Great Getaway!

The views from the living room and beautiful master bedroom were amazing. Each day God painted a different scene for us to enjoy. The beaches were not crowded and this vacation was just what I needed.

The AC is not sufficient and so loud! The rental could also use new pots and pans! We enjoyed our stay and would come back to this home.

We loved the condo....and especially loved the private beach. We had a little issue with the front door not working on day one, but VERY impressed with how quick the realty folks sent out someone to fix upon learning of the issue. Highly recommend this unit! Thanks for a great week!

Beautiful and close to the beach

Overall, this place was great! We had an issue with the WiFi but got it fixed quickly. Beautiful and updated, the beach is literally just steps away, and the beach was not super crowded!

Perfect for a family beach getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The access to the beach couldn’t be better, shopping and restaurants all around 30A. The layout of the home is perfect for a family of adults. Definitely a return spot!

Lovely Townhome on Quiet Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were 2 couples and had a lovely stay here. The location is really nice between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove. The bike trail is great but definitely better heading west for less foot and bike traffic. The Big Chill is fun about a mile away. Beach chair set up is perfect. The 3rd floor bedroom while cozy and comfy, is warmer than the rest of the house. It appears hard to cool with a portable a/c unit that seemed to blow only moderately cool air at times. The touchpad lock was finicky but worked fine. Loved our stay overall.

Gorgeous Property!

My family and I loved this property, it's proximity to the beach, accessibility along 30A- all the things! We had a minor issue with a leak and the property manager was prompt and easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again!

Sunrise, Sunset Getaway

I stayed at this property for a family reunion the week of fourth of July. The property is literally steps from the beach. The house was beautifully decorated with upscale linens, beds and decor. The location was perfect and was surrounded by lots of great restaurants and shops. I would definetely stay here again!

Great property, but not close to much

We loved the property but would not stay here again due to location. If you are planning to do beach and cook meals in then this place is great, but we like to get out and explore, shop, dine, and nothing was close. Also, the back door doesn’t lock once outside so going to the beach is a hassle if you want to pick your valuables up while away.

Beachfront Bliss

We could not be happier with our stay at Beachfront Sea Dreams. The townhouse is impeccably decorated. The proximity to the beach is unrivaled - the staircase is literally feet from the patio. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary beach service that comes with the rental. The townhouse is located very close to so many interesting and fun locations (Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, the Big Chill, Old Florida Fish House). We cannot wait to come back and stay again! Memorial Day Stay

A concern regarding the inability to secure the condo completely when we were on the beach due to a locked walk-through gate. Everything was okay but putting your trust in their rationale for the locked gate was unsettling.

The property was well represented by it's description. ~However, whomever use the coffee maker last, did not throw out their coffee grounds. ~The inner tubes left on the patio, were there when we arrived.

Be back in a heartbeat

I absolutely love staying at this property! Nothing can beat the private peach with assigned chairs and a limited crowd. I loved walking down each morning and having an unobstructed sea view. The views from the property were incredible as well. The third floor room was cozy and the house is a whole stayed cold too. One of my favorite parts though was talking with the property manager, Judy, who was a huge huge help. She honestly gave us the best start to our week here. We loved meeting the families here staying by us. Rosemary was just a short drive and we went every day for coffee. We will absolutely be back
