Excellent Apartment in Cascais

I cannot begin to say just how fantastic this apartment is! It’s beautifully furnished and has every amenity, As well as the gorgeous apartment there is also use of the on site swimming pool which is set in a beautiful landscaped garden with sun bed for relaxing. The owners were there to meet us, even though it was Kate (midnight) due to a delayed flight. They were extremely kind and helpful. I would certainly recommend this apartment.

Excellent apartment, very walkable, we loved it

My husband, kids (ages 9 and 11) and I stayed in this lovely apartment for about a week during Christmas 2024 and we absolutely loved it. It was very walkable to the main areas of Cascais, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, and train station (the ride to Lisbon is about 40 min). In fact, the location was so convenient that we were glad we did not rent a car for this trip. The apartment itself is well-furnished, with a spacious living/dining area and well-stocked kitchen. There is a washing machine, which we used frequently, and a drying rack upon which we hung our clothes. Given the humidity, it took a couple of days for our heavier clothes to dry, but that wasn't a major issue for us issue at all (if you are used to a heavy-duty dryer, just be prepared accordingly). Laercia and Arlindo (owners/property managers) were wonderful to communicate with and we used Google translate to make sure we understood each other. We absolutely loved our stay and have already recommended this apartment to our friends.

Spring break in Cascais

The location of the apartment is excellent, safe and secure within a beautiful gated condominium not far from the town. All of our communications with the manager and his wife were clear and helpful. We enjoyed soaking up the sun in pool area, a bit early in the year for swimming. The apartment is spacious and would suit a family of four or two couples. We ate out mostly but the kitchen is very well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. Spotless too. However, I am very particular about cleanliness and this is where I’d respectfully suggest closer attention is given to cleaning the glass table in the kitchen, also to the shower area in the ensuite. The bedding in the room we used wasn’t new or even close. Some refreshing of the fabric and fittings is needed. We loved Cascais and would highly recommend eating in the fabulous restaurants close to the apartment.

Nice place, close to everything

The apartment is a very nice place, which is ready to be rent out for long stays. It is located in a nice and quiet area in Cascais. Everything is close by; different kind of shops, beach – everything is in walking distance. The pool on the property belongs to and is shared between all 20 apartment-owners, but there is rarely anyone in there. The owners of the apartment are very nice and very open to help. Communication goes via email, as that is translated via a tool. Problems with cleanliness and plumbing were reported and handled very quickly. Even though the apartment is on ground floor, to be able to reach the apartment one does need to take some steps up. There is an elevator but in order to reach it from the car park, you need to walk stairs too. The apartment and kitchen is well equipped. Some pans could be renewed as the Teflon layer is no longer on the frying pans. Some basic herbs and oils are there, left by earlier occupants. During the summer we recon the apartment can become very hot as, unfortunately, there is no air-conditioning. We had an amazing time with our family of 4 and recommend the apartment to everyone.

parfait pour séjourner

TrÚs bel appartement conforme à l'attente avec toutes les commodités et proche du centre et de la marina . Attention au parking en sous sol bien pentu et surtout tenir compte de l'exposition nord pour les inconditionnels du soleil .

Super location au calme et avec toutes les comodités

Nous avons loué l'appartement pendant une semaine, nous avons était surpris par le calme general du quartier et de la résidence. La piscine est magnifique, ainsi que le jardin. La résidence est trÚs bien entretenue. Le garage en souterrain avec box fermé est un plus. L'appartement est trÚs confortable et spacieux, trÚs bien équipé avec tous les équipements nécessaire pour les repas et le linge de maison est trÚs complet. Le chauffage au sol, est appréciable quand il fait un peu frisquet. L'electromenager est de trÚs bonne qualité. L'acceuil de M. Arlindo et sa compagne a été trÚs chaleureux et convivial. En résumé on vous le recommande.

Nice apartment and Complex

Nice apartment and complex. It was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for us not being far from the beach, marina and town. The host and her husband were both very helpful at check in and during our stay. We would definately stay here again.

