Great stay

Had a great stay in the apartment. It's in a great location, an easy walk down to the beach (not as easy back up the hill pushing a pram 😂) It was a very comfortable stay with memory foam toppers on the beds and the kitchen had everything in it that you could need. Would definitely recommend

Wondwrfuk stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The ouctures of this apartment do not do it justice! It is a great size, has a fantastic bakcony and great solarium. The shared pool is great too - it was hardly ever busy. We cannot wait to return. Thank you si mjch!

The property

The property was excellent, run by Donna who was superb. And on the day of the blackout with candles, which was unexpected, but great appreciated. Road down to the front ok going down, but definitely need a car or a taxi to return.

Family vacation in Fuengirola

The apartment is in a quite neighbourhood, 10 minute walk to the promenade. The sunrise and sunsets were fabulous. We spent two weeks vacationing with our son, daughter-in-law, and grandson. The space was very adequate for four adults and a toddler. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. It is about 30 minutes from the Malaga airport and accessible by train.

Spacious apartment with everything you need

Straight forward and efficient booking with Miika. Apartment is well located and peaceful. The balcony terrace is good for al fresco dining and sunbathing. Comfortable beds, loads of wardrobe space and very spacious overall. Plenty of shops, restaurants and beach at 10-15 minute walk. Hoping to come back. Thanks, Eric & Sylvia.

Excellent Apartment

The apartment is fantastic. Spotless, had everything we needed and peaceful. The host and Donna were also both excellent. Quick to respond and very helpful. If I could change two things it would be to have sun beds round the pool and the walk up the hill every day was a bind after 2 weeks! But neither are the fault of the property.

Lovely Stay

We spent one week in this fabulous appartment which was extremely clean and extremely well equipped. We have been to many vacation appartments so far but this one was one of the best. Thanks to Donna with all her kindness, helpfullness and the great welcome. You could always contact her. My family enjoyed the stay in this appartment very much. Thanks to Miika and Donna. Sunny week in February

Lovely and very well equipped flat. We really enjoyed the balcony and sunny breakfasts. Good views from the sun terrace due to the elevated position. We were warned that it is a stiff climb to Monte Canada but once we sussed the routes it was fine with quiet roads. Very quick to the extensive and quiet beaches. Good bus and rail connections meant that public transport trips out were fairly easy. I was with my teenage daughter and her friend. I was able to go out walking/cycling somedays while they went out on the train or to the beach, which worked out well. Ken next door was very helpful too. Thanks!

Fabulous Family Holiday

We have stayed in a number of rentals in the Fuengirola area but this property is without any doubt, the best. The views from the balcony and rooftop terrace were absolutely stunning and the location was perfect in that we could walk down to Torreblanca in around 15 minutes, but get back to the quieter area in which the property is located - the best of both worlds. The communication from the owner, Miika, was always prompt and all information was clear and very helpful. We were also looked after extremely well by Donna whilst on holiday. The property is very spacious and exactly as described in the listing. All in all we had a fantastic holiday. So much so that we are in the process of booking again for next year! Thanks again!! 😊

Nice flat in a very secluded area with difficult access

Nice to be isolated from beach area, nice flat really big and well equipped for my needs, clean with some minor exceptions, worthy the price. There was a security incident which makes my stay less satisfactory, I entered the pool area with the magnetic card provided just for sun bathing on the grass, and on my way out the card didn't open the door and there was no way out and no assistance available so after calling the owner who came as soon as she could and try to help me, I needed to escape from that area on my own digging the ground under the fence to be able to get out, a nightmare until I freed myself as there was no help service available apart from the good behaviour of the owner who tried to help but fully resource-less.

