Comprend: 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain avec 2 lits queen et un lit pliant supplémentaire, une cuisine complète, une salle à manger incroyable (six places), un canapé en cuir italien spacieux, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans chaque chambre, un appartement de 50 pouces TV plasma écran avec un lecteur Blu-Ray dans le salon et TV LCD écran plat 42 pouces avec un autre lecteur Blu-Ray dans la chambre principale. Il y a deux piscines, un bain à remous, un sauna, une salle de sport et un parking couvert dans notre complexe.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for Fourth of July. The owner was great with communication and check in was a breeze. The location was pretty good. The only thing I wish was there was a bar on site or a Resturant. The trip was wonderful and the view was beautiful. Recommend staying here to anyone.

Absolutely Perfect!!

I had no planned to take a family vacation this year but at the last minute I started to change my mind and I found this condo online and the price was great. I liked the online pictures because it looked really updated and the view from the patio was looked perfect. We arrived Saturday afternoon and checkin was simple. We had already been given our entry code and that was it. As I walked into the unit I was so happy and so was my wife and 2 daughters. The condo looked just like the pictures and actually a little better. The patio is huge and the view is excellent!! The condo was very clean and felt very new. We had a really great week. We ate at Mikes across the street and the seafood was great. I had coffee and brekfast out on the patio every morning. It is only a couple of steps from the condo to the beach. The staff for the building was really nice. There are 2 nice BBQ grills down by the pool and I cooked burgers one night and chicken the other night. I am so thankful I got lucky and found this condo to rent out of all the ones out there for rent. Definitely hope to come back some day!! :-)

We stayed for a week and loved every minute of it! The condo was perfect for me and my family. Beautiful views. We saw so much marine life from the balcony. The beach was clean and beautiful. Loved the location.

Close to everything we needed

The location was perfect! Right on the beautiful clean beach and just out of the busiest traffic. Made our stay so enjoyable! Loved the hot tub!!

Great view from the corner balcony for sunsets. Whole place was clean and comfortable. Easy parking and didnt have to wait for elevators. Condo had all cooking stuff we needed. Washer and dryer in condo makes all the difference when staying for more than a few days. Will be back next year.

We had a great stay at this condo! My husband and I came to Panama City Beach for an anniversary trip and the condo was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The owner was very informative with texts and emails. We will definitely put this condo at the top of our list!

Wonderful condo

Upon arrival everything was easy and smooth, we preselected our passcode to the unit. Dropped our luggage on a cart, parked the car and headed straight up. The condo was beautifully decorated and immaculate, we got in late due to weather delays with our flight so we made a couple cocktails and enjoyed the sounds of the ocean from the balcony. The full kitchen was fully furnished and all utensils necessary to cook were within hands reach. We utilized it daily for breakfast and made spaghetti on night for dinner when the weather wasn’t great for venturing out. All in all great condo, location and facilities. Any questions or issues are a text away with quick response. You can’t go wrong here give this place a shot you won’t be disappointed!

Petty property owner

Overall very nice place. Only complaint is owner is very petty. Lamps in master didn’t work, one inoperable and another needed bulbs, no trash bags were left in garbage cans. Owner apologized for this but made sure to charge us $40 for 2 wash clothes that had “stains” on them. Great condo but if you don’t wanna deal withy petty ownership then stay somewhere else

This property was absolutely stunning! The view is AMAZING! We watched dolphins from our balcony, enjoyed the military jets flying overhead, beautiful sunsets, etc... The only negative was that he owner required a copy of my drivers license and a copy of my credit card for his personal rule. However, I would most certainly recommend this property!

A happy place!

My wife and our friends stayed here at this property for 6 days and absolutely fell in love with it! The view is perfect, the property is beautiful inside, and it feels like a home away from home. The only problem we had is that we weren’t able to spend more time here! I highly recommend others to stay at this property. You will not be disappointed! A huge thank you to the owner for being responsive and attentive! This place was the headquarters to the best vacation I’ve ever been on!

Beautiful condo, great location

This condo is beautiful, and decorated with a contemporary theme as opposed to the beachy theme eveywhere else! It is furnished with everything you need for a week, including a washer and dryer. The location on the west end of PCB makes getting out and driving much easier than down near the busier areas. The beach is gorgeous here, and the water is shallow enough for smaller children to have room to play in the surf. In fact, the beach is so great, we never actually visited the pools, so I cannot comment on them. Parking is a bit of a pain, but we just pulled under to condo to unload and then parked the rest of the week across the road in the parking garage. Artem provided information quickly. My only complaint is that they require a picture of your photo ID and credit card. This concerned me because you can't trust everyone these days. I understand they are trying to protect themselves as well. This is stated in the small print, but I wished I would have known that before I paid my initial deposit.

We enjoyed this property very much. It was very clean and super nice. The only thing did not like was n the master there was no dresser. Yes there was a closet which would have worked if had more hangers. Other then that was perfect place l.

Great beach location. Great views. Beautifully decorated condo. TV remotes were a little difficult to use. But we weren’t there to watch tv. Overall a great place to stay and Artem was great to deal with.

Breathtaking View!!!

The condo is beautiful, and the view is spectacular! We really loved the modern decor. We were able to go straight to the condo upon arrival, because the owner set the door code to a code of our choice. You do have to check in with the office within 24 hours of arrival, which is on the 4th floor. There are wristbands to wear, and a parking fee for the week, which is only $30. The location is great, because the west end of PCB is much less crowded, and you get to see those magnificent sunsets! Being a corner unit, you get a gulf view from both bedrooms, as well as the living room. The balcony is very large, and includes a table with 4 chairs, and 2 lounge chairs. The owner, Artem, is only a text or call away, if you need anything at all, and he was very responsive. We had an amazing week in this unit, and would love to return in the future!!

Paradise away from reality

The property was amazing. The facility has always been a great place to stay. We enjoyed all of the amenities. Our communication with the owner was amazing. There was nothing we had to question. The owner covered everything and checked in with us periodically to make sure all was well. We will definitely be staying again. Great memories no stress.
