Adequate place. Needs a new shower liner, kitchen was not well supplied with cooking utensils, pots, plates, etc. this place served our purpose however if you are wanting a place where you will be cooking or eating, take note. Nice location.
Great little unit. However, the washer needs to be cleaned or replaced. There's literally black mold inside. I couldn't even wash my clothes due to the mold. Also, the tv only has one working channel.
The condo was clean. Living room & bedroom okay. VERY disappointed with how it was stocked. NO coffee mugs. Had to use a creamer cup for a mug. Washed everything by hand since there were only two plates, limited dish ware. No spices. Never been in a condo with such unlimited stock.
This condo was an excellent place to stay and at a reasonable price. The condo has a comfortable bed, Jack and Jill style bathroom, nicely updated kitchen with a large fridge, super comfy living room furniture, and a pretty gas fireplace. It comes with all the things you need to cook your own meals, enjoy the 2 TV's, free wifi, and easy parking. Washer and dryer work very well, and the only noise we noticed was the guy upstairs that must have a large pair of boots he likes to walk around in. No road noise, no partiers, just a quiet place to relax, and so convenient to the lifts of Canyons at Park City that you could walk. Many people that work at PC live in these condos, it's that close. Property owners assoc plows the roads and driveways, and the clubhouse with indoor and outdoor hottubs and a heated swimming pool is AMAZING! They also have a sauna, showers and locker rooms available. It was fabulous to go after each day of skiing. Would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.
Condo had a smaller footprint which was ideal for just the two of us. Immaculately clean, manager allowed for early check-in once the unit was prepped for us about 4 hours early.

NO PATIO FURNITURE!
Although the unit was advertised as having a patio, there was no patio furniture. Also, the iron didn't work. When I called Nikki, the property manager, she told me that "the owner" was not obligated to supply either. I have no relationship with the owner, only with VACASA, to whom I gave a lot of money for a functional condo. Nikki said that because the picture of the patio showed no furniture (it had a foot of snow; of course it had no furniture), she was not obligated to provide any. So, we bought some furniture at Smiths. Two days later another VACASA rep showed up with two chairs and a small table. We appreciated this and left the chairs that we had purchased (no reimbursement for this expense, nor replacement for the broken iron, was mentioned). Nikki's job seems to be more explaining to clients why she can't do things for them than remedying the their problems.
As is usual with places like this it's smaller than it looks. Good location though with Canyons Connect available to get you where you need to go and the bus to Park City a 10 minute walk away. Canyons is much quieter than Park City, which we liked. The place needs a small overhaul in what's available in the kitchen but overall we had a good stay there.
The pictures are not representative of this property, and they put it in a much better light than it actually is.
To summarize the good and bad points of this property:
Good points: it was clean, the kitchen was well-appointed, towels, soap and shampoo were provided.
Bad points:
1. The Window treatments in the living room were broken and damaged. There is a gap in the window treatment in the living room. Since you are on the first floor, people can easily see in through the window.
2. The window treatment for the sliders is also damaged, and the control mechanisms don't work. In addition, there is a big chunk of plasting missing out of one of the slats.
3. The rugs have chronic stains, and is chopped up into various pieces.
4. There were no directions on how to operate the fireplace. I never used it during the entire stay.
5. It was impossible to control the temperature in the unit. It felt like a sauna.
6. The furniture was old and worn. Fabric ripped on one of the reclining chairs. Drawer broken on the night stand. Broken handle on the dresser. Coffee table all banged up and chipped.
7. Bath tub was slippery as hell. Be REALLY careful if you rent this unit. Very easy to slip and fall.
8. The pictures would lead you to believe that you are off in some bucolic forested location. You are actually in a four-plex and your patio is close to the street.
For the amount of money paid for this unit, you'd think that the owner could do more to keep the unit up-to-date and functioning. In summary, a big disappointment.
Nice location, clean, reasonably well- supplied, washer, dryer! No kitschy junk covering every surface. Several problems: NO PATIO FURNITURE! One of the floor fans didn't work, when the tenants above run their washer, it creates noise and vibration - and they run it at midnight.
The condo we rented was great! Clean, convenient and well stocked.

Cozy, great location to the Canyons base
Cozy condo for two. Very close to canyons base. Kitchen had the essentials, fireplace was nice. Thereâs a patio but with no furniture so we didnât use it. Couldnât control the A/C as it was auto set. The condos located near the end of a steep road. If you rent a car, I suggest a 4x4 in the winter. Overall condo met our expectations. The clubhouse only has the pool and hot tub, not much of a clubhouse unless you are going swimming. There are tennis courts if your visit is in the summer.