thanks for the review. however, I feel I need to offer another angle to this, for a full picture: the pool area was not open for the year, and time of entry was also later than pool area would be open, even if it were already the season. the pool area opening dates and times are clearly marked in the areas of community, so there should not have been accessing the area in the first place. and why magnetic card would let someone in, but not out, during out of season days, I really have no idea. clearly it should not, and no one else's card worked (Donna tried them from two neighbours). she was also working on getting help to open gate from the company who controls the access, but by the time she was able to get anyone from there to come over, you had already lifted the fence in the back side and over the rocks, and luckily got out. so, just wanted to clarify about these, and we are sorry that this whole incident happened

my wife and I spent a week in monte canada and found the apartment brilliant for relaxing in a get away from it all environment - the apartment had all we could possibly need for the week including a welcome pack and full UK tv channels (beware the evening spanish channels) I would return exept that I prefer a shorter walk to the shops 20mins at least - local dogs that bark incessantly in the mornings and evenings - and the horrendous taxis fares back up the steep hill, a four minute ride costs between 7 and 9 euros. I would have hired a car had I known the problems. We were urged to use Carlos car service from the airport to the apartment which would normally have cost 30 euros for the 30 minute drive but our flight was delayed and we were charged 50 euros to get to the apartment and 30 euros for the return. Carlos was a great guy and looked after us well but he was used to get us in to the apartment, give us the key and show us around - I feel that this service cost us extra and for this reason and for others listed we would not use the apartment again. There is some building work going on behind the apartment but it is not invasive and did not cause us any problems.

As owner of this property, I would like to respond to this review. Carlos has been a reliable taxi service for us and we trust him to sometimes let our guests into the apartment if we are unable to attend. He has obviously charged more for his services for this guest on arrival as the flight was delayed. He does not charge for letting people into the apartment. The nearest shops are on the beachfront which is a 10 - 15 min walk downhill. However for larger supermarkets you are better to go further into the centre of town by bus or car. We endeavour to make our guests as comfortable as possible and are sorry this did not happen on this occasion.

Comme toujours un excellent accueil de Donna. On a apprécié le réamenagement de la seconde salle de bain et la redistribution de la climatisation qui pourrait neanmoins également desservir la cuisine . L'éclairage de la terrasse et du toit est perfectible.

Très bon séjour, excellent contact avec les hotes et leur represente Donna.

Piscine, plage repas en terrasse, visite des villes autour, Malaga, Grenade, Cordoue .Super. Pour l'appartement un plus + pourrait être apporté pour la literie( dimensions des lits), la machine à laver( bondissante...).et le refrigérateur( trop petit). Très bon séjour et accueil parfait de Donna.

Beau séjour. Emplacement près de la plage et toute les commodités. Une vue incroyable sur la mer.

En général, le séjour s’est bien déroulé. La plage est à 700 m de l’appartement. Il y’a un balcon spacieux. Une terrasse avec bbq qui surplombe la mer avec une vue magnifique.Ideale pour les nuits chaudes d’été. L’appartement est spacieux et peu accueillir jusqu’à 6 adultes et un bébé. Par contre, l’appartement ce situe sur une colline et sur une rue difficile pour la conduite. De plus, il faudrait avoir plus de clés pour une grande famille, car tout est accèssible par clés, même la sortie par mesure de sécurité. Cela en devient ennuyant! De plus, l’eau chaude est une chose rare dans cet appartement. Le chauffe-eau n’est pas conçue pour plus de 2 personnes, ce qui n’est ps logique even la capacité de personne de cet appartement. En 1 semaine, aucun des membres de notre famille n’a pu prendre une douche non glacée ( j’ai du faire bouillir l’eau au bouilloire pour donner le bain à mes deux bébés pour tout le séjour. Très désagréable!! En plus de la gérante, qui n’as jamais de solution á aucune question.

Vacances très agréable

Appartement très bien, petits déjeuners ensoleillées sur le balcon avant d'aller faire un plongeon dans la piscine puis retour à l'appartement pour bronzer sur la terrasse et puis c'est aussi très agréable de pouvoir faire des barbecues. En effet, il faut avoir une voiture pour les déplacements, mais de toute façon, pour visiter la côte de Malaga-Marbella, il faut bien un moyen de locomotion! Le taxi tous les jours ne doit pas être moins cher que de louer une voiture ou d'avoir sa propre voiture! Nous recommandons cet appartement. Mes échanges avec Miika étaient très rassurant et super accueil par Paul! Très sympathique, nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème mais il nous dit que de toute façon nous pouvons l'appeler si nous avons besoin. Le petit hic! les chiens qui aboient mais ce n'est pas à longueur de journée!! Et puis, nous sommes en vacances. Merci Miika et Paul. Christelle