Quiet and comfortable

Spacious apartment in quiet residential area. Enterprise/Guerin car rental company is around the corner. Plenty of parking space (as long as no large event is organised downtown)

spacious and modern apartment within easy walk of the town centre

Great apartment with all the mod cons you could wish for, plus a few more! It's within 10 minutes walk of the town centre and about 5 minutes from the nearest decent supermarket. Only downside is the apartment faces north so not much sun during the day, but it does keep it cool. Cascais itself is lovely with nice walk along the coast to Estoril and the other way towards Gincho. Waves were awesome. Lots of great restaurants at varying prices and styles in the town, on the coast and in the citadella. Went to Lisbon one day, but not a place I would rush back to.

Lovely apartment and shared pool... and in a brilliant location too. Communication before and during our holiday with the manager was fantastic. We had a wee problem with the washing machine door one day and he arrived within minutes! The apartment is spacious, sparklingly clean, and well-equipped. My only criticism (from 22-year-old daughter) was the lack of a full-length mirror in her bedroom! I'd definitely stay here again.

Central location - clean, bright and spacious

We spent 3 nights at this wonderful property. We were greeted by Laercia and guided into the underground parking. The unit had all the usual appliances and kitchen gadgets but we had most of our meals out. It has a lovely pool but we were so busy we didn't use it. It's within walking distance to the main square in Caiscas, the sea wall, marina and beach plus lots of restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend this property .

Lovely and well equipped apartment

My husband, 2 young children and I spent 10 nights in Cascais, staying at this apartment. It was well located for town, especially as we walked to and from the station with our heavy bags, and very well equipped with everything you might need to make a stay comfortable. For us it was a huge help that they were able to provide a cot and high chair. The cot was a travel one but made up with a proper mattress so it was very comfy and the 2 single beds had waterproof sheets over the mattress. (We'd wondered about this and brought one for our 3 year old so this may be useful info for other parents). Laercia and her father don't speak a huge amount of English and we speak very little Portuguese but it was easy enough to arrange collecting the keys and they were very warm and welcoming - really friendly. The only thing that would improve the apartment for people visiting with children would be a couple of small toys. Overall I would definitely recommend this as a base for exploring Cascais. (Just a shame we booked our return flights with Monarch and since we left have been stuck at the airport for 7 hours!!!).

Schön, ruhige Wohnung mit tollen Pool

Die schlicht und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung ist ruhig und das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen wunderschönen Pool mit Holzdeck. Die Wohnung hat eine Tiefgarage, eine kleine Terrasse. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut mit Ofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine etc. und de Betten bequem. Der Stadtkern und die StadtstrĂ€nde sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die anderen Bewohner sind zumeist EigentĂŒmer, die es ebenfalls ruhiger wĂŒnschen, so dass die Wohnung nichtgeeignet ist, wenn man "Party" sucht - eher ruhige, gepflegte, erholsame Ferien. 100% zu empfehlen.

Great Apartment

We had a wonderful week in Cascais, The apartment exceeded our expectations, clean and just like the pictures, The second bedroom had 2 twin beds, not the pull out as shown, which was a pleasant surprise. The walk to town was an adventure every time with new lanes and roads to explore. The pool was nice even as our weather was not the best. Being able to park of road is a great asset as down town is busy. The train station to lisbon is also walk able. But a car is needed to explore the west coast and great beaches within 35 min drive. Laercia is a wonderful host our only regret is that we could not speak enough portuguese to thank him.

Maravilhosa ferias de outubro.

Passamos 10 super dias nesse lindo lugar que Ă© cascais . Apartamento muito bem equipado com tudo que vocĂȘ necessita e limpo. O jardim do condominio Ă© lindo e a piscina tambem unico ponto negativo agua muito fria. Restaurantes, supermercados e praias ficam proximo da residencia. O Esposo da Laercia bem simpatico explicou tudo que precisavamos saber muito obrigada e ate a proxima.
