The Park City Main Street Historic District is just a quick 5-minute ride away on the free bus, with the City Park stop conveniently located a 1-minute walk from the condo. For ski enthusiasts, the Payday Express Lift is only a 5-minute walk from the condo's entrance, offering direct access to Park City's top ski runs and world-class resorts.

Don’t hesitate! Book it now!!

Super cute, modern, clean, convenient, and just plain perfect! The beds and linens were top notch. There were plenty of bath towels and swim towels, lots of hangers, soap, dish soap, and even laundry soap. Premium TV with Netflix abilities. Quiet and safe neighborhood close to Main Street and restaurants. Communication was superior. Easy in and out plus covered garage parking and elevator. Will be returning when the snow flies and will stay here again no question. Excellent A+ Fabulous rental. Thank you for having us! 🙂

Summer stay

This is a great place to stay while visiting Park City, UT. It was very comfortable, great kitchen and great location to Park City. My only issues, the listing stated that the place has A/C, it does not. Also, communication after the booking was set, disappeared. I tried to update my reservation to add my wife as another guest, but I got no response from management. Otherwise, this was a great place and I would recommend it.

Ideal location in Park City!

This property is located so conveniently. It’s a short uphill walk to the resort, and a short walk to the nearest market and good restaurants! It’s also super quiet and the it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great spot right next to PCMR base

This is a great location and a nice, clean, simple unit. I wish it had a washer/dryer in unit, but there are coin machines just down the hall. Host company was responsive and helpful.

Pros: close to base and golf course Nordic trails, nice hot tub and pool, short walk to town, fireplace, clean, good Wi-Fi, able to cast music and video to tv. Cons: dated, early checkout (10:00).

Great condo

We would definitely stay here again. There was lots of room to spread out, and we enjoyed the bunk bed option and full kitchen. The only thing that was not quite as expected was partially due to the huge amounts of snow Utah is dealing with right now. It made for a great skiing, but getting to the ski area from the unit with our stuff was more difficult than we anticipated because of the huge snow banks everywhere, impeding the walk. And the grade difference between the garden level unit and ski area was more than we expected based on the aerial photos.

Great spot for family ski trip

The property and condo are well kept, clean and beds are comfortable. We like the walking distance to Park City mountain base and easy access to the bus line. Our kids did great on the bunks too. We would definitely go back.

Nice property in central location

Very nice condo close to Main Street (15 mins walking or 5 minutes by bus). Unit is clean and well maintained. Communication with property manager was excellent. I had an issue with one of the doors which was. resolved quickly. The only thing I did not like is property is on first level and there is very little natural light and no view.

Comfortable and Convenient at Park City

My family had a great time staying here. The location was perfect to walk to Park City Mountain for our ski vacation. The entire experience was easy from beginning to end. It was nice to have some of the household essentials already provided like trash bags, dishwasher detergent, some spices, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Ski trip

Great one bedroom condo across street from Park City mountain. Was great to go out gate and walk across the street to ski lifts. 10 minute walk to Main Street bars and restaurants. 12 minute walk to grocery store. Kitchen has everything needed to cook or bake. Pull out couch ok. Bunk beds in hallway are comfy but a little tight. Master bed very comfy. Nice hot tub and heated pool.

Great condo for family

The condo was exactly as advertised. The bunk beds were great for our 2 children and the master bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and utensils for preparing meals. The location was great and I'm sure perfect for a ski vacation. We enjoyed the fall weather and hiking. I would book this property again.

smooth, clear instructions and place was perfect for our weekend. Easy access and for any new visitors to Park City; This space is an easy walk to The Lucky Ones Coffee shop. Great coffee and the operation supports and employee special needs individuals. Excellent location!

Cute Condo in great location

My family stayed at this condo for a quick weekend getaway. It had everything we could want in a rental. It was very clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. The location is great, walkable to Main Street and across the street from the Park City Ski resort. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend stopover from Tahoe to Colorado

This unit is well kept, the beds and linens were comfortable and the location was good. My kids loved the softness of the comforters on the bunk beds. Management was quick to respond to our questions. The only downside is the parking garage entrance is very low and we were not able to fit our vehicle due to our cargo box. We managed to find parking right in front of the complex but didn’t move our vehicle for fear of losing our parking spot. Not as big a deal if you don’t have a cargo box but something to be aware of. Overall, great stay.

Perfect place to stay, very clean

We loved this property. It was very clean and very new. It's a short walk to the Mountain Village resort so we didn't have to drive. Plenty of parking spaces which was nice. Connie was easy to communicate wity. Overall, our stay was fabulous!

Great setup and location

Condo appeared newly renovated. It was clean and great condition. It was a perfect setup for our family of four and the kids loved the bunk beds. We bought our own groceries and there was plenty of cookware to make all of our recipes. Property manager was also very easy to work with and she replied quickly to our questions. Condo is right across the street from the ski parking lot, so a 10 min walk to the lift. We will still here again if we are in Park City.

Great property!

A well done remodel in a somewhat aging property, but you can’t beat the location and value. And if you like pillows, you will love this place: we counted over 35. Best pillow count in Park City!

New Years stay in Park City

The condo is Lovely, the kitchen and family room are very spacious as is the Master Bedroom. The owner had if fully equipped with necessities - toilet paper, paper towels, shampoos conditioners. The furniture is very nice and the bed very comfortable even offering extra pillows and fluffy towels.The property manager was great to work with. The location is fantastic just a walk through the parking lot to Park City base; but it is a little farther from downtown Park City than expected. Overall this condo is a Gem and met or exceeded all expectations.
