Baissez une petite rue de la rue Meynadier et au coin du troisième étage, vous trouverez notre charmant petit loft. Tout nouvellement marque fait et vient de terminer, il ya des planchers de chêne, belle hauteur sous plafond et des fenêtres tout autour, ce qui signifie l'appartement est très agréable et la lumière. Être sur le coin il est double aspect. Il ya un petit balcon où vous pouvez avoir votre café du matin en regardant sur une face de jardin sur le toit. Il ya un smart TV, Apple TV et Wifi gratuit. Dans la salle de bain de taille généreuse, il est à la fois une douche vêtu belle pierre et une griffe pied baignoire pour le trempage de luxe ainsi que beaucoup d'espace de rangement et une coiffeuse. Le loft de 53m2 est idéal pour une personne, un couple ou deux amis. Il ya un lit king size à l'étage dans la chambre à coucher sur la mezzanine. Il ya aussi une nouvelle marque bon divan-lit double de taille dans le salon, mais sachez que si vous avez des invités qui dorment sur ce qu'ils auront à traverser le coin de la chambre à l'étage d'utiliser la salle de bain - si vraiment seulement recommandé si vous êtes bons amis ou en famille.

Smart TV, Apple TV, Wifi, sèche-cheveux, machine à café Nespresso, grille-pain, cuisinière + plaques à induction, lave-linge / sèche-linge, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, Mitsubishi climatisation et le chauffage, Bosch réfrigérateur / congélateur, fer et planche à repasser, un parapluie (il pleut généralement pendant le festival du film à un certain point!).
Nous vivons seulement une demi-heure de route de sorte sommes toujours sur place pour aider ou conseiller. Nous pouvons vous rencontrer à l'arrêt de bus ou à la gare si vous avez besoin de nous pour vous emmener à l'appartement.
Nous avons versé nos cœurs pour faire de notre petite mezzanine un lieu unique et luxueux chaleureux et accueillant pour votre séjour au cœur de la vieille Cannes, donc nous espérons que les gens vont respecter et l'apprécier autant que nous faisons. Nous voulons qu'il se sentir comme privée suite de l'hôtel le plus fabuleux et confortable.
L'appartement est au 3ème étage (en haut) d'un petit immeuble (Trois appartements y compris la nôtre). Il ya pas d'ascenseur - bien que les vols d'escaliers sont larges et à court de sorte qu'il ne se sent pas trop mal du tout. Malheureusement donc pas adapté aux fauteuils roulants.
PARKING: en face de la porte d'entrée de notre bâtiment est la sortie piétonne du parking Ferrage - un parking public sécurisé avec des taux très favorables si rester pendant un certain temps, par exemple € 72,70 pendant sept jours ou € 139 euros pour 30'days (1 mois). Vous pouvez réserver votre place de parking à l'avance. Vous pouvez vous garer juste à côté de la sortie piétonne et vous traversez littéralement la petite route et vous êtes dans notre bâtiment - ce est très pratique pour le chargement / déchargement vos sacs dans l'appartement et aussi extrêmement rapide et un accès facile à votre voiture si vous êtes utiliser. La première heure dans le parking est gratuit - donc si vous ne voulez pas payer les frais de stationnement pendant vos vacances ou si vous ne allez pas utiliser votre voiture pendant votre séjour à Cannes, vous pouvez y stationner pendant une heure pour charger / décharger vos bagages et puis prendre votre voiture à l'un des parkings gratuits (par exemple au Point Croisette) et laisser la voiture là pour la durée de votre séjour gratuitement. Toutefois, le Parking Ferrage est extrêmement pratique pour notre appartement.

So much for our rule about always trying somewhere new. This was our second visit, having stayed here last September, and everything we said then remains true. If you're heading for Cannes, this is a gem. Huge thanks to Clare and Marilou.

Amazing Apartment in the Heart of Cannes!!!!

Thanks to our wonderful host Clare we had the most amazing stay in Cannes. The apartment was wonderful, with all of the amenities we needed. Clare was such an amazing help, helping with everything from our airport transfer to tips on great places to eat and shop. The apartment was located on a quaint quiet street and was very secure. The market was just steps from the front door and beach a very short walk. The apartment was clean, well maintained and very well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone and definitely will be coming back again! 5 stars all the way!!!

Lofty expectations met

How clever of me, to describe in the title, our beautiful loft and wonderful experience. What’s not to love? The property was beautiful, a roomy flat, four easy floors up, everything in spiffy order, modern, well equipped with everything. As for “location, location, location”, it’s literally steps away from the market, the port, and the glittering shopping/clubbing/restaurant area. And yet, it’s placed in a quiet car-free area so you can retreat from all the excitement and rest up to begin enjoying Cannes again. I’ve saved the best till last and that would be our hosts: Clare and Guy are as attentive and friendly as can be, particularly Clare who damned near adopted us. If this sounds like a gushy paid commercial so be it, but this entire experience with the property meant we could truly enjoy a dream vacation.

