooring throughout and high ceilings in the lounge and master bedroom to give a light and airy feeling. Newly fitted air conditioning/heating in the main bedroom. We visit regularly to inspect the property and ensure it is maintained to the luxury standard that we want and would expect if we were renting.We have engaged the services of a local English speaking villa management company and our housekeepers Karen & Mike take as much pride in the Villa as we do.Should you choose to rent with us we can assure you that we will look after you very well as we appreciate that your holiday is important to you.Villa Dolores offers peace and tranquility and is a ‘Home Away From Home'
