Everything was great. The only thing I would suggest is a new rug in the bedroom, it sheds terribly. The host was quick to respond and very friendly. Would stay again.

The location itself was gorgeous and they supply beach chairs and an umbrella that is set up every morning. The showers were very spacious. However, there were a few issues with the property. We had issues getting in because the code supplied did not work as it had not been changed from the last reservation. We were sent an automated message that told us to call a locksmith, but they were going to charge us instead of the property owners.It took over an hour to get a hold of anyone to figure out what it was. Secondly, there is a very weak spot in the floor about 10 feet in front of the front door that feels like it is about to fall through, so we placed a cutting board over it. There was mold in the washer and along the bottom of the showers. There is little to no kitchen space so we had to place everything, including groceries, along the counter. Given that the washer was moldy, there were not enough towels and rags supplied to do without washing. There is also a storm drain pipe that runs just to the left of the property that cut across in front of our chairs so the was a deep trench between the chairs and the water.

This place was amazing

This place was everything we could have imagined. Plenty of room. So nice. And the view is amazing. We could step right off our porch steps right into the sand that was so amazing. And just to be able to open our sliding glass doors and to be able to see the ocean right there breath taking. It came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that someone sets up for you and takes back down. You are right there on the main strip we’re there is so much to do. We will definitely be booking there again. Thank you for letting us make wonderful memories there.

Vacation 2025

The place was nice but the washer was moldy so we couldn’t wash anything. In the downstairs hallway the floor had a soft spot in it but other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Over all a decent place to stay

We enjoyed this place. We weren’t able to check in til about 4:15 due to the place still being cleaned. The only complaint we have is that the washer had mold in it and the dryer ripped up some of our clothing. But overall a decent place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Older townhouse style condo, clean, fairly comfortable beds and furnishings. Not the best pots and pans. Nice beach.

Wonderful place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is well maintained. I especially enjoyed the lounge chairs and umbrella that come with renting the property. Will definitely consider renting again.

Convenient location

We enjoyed the location being able to step off the back stairs onto the beach. The place itself was comfortable. I guess I didn't pay attention to the kitchen pictures for the size of the kitchen, meaning that there is limited space for storing food. Not the end of the world, but just kept the counter cluttered. All in all it is a nice place and would stay there again.

Owner raised the price over$900 after we requested to rent

We requested to rent this condo. The owner then raised the price for $900 more than the total listed price that it was advertised. I’m not talking about fees, taxes, etc. The total for all of those things plus the actual stay was raised by more than $900 with no explanation. Bait and switch. Dishonest. I do not recommend doing business with them. I’m only leaving stars because the review won’t go through without them.

Anniversary Trip

This was our Anniversary trip and our first time in PCB. We were right on the beach, and oh was it wonderful. The sound of the ocean is calming and oh so peaceful to fall asleep to. The accommodations were wonderful!

if you’re gonna charge my prices, you oughta put up good product. The front doors just about ready to fall off the floor is in the place are losing their balance. We opened up the utensil door and there was a 2 inch roach in the drawer after calling they gave us a non-binary description of not fixing. It said it was gonna be at our cost if we had somebody come over and spray and clean again, they should’ve sprayed and clean right the first time give me excuse. Everywhere wasn’t appropriate. . The bed was probably the most absolute worst bed I’ve ever slept in my entire life. There is so many negative things about this condominium. It’s unbelievable, including the stairs that are not up the code and the railings on one side it’s very uncomfortable coming up and down now has an accident they will be liable. The location of the place was decent good beach access we will look for a new place for next year. That’s for sure. Thank you David Bishop.

Fantastic spot

Second time in seagull villa 3 and it was wonderful. Great location. To have 2 parking spots and 2 beach chairs and umbrella everyday is tremendous. Already booked for June 2025.

Fun in the Sun

We love Panama City Beach and the perfect place to stay is at Seagull Villas. The beach is your backyard and it is so relaxing and beautiful to look at. The condo has everything that is needed. We stayed in #3 last year as well as it is clean and the owners are great to deal with. We look forward to heading down south each winter. Thanks for having such a nice condo to stay in.
