Totally isolated hidden in trees but also close to everything, the three-storey 400 sq. m villa manages to blend into the surroundings despite its minimalist design. It can accommodate 10 people in beds.

- The main house (sleeps 6)-
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, a 55” satellite HDTV, two indoor dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. An impressive panoramic floor-to-ceiling window from the living room area leads you to the outdoor terrace. There is also a WC on the ground floor.

Reaching to the first floor through a staircase there are 3 bedrooms with a double bed. The master bed room has access to a large veranda with sitting area which offers breathtaking sea view and also it has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Another independent bathroom with bath and shower is also found on this floor.

-Lower Floor
A staircase from the living room area on the ground floor leads you down to the lower floor. On this floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a kitchenette. This room also has a 60” HDTV plus home cinema. The lower floor also hosts a bathroom with shower.
All the beds in the villa can be set up either as 2 single beds or as a double bed.

- The separate studio
Our separate studio is located in front of the pool area. It has its own entrance and a bedroom with 2 single beds. It also contains a kitchenette, a sofa and a bathroom with shower.

- The gym house -
Next to the pool in the olive grove there is a wooden small house with air condition which contains the gym equipment and a bathroom with shower.
Our gym has a wide collection of fitness equipment such as a steps, abs equipment, stability balls, a fitness multifunctional apparatus and many more lighter equipment.

- Outdoor area -
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area surrounded by various trees and flowers offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.

More specifically our outdoor facilities include:

- 40 sq. m swimming pool with pool alarm for child safety
- Fully equipped gas barbecue
- Two outdoor dining tables
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas and chairs) for relaxing in the veranda and the gardens around the villa
