Maison d'amis récemment rénovée. 7 min à pied, 1/2 mile de Oceanside Beach. Cute, la base idéale pour explorer tout ce que le sud de la Californie a à offrir. Cuisine complète.
Cette maison d’arrière / maison d’hôtes est entièrement privée et est entièrement clôturée avec des serrures à clavier électronique sur l’entrée de la clôture extérieure et sur les 4 portes d’entrée.
Très lumineux et spacieux mais privé et confortable! Deux patio / espaces extérieurs privés avec des sièges confortables. Super endroit pour se promener, explorer ou simplement se détendre et lire un livre. Deux téléviseurs intelligents à écran plat de 50 ". Passez vos journées à visiter la plage ou les parcs thématiques à proximité et vos nuits à découvrir les nombreuses microbrasseries, pubs gastronomiques et restaurants branchés d'Oceanside.

Beach getaway

The cottage was very well equipped and comfortable. You have to realize that it is a cottage, abit rustic and vintage. The tv system is difficult, the bed is firm, the towels are nice, the garage is very handy considering the parking issues in the area. The fence was nice for our dog.

Oceanside Charm

The small bungalow was in a nice walking neighborhood. Not far from beach. You will need a car for groceries as the small one in walking distance shut down. The host is very responsive to any questions. Book it you won’t be disappointed

Wonderful Relaxing Retreat

Absolutely loved our stay. It was such a great place, we had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The place was very clean, and very nice. We want to stay again, and we are looking forward to another opportunity for a very relaxing trip.

Rest and Relaxation

This was a perfect spot for some R & R. Walking distance to beach, shops and dining. In a quaint neighborhood away from the crowds. The unit was well equipped and enjoyable space. Mike was professional and made it easy.

Enjoyable accommodations

Nice 1 bedroom home with full kitchen and everything needed for our week in Oceanside. It's close to town and within walking distance to the pier area. Oceanside is lovely and there's lots to do in the surrounding area. Michael, the landlord, was easy to reach when needed. But everything was in working order. I also love that it was pet friendly.

Perfect for two

The house was clean and comfortable. Parking on the street was required because our low rental car could not make it up the steep driveway into the garage. This was problematic for us and it would be the only reason we wouldn't stay there again

Cute Cottage in a Great Location

Perfect location in Oceanside that was close enough to walk to the beach but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Everything you need is provided and the bed is comfortable. Would highly recommend for a couple or small family.

Great little cottage for a vacation with the dog

I stayed at this beach cottage for two weeks with my dog and we had a very relaxing time. It had everything we needed, totally fenced patios, garage, laundry machines, even some cleaning items. The neighborhood has shaded trees and greenery, and is fairly quiet but still close to everything in Oceanside. It’s wonderful for long-term stays. The host was very communicative and clear about both check-in and check-out. The only reason it lost a star was because in the bathroom and on all the windows there were mold speckles that looked like they’d had some time to grow. Otherwise, our stay was perfect!

close walking distance for beach lovers

We enjoyed our time in Oceanside and visited some restaurants. Pier is a short distance from our rental and a nice walk. Bed was comfortable in our rental. The weather was quite cool when we visited so it cool in the rental. The kitchen had everything we needed and was clean. Our host was very good and responsive to any questions we had.

This is the second time renting this place. It is perfect for us and our two dogs. The property is close to the beach and the yard is totally fenced.

Perfect Location

Coming from the AZ heat being able to open the french doors off the bedroom to get a cool breeze was a joy for us. The cottage being with walking distance to the beach, close to bike paths and local restaurants plus farmers markets was also a plus for us. Had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Cozy place and well maintained

A great place to stay and the beach is an easy drive. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Having a king bed to sleep in was great! I'd rent it again!!

Great space with garage

Mike, We checked out this morning. Overall we enjoyed the space especially the garage for our SUV. We felt secure inside the unit but the locale just down the road was marginal. Your landscaping service did show up on Wednesday morning as you said. They spent a few minutes blowing leave off the front deck but that was about it. You are certainly not getting your money's worth from this service. The outside was deep in leaves, sticks and branches from all of the overhanging trees. My wife enjoys gardening so she spent just about every day cleaning out the pots and leaves from the planting beds which we expected the landscape service to do. She left the place in much better condition than when we found it. Also the is residue from active spiders and bugs should be cleaned up. We left behind an iphone charger in the bedroom and left our Amazon Prime registration on the TV in the bedroom. We would appreciate it if you would deregister our Amazon Prime off the bedroom TV system. If you would also be so kind to return our phone charger. Thank you, Charlie and Susie Amerise

Perfect for two, simple, clean

Great place for two people or a single person looking for a simple place that is clean and close to the beach. The fenced in yard goes all around the house and is well maintained. Nice kitchen supplied with everything you need. Living area, good size bedroom and separate bathroom. Attached garage where you can park a small to mid-sized car, but we had a large, full-sized truck that did not fit. Due to that we had to park on the street which at times was challenging. The beach, restaurants and stores were within walking distance. Michael was very attentive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property.

Oceanside cottage

Perfect cottage for what we needed! Clean and comfortable and my dogs enjoyed it too! The neighbors in the front house both weeks were super nice as well! Just minutes from my daughter and her family on base at Camp Pendleton. The garage was a life saver as evening parking is nearly non-existent in the neighborhood! Parking is not an issue in the daytime. Michael was proactive and responsive. Will definitely save for future trips!!

Location, Location, Location

Loved the location of this beach bungalow. Short distance to the BEST beach (at the pier), restaurants, freeway, etc. The place is very private. We are waiting to close escrow on our new home so this was a working stay. Working remote was a bit challenging as their is no separate workspace. I used the kitchen table that worked just fine but wasn't ideal. In the end, it all worked. The bed was super comfy and we loved that the French doors opened to the private patio. A couple of things to note: TV is powered by a non-traditional source so local network programming was not available. It was mainly movies and tv shows we were unfamiliar with. The kitchen was compact but had everything needed to make meals. The outdoor grill is electric, not gas or briquettes. Super easy parking options between the garage and street parking. The place is very clean and comfortable. This place is perfect for two people.

Oceanside Bungalow

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful bungalow with our pup. The home was clean, decorated nicely, and had every utensil/appliance we could have needed during our month long stay. Michael was kind and quick to respond whenever we had questions throughout our stay. The neighbourhood is safe, quiet, and a close walk to many restaurants/bars (5-10m) as well as the beach (~10m). We really enjoyed our time here, thank you!
