Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful 9 night stay. The units were quiet. The pool / waterpark was great for the kids. Close to the Disney parks and severalnearby restaurants. Walmart is just 3 blocks away to get groceries. I would definitely stay here again

Super nice location with good amenities

I don’t really have much to complain about other than the floors being FILTHY. Within an hour of being up and walking our feet were black. Other then that the condo was clean, comfortable, and we loved its proximity to Walmart and Disney. The waterpark is nice too.

Memories Made

The condo was perfect for what we needed. We all had our own space after a long day at the parks. The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our time at the pool/splash pad area. I loved that it was included, we have stayed other places where that amenity was an added expense. Had a few questions along the way and the host had clear and quick communication. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Room, Great Beds

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another easy rental experience with VCF. We've stayed with them probably 15 times over the years long span of our Disney Annual Passes. This room has lots of space and the beds are comfortable. There are thinner mattresses on the bunk bed tops - perfect for younger kids - and the mattresses on the bottom bunks have normal, thicker mattresses that adults will find comfortable. This room is in one of the outer condo buildings, so you do have to drive/walk to the pool area.

Perfect Disney loacation

We loved how close this was to the Disney properties. Everything that was needed could be found in the condo. The only thing needed is the floors needed a good washing. After walking around barefoot the first day our feet were black. Some small throw rugs would help too. We would rent here again!!

Lovely to be back to Windsor Hills!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here and enjoyed our stay. Loved the easy access on first floor and is a quiet location. I would recommend that the floors have a good mopping as are feet were black with walking around after arriving. Amenities were lovely and would suggest refreshing plastic plates, utensils and some frying pans for cooking. You have a beautiful place and feel this unit could be raised to a whole other level with some newer bedding, couple of tweaks for decor and colour pallette change on the walls (Benajmin Moore - Classic Gray)would be amazing for this lovely unit. Look forward to our next stay with VCF!

Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to go back next year. Loved the new floors and kitchen. The washer and dryer are so nice to have when you don’t want to pack too much and have little ones that get dirty so easily. Plenty of towels in the unit. The kitchen had new appliances and even an air fryer and a Keurig. We didn’t find too many extra kitchen tools(can opener or cookie sheet) but it had the basics. My kids loved the bunk beds. The pack n play, stroller and high chair were such a nice extra. The amenities were fantastic. We had a small issue with the air conditioner and it was addressed quickly. I was so impressed with everything!

I had to clean the unit myself

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Windsor hills and stay every time we are in Orlando. This home had disgustingly dirty furniture, floors bathrooms, it was one of my least favorite homes, the worst one had fleas, this one did not. We have stayed in this development close to 12 times, I will not rebook this particular home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect for what we needed. My only suggestion would be to upgrade furniture, kitchen utensils (pots and pans). The towels and shower had hair on them, so I had to clean the shower and buy towels. Overall, it was a good stay and pretty private for the community it is in.

Would definitely revisit!

Allergy-free cleanliness. Roomy. True to pictures or better. Comfortable, specially beds. Notoriously close to Disney parks. Effective logistics and security. Pool and hot tub great for a long walking day.

Great location but can use some updates

There were lots of bugs. Pharaoh ants in the kitchen, cockroaches in the master and bugs in the other bedrooms. Shower curtain kept falling down. Lights wouldn’t work in second largest room. No baking sheet to cook anything in the oven. Carpet on the porch needs to be replaced - looks like black mould. Living room chairs need cleaning. The facilities were great and location for Disney and shopping was wonderful. We had a nice vacation but the property definitely needs some maintenance.

Welcome! 2019 will be our 15th year that My father Dave, mother Patti, and I have been renting all of our Vacation Homes! It all started when we thought that Condos and Hotels were TOO EXPENSIVE for families to enjoy, so we wanted to do something about it. We bought our first Condo, set the prices low (we were not trying to make a killing) and people loved it as a concept. Well, it grew from there. Now we own, manage, and rent our many vacation homes, renting to over 2,500 Happy Guest families just like you every year at two great Florida locations: Cocoa Beach, and right outside the Main Gate at Walt Disney World! It keeps us very busy and we love it. The best part is helping our guests have a fabulous stay while in Florida without charging them an arm and a leg as they say.
