Great location

We had a fabulous stay. Very convenient location. Unit was roomy. Perfect for two. Fully enjoyed our time. You do need to comfortable with taking the public bus or Uber/Lift. It is very easy to locate, but as other reviewers mention the car service at the resort is not accessible to this particular unit as it’s managed by Vacasa. We had to contact the host for something and their response was super fast. Very impressive! We would stay here again if we come back to the area

Great location great value

This place was exactly as described in the listing. In the past we have rented places further away from the resort. We used the ski and boot check and were able to walk to and from the entrance. The vacasa team was very responsive via text with a few questions we had.

Great location and beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay, we had great views and loved the location. It was very quiet and comfortable. We definitely loved the garage option. Close to town and the resort.

Great place in an excellent location

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views are spectacular! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the cooking utensils we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Good but i needed coffee

This was a great stay. Loved the place and very comfortable. No coffee or filters i was told i had to buy my own so i did. Also no can opener which is another staple in vrbo places generally. Otherswise it was great.

Wonderful place for a getaway!

We loved our stay! The view from the large window was fantastic! It was clean, spacious, and had a fun rustic look. The fireplace wasn’t working at first, and someone from Vacasa came over promptly to fix it and was so friendly. Wonderful service! Enjoying the hot tub while the snow was falling was a highlight. We would definitely recommend the lodge to anyone staying in Park City!

Outstanding ski condo near deer valley

Beautiful well equipped condo that is within walking distance of the slopes and a short free bus ride away. I highly recommend it.

Great Stay!`

We loved our stay at The Lodges at Deer Valley. I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but we loved our stay. The World Cup was being hosted at the time, and we could see the course right from the living room window. The location make getting to and from the mountain easy, and since it was on the bus route, we were easily able to get into Park City too. Would definitely stay here again.

Missing some important amenities/features

A pleasant, well-appointed accommodation, with some notable flaws (especially considering how much I paid). The hot/cold water in both bathrooms did not function properly. Either scalding hot or freezing cold, no in-between. Not having access to a proper shower each day really diminished my experience. Also, there was no coffee in the room. Again, for a property of this price, a couple of packets of coffee would have been appreciated. Finally, there’s no humidifier. The loud forced air heating made the space incredibly dry, making it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. For an owner to demand this price, these basic necessities should be addressed. Otherwise a great location and helpful front desk staff.

Fantastic space for relaxation!

The condo was very clean and well maintained, absolutely no issues there. The location is great for getting into ParkCity proper itself, and a short and cheap Uber ride. It's "mud season" so there was a lot of construction going on around the property, but the view and cozy condo was still delightful!

Amazing views!

Condo had lots of space to spread out with all the amenities you need for your stay. The view from the condo is nothing less then spectacular. The spacious covered deck looks out at the ski slopes. The super high ceilings give way to the monster fireplace that is the center point of the condo. We will definitely be back for more perfect relaxation.

Just some minor details missed

Check in was easy. Didn’t know parking was $15 a night. The unit was not cleaned properly. The beautiful windows highlighted in the overview were filthy. The blinds got stuck. There were no dish towels. The coffee grinds were left in the machine from past tenants. The fold out bed is uncomfortable and it was dirty with food wrappers and crumbs. There were also spider webbing near the lights. The fireplace didn’t work. However, with a little Love, the place could be just perfect. I’m not super picky but wanted the renters to know.

Great Value!

We stayed 7 nights in Park City. 3 nights at the Marriott Summit off Main street and 4 nights at this location. Although it was nice being right off main street at the Marriott, this condo offered so much more and for much less. Spacious, super clean, full kitchen, large dining table, comfortable seating and two full bathrooms. Free bus stop right outside if you preferred to not walk. Yes, you don't get all the amenities like work-out room or breakfast, but for the savings, how can you complain? And yes, there are two skylights over the master bedroom if you are trying to sleep before sundown, but the pool, hot tub, firepit and balcony are fantastic. When we stay, we rarely saw any other guests. It was like we had the whole area to ourselves. I'll be back!

Magnificent view of slopes

Property was great , nice timer on fireplace , comfortable bed , enough in kitchen to make do. Used parking shuttle for ski resort to pick up and drop off which was located across street. The only draw back was no hot water in morning or night , some mid day . Not sure if it was on a timer . Views from living room and proximity to slopes was perfect . Restaurant on premisis was great .

