Capistrano # 201 est un magnifique condo de 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains sur le golfe et sur le front de mer, situé dans le golfe du Mexique à Seacrest / Inlet Beach, juste à l'ouest de Rosemary Beach et de Alys Beach. Le pied condo 1175 sq. 6 personnes avec 2 reines et canapé-lit dans le salon. Nous sommes au 2ème étage d'un immeuble espagnol calme de 9 unités avec un aménagement paysager professionnel comprenant des palmiers, des jardins, une fontaine, une grande cour / aire de jeux avec une "terrasse au coucher du soleil" pour "la tradition des 30A" de boissons à coucher de soleil, barbecue au charbon de bois commun, parking et porte-vélos. Le 2ème étage est idéal dans ce bâtiment - suffisamment élevé pour une vue sur l'océan et un seul escalier en transportant des bagages ou l'épicerie. Pas de piscine --mais pas de piscine nécessaire avec les vagues du Golfe douces!

Grands, des vues panoramiques de l'intérieur et à l'extérieur! Sur votre balcon privé avec une table de bistro et 4 chaises pivotantes, dînez dehors, regardez les dauphins et les magnifiques couchers de soleil, envoyez vos courriels ou écrivez un roman. Toutes les commodités de la maison avec cuisine entièrement équipée design, grande télévision à écran plat / DVD, chaîne hi-fi, connexion Internet haut débit sans fil, et lave-linge séchant. La chambre principale a une salle de bain attenante avec baignoire-douche. Nous avons trois TV HD et lecteur DVD avec Netflix et Smart Apps, afin d'apporter votre mot de passe Netflix ou vous inscrire pour un essai gratuit de 30 jours, tout en restant. Emplacement sur la piste cyclable 30A est de 2 mi. Ouest de Rosemary Beach et 1 mi. This condo was perfect for me and my husband. The view from the balcony was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking utensils you could think of. The living room furniture was excellent to relax in the evenings. The host has games and puzzles ready for the guest. The condo was well taken care of and I was even able to contact the hostess and stay an extra night with just a simple email! Very accommodating and responsive! Highly recommended!

Great Location and View

This property and the managers are great. Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay and getting to and from the beach is as easy as could be. Great location for nearby restaurants and there are a few grocery stores just a few minutes away.

Great location but the stairs were a bit much for me. We had a little difficulty getting our luggage up and down the stairs.

The great thing about the second floor and third floor units in this part of 30a though is the view! You have to admit! That water! The beach! Those gentle waves! Very pleased with our stay! Perfect beach location and condo was just what our family of four needed for our short getaway! The kitchen is well-equipt with everything you need. Wonderful to have ice already made upon arrival. Would stay there again!

Capistrano 201 the best, most relaxing vacation

This might be the quietest stretch of beach along 30A. We stayed end of May and there was barely one row of beach umbrellas. The condo has everything we needed...beautiful, clean, and well-stocked European-style kitchen with comfortable beds and a living room that features views of the gulf. We had fun every night going down to the sunset deck on the large back garden of Capistrano. We will stay here again !!

Location is amazing. The beach was not crowded at all for our visit! The unit was in tip-top shape! The only negative was the people moving in and out of the unit above us at the crack of dawn, and the next group of kids sounded like a herd of elephants. Not very soundproof. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay on a beautiful beach

The property was conveniently located and perfect for a girl’s getaway! Got in plenty of time rambling through Rosemary, Alys, Seaside and Grayton Beach. Time on the beach was much needed. The view from the balcony with early morning coffee was a peasant touch!

You MUST stay here!!!

This place deserves 10 stars!! It is in the absolute best location and has amazing beach-front views but is still tucked away so that you aren’t crowded on the beach. Perfect biking distance from shops and restaurants. The inside was very clean and well-kept and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Everything was exactly as described. Perfect location, beautiful view, quiet property, fully stocked kitchen. Our only regret was having to leave. We hope to return soon.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We bought this condo on our first visit--lovely Spanish-style building, great landscaping, beautiful designer kitchen and bathrooms, gorgeous beach views! It's a lovely area with lots to do, and in the Spring Break and High Summer seasons, it is Couple and Family Friendly, not Party Friendly. Seaside, Rosemary and Alys Beach offer charming independent shops and restaurants and often have events such as Wine tasting, Arts and Crafts festivals, as well as weekly Farmers' Markets.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This unit has the ideal location--between Seaside and Alys Beach/Rosemary Beach--on the 30A walking/running/bike path. Capistrano is a quiet 9 unit building with a private beach, accessed by a coded beach gate. The second floor is also ideal with The amazing gulf view and only one flight of stairs. When you want a break from the fully equipped, designer kitchen and wave or dolphin watching on the balcony, there are numerous bike rentals, quaint shops, bars and restaurants close by. Beach chair and umbrella rental companies on 30A with daily set up services are plentiful. (Google 30a beach services).