If like us you feel that the quality of where you stay is a fundamental part of a great holiday, look no further than Clare's apartment in Cannes.. It's a very clever loft conversion, which she has decorated and furnished with exquisite taste, and equipped with everything you could need. She's also a fine artist and a large canvas of a Jack Russell smiles down at you in the sitting room. The locality is equally perfect - right in the heart of Cannes, five minutes from the marina and its superb sandy beach, two minutes from a fabulous covered market, and with a zillion eating options on your doorstep. Sadly we didn't get to meet in person, but she was very responsive to questions, and her lovely house manager showed us the ropes when we arrived. We have stayed in countless owners' properties over the years, and this is right up there with the very best. Huge thanks Clare.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft; perfekt gelegen

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und sehr schick eingerichtet. Genausso, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Beim Check-in hatten wir sogar ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel im Kühlschrank und ein Baguette; das war sehr aufmerksam. und hat uns sehr gefreut. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Wonderful Stay

Clare was marvellous to deal with. She was both responsive and accommodating. The flat is beautifully designed and decorated and very clean. It is extremely well equipped including everything you need to enjoy your stay right down to a beach umbrella. The welcome package of wine, beer bread butter and other items was a pleasant surprised ang very much appreciated. Even though the flat is in the heart of Cannes it was very quiet. We not hesitate to recommend Clare’s flat to anyone wishing to stay in Cannes

No Better Place in Cannes!

This was our second year at this condo, which is immaculate and cozy. It also comes with your initial supplies (milk, water, fruit, bread/croissants, wine, chocolate, tea, coffee) so you don't have to run out to the store first thing. However, everything your heart could desire is right around the corner:) The Location is PERFECT and you are just a couple blocks from the train so you can fly into Nice and take the train down and then travel by train, bus or boat to all of the locations you want to see. The harbor is only a couple blocks away too! We used UBER and the train to get everywhere! Happy to talk with anyone live if you are thinking about going. Just ask Clare for my number. She is a great host and is there for any questions you have.

A stunning penthouse so close to everything!

Clare & Guy are the consummate hosts and welcomed us to their beautiful apartment by meeting us in the middle of a very rare thunderstorm with umbrellas in hand. Nothing was too much bother for them and their care and attention to detail is prevalent throughout their property. We are annual visitors to Cannes and can’t beleieve we haven’t found this little gem before - it really is a haven of tranquility amongst the hustle and bustle of a busy TFWA convention that we were attending. Thank you so much for having us stay in your property, it is truly magnificent.

Clare was the consummate hostess with the fridge stocked with some basics and very helpful about the town and activities. Her apartment is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a stay in Cannes. The location was great for beaches, shopping and restaurants. I loved it and will rent again when I return!

A haven of peace and tranquility right in the centre of Cannes!

This loft is absolutely perfect. It is equipped with everything one could possibly need and is so beautiful that, had the weather been poor, we could have quite happily stayed in for days. Our stay was in July though, so weather wasn’t a problem! The loft is ideally situated as a base for all types of activities; there are excellent beaches a short stroll away, together with fantastic restaurants, galleries, cinemas and shops. The railway station is very handy too, so if you fancy exploring further afield, there are regular trains to Antibes, Nice etc. Clare is the perfect host. She provided detailed information which enabled us to park our car in a handy space in a parking garage very close to the apartment. She responds quickly to any enquiry and is delighted to offer recommendations and suggestions based on her knowledge of the local area. If you are looking for a luxurious and quiet place to return to after a hard day sun-bathing, exploring, learning, eating or shopping, look no further - you’ve found your property!

Amazing flat with lovely hosts!

Our stay at Clare and Guy’s was lovely. Their apartment is central, adorable, and had everything we wanted and more. They were such responsive hosts with so many recommendations and helpful in so many ways. The apartment is so tastefully decorated, clean, and lovely. We felt right at home.

Best VRBO ever!

You cannot begin to believe how great this place is. Best Location, Beautiful, Clean, Everything you need in the kitchen and bath to get you started so you don't have to run out the minute you get there. Super restaurant recommendations and a VERY QUICK walk from the train station, so you don't need a car. Uber was available to get you out to the surrounding villages if you prefer. Antibes, which is one of my favorite places in the whole world is a 10 minute train ride which leaves a few times each hour every day. You can fly into Paris or Nice and take the train here. There is no need for a car! Clare was available for any questions and always very responsive and helpful. We have rented over 24 different places and I will say this is one of the VERY BEST! I hope you get a chance to enjoy it someday.

PERFECT in every way!! Simply lovely!!

