Ce magnifique condo de 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain avec vue imprenable sur l'océan vous attend - tout est neuf !!! Beaucoup de place pour tout le monde - dort jusqu'à 8 confortablement. Entrez dans la cuisine entièrement rénovée avec des comptoirs en granit, des armoires blanches, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et est fournie avec tous les petits appareils ménagers et les ustensiles dont vous aurez besoin. Profitez de votre café du matin au bar de la cuisine, pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, ou rendez-vous sur le balcon couvert pour vous détendre au soleil. Le plan d'étage ouvert mène à la salle à manger, ce qui est idéal pour un repas ou une soirée amusante. Le salon a tous les nouveaux meubles, y compris un grand téléviseur à écran plat monté sur le mur accentué shrapap menant sur le balcon couvert. Que vous regardiez des films, que vous vous détendiez avec un livre ou que vous sirotiez un cocktail au coucher du soleil, vous et vos invités avez de nombreux lieux de rassemblement.

La chambre principale a un lit Queen, une vue imprenable sur l'océan et sa propre télévision à écran plat. Vous avez également une salle de bain, ce qui en fait un véritable refuge. Lovely Condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We love Emerald Isle, it's our favorite place to stay in PCB. This condo is beautifully decorated, clean and provided everything we needed. My only complaint would be that the Master Bed Matress was not very comfortable. Other than that everything was great.

Great.Gathering Place

This condo was a perfect place.for our family get together. It was clean and comfy with all the ammenities we needed to have an enjoyable beachfront experience. View was amazing! Decor was very nice and large sectional in living room was perfect for everyone to lounge and relax indoors (although one dining chair was missing) It was also the perfect location...close to everything!

Fall Break Getaway

We LOVE Emerald Isle because of its location and size. It’s on the far west end of the beach which we like since it’s a bit less congested and perhaps even a bit more family friendly than other parts. Even though it is big, it’s not as big as many others which we like. The unit itself impressed with the gulf views as all condos have at Emerald Isle. I will say, even though the unit has clearly been updated, it is a bit beat up and wasn’t as clean as many other units we’ve stayed in. HOWEVER, this wasn’t a huge deal for us since we spent little time indoors anyway. With the great communication received by the property manager, I have no doubt they would have sent the cleaning crew back had I asked but we were more interested in getting to the beach! Overall, the unit worked well for us and I would stay again!

Gorgeous view and beautiful condo!

Emerald Isle takes the safety and comfort and of their guests seriously. Elevators are clean and quick. Dalton who took care of the chairs on the beach was amazing! The views from the balcony were amazing. We saw dolphins daily from the balcony and beach.

Feels like our home away from home

Our family has stayed at this property every year for well over 10 years. It truly feels like our home away from home. This was our first time renting this particular unit and it definitely won’t be our last. This unit was very clean and well furnished. It was absolutely perfect for our family. Having beach service included is such a great bonus as well. We enjoyed a very relaxing week and we cannot wait to be back again. Thank you for making the rental process so easy!

Great stay!

We love the Emerald Isle property. This condo was another great choice. Clean, updated and very comfortable. We loved the huge sectional, we had 7 guests and could all have a comfortable seat. Plenty of space for all to enjoy.

Wonderful stay! We will be back

Perfect for our family of 4! Kids age 6 and 12. Plenty of room for us all on the sectional, its huge! The master bed is SO comfortable! Never waited on the elevator. There IS a TV in the 2nd bedroom, doesn't list that or show a picture. We cooked most meals, had everything we needed except a pizza cutter 🙂.

Great Condo

This condo is in a great location on the west end of the beach. The balcony was amazing and the views are incredible. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. The building is extremely well maintained and the covered parking was very convenient and easy to find a spot. There are four elevators so we never had to wait. Highly recommend this unit and location.

Perfect!

Fantastic views with a great patio! We were a family of 5 with 3 adult boys.The condo was very clean, easy check in, great parking. King bed had wonderful mattress. Living room had plenty of space for us to be together but not crowded. Kitchen was fully functional and decently supplied. Guy taking care of the beach umbrellas was very kind and helpful. Property was nice (pools, beach, grills, volleyball net).

Absolutely Amazing!

This property was exactly as shown. Amazing views, awesome balcony, immaculate and very accommodating! The beach downstairs is spectacular with that white sand. Our vacation was perfect!

Beautiful Fall Break

This place was very convenient to everything. The elevators were not bad due to it being off season. The unit is cute and perfect t for our group! The bathrooms were dated but the rest of the unit was nice! Love the big balcony! Great stay highly recommend!

Disappointed and False Advertising

Property location was great. Used to be an owner there. Housekeeping was beyond terrible. Tooth cleaners on sofa table, dirty sheet wadded up in master closet. Pantry had chips gummy bears and a dust pan full of sand. Counter tops greasy. Couch and love seat stained and was like sitting on floor. Bedroom dresser drawers were out of alignment, and there were nasty wash cloths under tge filthy stained curtains. When i reported and sent pics the rental property mgr, said how do we know you didnt do these things so i resent pics with timestamps. Referred to contract that we should have contacted them immediately vs waiting 3 days (eventhough we were recovering from testing covid positive on sat. Will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND LISTING AS ADVERTISED AS REMODELED OR NEW FURNISHINGS IS A BOLD FACE LIE. Paying premium rates for a week, you would expect really nice, vs. filthy

There were shoe prints on the sheets, towels had black marks on them like they had been caught in a car door. The master comforter and shams had some kind of bodily fluid stains on them. The door would lock, but any wind would make the door shake like someone was breaking in. The area rug was filthy. Management was contacted and nothing was fixed. They offered me a $50 Visa card after I got home. Would never recommend this facility due to the filthy conditions and poor management. They even tried to say they sent someone to clean but we didn’t leave that day because of the weather and no one showed up so they lied. I even told them to review the cameras in the building because they had a lier working for them.

Not worth the money or the hassle

This was my worst experience ever coming to Panama City. I always come once a year and stay and I will never be staying at this resort again. My family and I had a lot of luggage and could not carry everything from across the street and up and down stairs on the breezeway that goes to the parking across the street. So we pulled my vehicle into the parking garage where apparently “owners only” are allowed to go so that I could let my elderly mother in law out at the elevators and so we could unload our stuff at the elevators where there were luggage carts available, and we were faced with a very rude and disgruntled condo owner who sit there and watched and looked at us like we were scum of the earth and felt the need to proceed to tell me that me and my family didn’t belong there. I have never been so disrespected in my life. The condo itself was decent, but not wonderful and not worth the money. If you plan on cooking while you stay then I would suggest to bring your own pots and pans because the ones provided in this condo are banged and scratched up. The bed in the room with the bunk beds is wobbly and uncomfortable. And the bed in the master bedroom is comfortable at first but I woke up every morning with my back hurting. The view of the beach and the balcony is very nice and the living room area wasn’t too bad. There were no parking passes provided in the condo like we were told would be and when I tried to contact the number I was given I received no response and never received any parking passes either so every morning I woke up worried that my vehicle was not going to be in the parking lot when I walked out because I was afraid it was going to get towed. Needless to say, we will NEVER be staying here again.
