In a quiet and fancy area of Mougins, our provençal villa of 200sqm with its private pool of 15 meters long will be perfect for your stay with friends or family. In dominant position, the terrace offers a delightful view on the garden (2,000sqm), the pool and the hills. A large bright living room of 40sqm extending onto the shaded terrace, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Living room and bedrooms are air conditionned. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped.
At least 6 parking in the backyard.

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 9 adults. There is a brand new Samsung TV frame, a Bluetooth loudspeaker, a large wood table in the living room to have lovely diner or lunch. There is also another large table on the terrace to have sunny breakfast, lunch or aperitif.
The living room and each of the three bedrooms have their own air conditionning. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The garden offers total privacy with old olive and palm trees.
A cleaning of 4/5 hours is provided and paid by the landlord every week for a stay longer than 10 days.

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood (which is rare and valuable in Mougins) with shops very close. The famous old village of Mougins is located at only 1km. The villa is close to the main roads (A8 motorway). Nice International Airport is 20 minutes away by car. Cannes Croisette is only 7km away.
