Ce lotissement sur 2 étages avec 2 chambres à coucher est mis à jour et prêt à louer le 1er juillet
L'unité se trouve directement sur la plage avec accès à la plage juste à votre porte arrière
1 roi maître au deuxième étage avec balcon donnant sur la plage et une deuxième chambre confortable queen. 2 1/2 bains.
Le printemps dernier, tout le bâtiment a été rénové avec une planche en dur
Nous sommes dans un quartier calme sur l'autoroute 30-a cependant à seulement quelques minutes de merveilleux restaurants et boutiques

Gary was amazing once again! I’ve stayed at this property several times and it never disappoints!

The location is perfect as it offers ocean views from master bedroom and the living room. The booking process was easy and hassle free!

Great place

This property offered everything we needed, and the location was great. The view from the downstairs patio and upstairs deck was breathtaking, the rooms were comfortable, and it had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Coop was very communicative and easy to get ahold of if we needed him. I would definitely recommend this property!

A must stay

First time in Panama Beach area and not disappointed. The place was perfect for what our family was looking for. Great location with access to beach and the best view from the balcony. The condo itself was great. Very clean and maintained. Will definitely be back here.

Sea shadows #8 was fantastic

Sea Shadows #8 was very clean, supplied with everything we could have needed in the kitchen and had the most gorgeous ocean view. The beds were comfortable, the living room furniture was super soft and comfy and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay … including the rain that came just in time on Saturday so we didn’t have to be dragged from the beach at check out time lol.

Excellent as always!

Coop is great to work with! Condo was awesome with great view of the beach! You can’t get any better. It is a 2 bedroom. Plenty of kitchen items! Highly recommend it! This is our second time!

Amazing location and house

My family and I have been going to the 30A and Destin area on vacation the last few years and this is by far the best stay we have ever had. You are able to walk right out of your back door and be on the beach. The location of the house is perfect. You are an easy bike ride from the Big Chill and Rosemary. The beach area behind the house was the least crowded beach we have every visited. Moving forward this will be only place that we will ever stay. Working with Mr. Cooper was great and we did not have any issues. It was definitely a 5 star stay.

Perfect location! Wonderful views!

We're a family of four and absolutely loved our stay at Seashadows #8. Views were gorgeous! From the upstairs balcony you almost feel like you're on top of the water and beach. Since this is an end unit, there are beautiful gulf views from LR through the front and also through the side window, really nice to have that. Unit is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, everything is coordinated well and super clean. Loved the decor and made for a truly relaxing and comfortable space. Kitchen is now well stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of different pots/pans, utensils, glasses etc. Ditto on location comments in other review. Perfect! Short, easy bike ride to many locations. Our faves were Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, the Hub. Thank you Coop for maintaining such a great unit!

Amazing Views

Gary was very responsive and easy to work with all along. The views from the property were great. We were close enough to see and hear the ocean. It was very relaxing. Being able to sit on the first floor patio and upstairs balcony and enjoy the views and sounds of the beach was amazing. The decor was updated and very pretty, the beds were comfortable and since we went in July, we were very thankful for great A/C. The kitchen could use some updates with utensils and things. There were only a handful of drinking glasses and the utensils were not great, but overall we were fine. Also, the entire shower apparatus in the master bath fell out of the wall while I was showering and crashed into my head on our last night there. Very disturbing, but I texted Gary and he had a plumber out the first thing the next morning. Overall, a very good stay and I would recommend it.

Great place to stay!

Great location! Super easy check in and check out! Very clean and very nice. Awesome views from the master balcony! Property manger was great to deal with! Highly recommend! Hope to come again soon!

Excellent Location!!

The townhome was the perfect size for our family. The view was breathtaking and the beach was absolutely wonderful. The property is in a wonderful neighborhood and in very close proximity to everything. The property owners are great and very helpful. We loved our stay and will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

We had a wonderful time!

The location is perfect. The property is comfortable, clean, and well supplied. Gary was excellent to work with and responded very quickly when I had a question. We will definitely stay at one of his properties (perhaps this same one!) again!! We had a wonderful time as a family and made lots of fun and sweet memories!

Excellent getaway, great Location!

Perfect spot on the beach with easy access just down the steps from the back porch. Great price considering the space and location. There was room and some, for two adults and our two children. Love the upper balcony as well, where you can comfortably relax and watch the waves. We were greeted with wine and easy communication from the owner. A very short drive to Rosemary’s center and easy to have food delivered. There was a full kitchen with plenty of space and ice! Bring some coffee for the coffee pot. The porch has its own hose attachment and outdoor shower WITH HOT WATER! Made everything easy and lovely. We will definitely stay again!

Loved it!

Seashadows #8 was perfect for my family of four! The open concept downstairs with comfy living room was beautifully decorated. The two bedrooms upstairs were nicely sized and peaceful. Loved the shower in master bathroom and the view from the balcony attached to the master bedroom was gorgeous. So wonderful to go to sleep on vacation while listening to the waves. I was worried about how crowded the beach would be during this July Fourth week, but we were able to stake out our umbrella and chairs mid morning and I felt safety distanced from other families. Beach was beautiful and relaxing. We had a wonderful experience on the night of July 4 sitting on beach and watching fireworks all around while the kids found lots of crabs. Location of the townhouse is very nice - the complex was not crowded and we were able to bike to The Hub and Rosemary Beach. I was grateful to be in Seacrest because some of the other areas along 30A seem to have many more people everywhere. Coop was very easy to get in touch with and quickly answered all my questions. I hope to rent from him again!
