Unfortunately, the issue depended on the internet provider and, despite efforts to resolve it during your stay, the interruption could not be fixed in time. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. I also appreciate your comments about the stairs and bathroom supplies. The building does not have an elevator, and this information is included in the listing description, though I understand it can still be challenging for families and guests with luggage. As a self-catering apartment, bathroom supplies are not provided beyond the initial essentials. Thank you again for your honest feedback. There is no elevator mentioned in the description and amenities. Sorry you didn't double check that and leave a 3 star review for that :(