Vacasa dropped the ball

The property and room itself was great as far as location. Vacasa didn't properly prepare the room. There were big stains in the family room and bathroom carpets. Lightbulbs were missing or burned out of many of the lamps and pool access fob was expired. It took 24 hours to get access to pool and hot tub. They never provided replacement bulbs, and stains were never cleaned up. They are supposed to give me a $100 credit for that. Also parking is supposed to be free for up to 4 vehicles with optional underground parking for a fee. The only parking available is underground for a fee. Vacasa also is supposed to reimburse me for that (~$45). I like VRBO, just not vacasa as property mgmt. I won't stay at properties managed by Vacasa again.

NOT for sleeping in or napping, but otherwise great.

The problem with this property is that there are two very large skylights, with no shading available, that are positioned DIRECTLY OVER the master bed. In the morning it is like they magnify the morning sun 10x directly onto you. IT IS UNBELIEVABLY BRIGHT! Even eye masks are insufficient to block out the brightness coming from the skylights. Afternoon nap? - forget about it. You would be way better off trying one of the chairs on the patio. I cannot express how truly bright the master bedroom is due to the skylights. Other than that major issue, everything else about the condo was wonderful. Spacious, nice kitchen, good bathrooms, and nice patio looking up to the ski slopes. Great hot tub and pool. Lastly, I will note that this property is managed by Vacasa and well let me put it this way - they suck! You could tell by talking to the nice people that work at the Lodges that they hate working with Vacasa. They couldn't even lend us a luggage dolly because we technically weren't their guests. We rented two different condos in Deer Valley in one month, both managed by Vacasa - and they were terrible to work with both times. If you can avoid properties managed by this company, you should. Go to Deer Valley because it is awesome, just try to find someplace managed by someone else or book directly.

Great Location & Clean

Positives were that it was a nice overall facility, affordable in comparison to other units we looked at and very convenient to Deer Valley ski slopes. Not a ski in/ski out but easy to get to the lifts. We did have a few items we would have liked to have seen improvement on. Those are that there wasn’t a top sheet or blanket for the hideaway bed. We only had pillows, pillow cases, bottom sheet and a couple of throw blankets. Also, every unit except two received all the amenities the lodge had to offer (this was one of the two units that didn’t). Here is an excerpt of the message posted on the door: “ Occupants of Vacasa managed units are not entitled to the following services at the Lodges provided by Deer Valley Lodging to Deer Valley Lodging units: • The Lodges skier shuttle • The Lodges Cadillac Escalade in town transportation services • The Lodges complimentary breakfast • The Lodges complimentary après ski lobby cookies • The Lodges complimentary smores • The Lodges fitness Center • The Lodges bell and storage service • The Lodges 24-hour front desk services • The Lodges maintenance services • The Lodges housekeeping • The Lodges concierge services” We also noticed that everyone else had bathrobes to wear to the pool/hot tub. We kinda felt like the red headed stepchild. The unit had a filtered coffee maker, toaster, etc. However, it wasn’t well equipped with cooking utensils and a good knife. All in all we enjoyed our stay but we’re bummed to see what could and quite frankly should have been. My suggestion is for the owner of this unit upgrade the amenities to match the other units and charge a bit more if need be.

Perfect for us

We had a great stay here. From the clear communication on accessing the unit, to the very spacious and well equipped unit in a prime location for DV skiing, it was all great. A huge place for 2 people, or 4 if you sleep them on a pull out. 2 bathrooms (1 tub/shower, 1 shower) a plus. Super comfortable, and well equipped. Highly recommend this unit.

Enjoyed the Condo! Thanks!!

We enjoyed the condo. It worked well for our fam. Three of us shared the space. It felt very spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy access to Deer Valley Ski Area via the town shuttle right across the street from the lobby. We walked back at end our ski days, about 8-10 minutes. We had no issues and recommend without reservation.

Nice room but don’t expect to use any onsite facilities

Nice condo but was looking forward to using the pool and hot tub at the Lodges. Listing stated we could use and it has pictures of them. When we got there the front desk told us we could not use them since we didn’t book through the property website. They also explained to us to not ask them any questions as they could not help us out with anything during our stay. The condo owners provided no refund for having a false amenity on their listing. Left a bad taste in our mouths.