There are not enough words to fully articulate the beauty of Clare and Guy's loft! It is absolutely beautiful, and the pictures do not show the warmth and comfort! Every detail, big and small, are done with great care! The location could not have been better! There are plenty of restaurants, markets, things to do right outside your door! Clare was simply wonderful to work with! She was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. She recommended a fantastic driver upon our arrival. He was familiar with the apartment and knew right where he was going. Clare personally met and welcomed us to her home. She lives locally, so we felt like we had a friend in town if we need anything! She also made wonderful recommendations for local-area favorites! We would HIGHLY recommend this stunning loft apartment to anyone coming to Cannes! You will be so happy and very much at home here! Thank you Clare and Guy for sharing your kindness and opening your home on our visit to Cannes! We hope to be back one day!

Perfection!!!

We had a lovely time staying in this cute apartment. The owner Clare seems to be a perfectionist, so she had prepared everything for us and we really appreciated the thoughtful attention details (soap and shampoo, toilet paper, file containing everything about the area, adaptor, hair dryer). The apartment was clean and full of charm. When we arrived, we found everything we needed, nothing more nothing less. Clare even bought a few groceries for us! But what I appreciated the most is that we never felt like this was someone's apartment, it felt more like a hotel which was perfect for my husband for whom it was the first experience with homelidays and who is very picky with cleanliness. I wish all the apartments I rent were as nice as this one. Thank you Clare for everything!

LOVED THIS PLACE

We cannot say enough about our stay in this beautiful apartment, our lovely host and wonderful Cannes. Claire was exceptional to deal with from start to finish. Her emails were always timely and helpful, she ensured our arrival was seamless (driving instructions and parking), and followed up to make sure our trip was going well. She even provided welcoming provisions for our evening arrival and breakfast that met our specific dietary requirements. The apartment itself was exceptional and was even more beautiful than the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants and Claire made some recommendations that turned out to be excellent. It was such a great place to stay that it made me want to stay in and relax. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would be privileged to stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation in Cannes

Thank you very much Clare, our vacancy was perfect. The flat is as beautiful as shown in the pictures; the bed very comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom clean and we even got new sheets and towels after our first week. The location is great as you can easily walk to all the sights. The market with fresh fruits and vegetables as well as shops and restaurants are only a couple of minutes away from the accomodation. Clare is a very good host with good knowledge of Cannes and surroundings and she answers quickly to emails which is great if you need help. So after all we can highly recommend this accomodation :-)

My husband Guy and I live in a little hilltop village in the South of France and just bought and renovated this beautiful little loft apartment in Cannes right in the old part of town near the port and love using it ourselves. We are excited to be able to rent out the apartment and very happy to let others have the chance to experience the best that Cannes has to offer from a comfortable and luxurious base that is close to everything. I am an artist who loves film, TV, the sea, reading, swimming pools, after dinner games, people, laughing and food! and chocolate!! There is a cinema right round the corner from the flat which shows the latest films in English, and countless restaurants and bars at your fingertips. We love going to Cannes for a taste of the sea and the beach and a bit of retail therapy! The famous bustling marche Forville is heaven for buying fruit and veg and getting a real friendly flavour of France. We also love to rummage in the bric a brac market on Mondays to try to discover a hidden treasure! We sit outside the patisserie drinking coffee and eating croissants and watching the most fascinating characters go by. We will do everything we can to make your stay as special, comfortable and easy as possible. My motto in life is to smile and the world smiles back at you.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We bought this apartment because we've been living in the countryside nearby for nearly twelve years now, and had been coming into Cannes to go to the beach the shops and the cinema and get a little taste of the metropolitan life we had left behind in London! I had often thought how nice it would be to be able to stay the night and not have to drive home on the motorway. We looked at lots of apartments in Cannes - all near to the port and the Rue d'Antibes and the action - and as soon as we walked into this apartment we knew it was for us. It just had a lovely feeling - very light with double height ceilings and lots of windows and some french doors out onto a little balcony - it is on the 3rd floor but looks out over two roof gardens so you see greenery when you look out of the windows. The bathroom / dressing room is also exceptionally luxurious and generous sized - very nice for anyone staying for the festivals - and it is so central and near to the Palais des Festivals - you can run home and have a shower and change and be back before anyone has noticed you have gone!

We also love the fact that the apartment is located right off the fantastic Rue Meynadier and the Marche Forville - there are little cobbled streets and adorable shops and delicatessens, one of the best chocolatiers in France, and so many bars and restaurants, and all just a hop from the port and the beach. If you don't have a car it doesn't matter at all - everything is right on your doorstep - an easy walk to everything. If you do have a car the apartment is right by the pedestrian exit to a public underground car park ( parking Ferrage ) so couldn't be easier. There are special rates for long term parking ( €72,70 for seven days and €139 euros for 30 days ( 1 month ) ). You are also within easy walking distance to the train station, - straight along at the end of the road ( about 4 minutes walk ), also the bus station and taxi rank and express bus to the airport is also about 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Around where the apartment is it all feels like a very friendly village.
