The house was good for my family of 4. Coffee provided to brew in the morning which is always a great perk. Lots of towels and TVs. Poker table was a fun extra for my family, and we enjoyed the pool.
The house was perfect for our needs. Good location for our purposes. We enjoyed the pool table and other amenities. Would highly recommend. We had a small problem with one of the air conditioners, but the owner had it fixed promptly.
House was great however communication/assistance with some amenities could have been better. Internet was not working for majority of stay from previous storm however no effort was made to restore the internet from homeowner, we had to troubleshoot ourselves and get it working on our own. No internet = no TV during a guys weekend with a big football weekend. Would have liked to see some more action from homeowner on this issue rather than us having to setup the house internet ourselves by contacting the internet provider ourselves. House was great and as promised otherwise.
Host was responsive and helpful. Cleaning service needs to make sure towels are ready to go upon arrival. A load of towels had to be finished in order to have some for our use. The kitchen sink had a leak that created a foul odor. Host offered to come out to check but we cleaned it.
We were there for UT Masters graduation and the house served us well. Great location, we loved the pool, the house was clean and plenty of room for all. Mark was very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.
Love this place. It has everything you need for little get away with familyâŠincluded chopsticks, lol. Mark is wonderful and responsive. Thanks for everything Mark.
The amount of space in the home was great and we just loved the pool, we used it every day of the week we spent there. The pool attendant came twice during our stay to care for it, so it was a good sign. There was some areas to note that need a little 'TLC' - water in the sinks and in showers drains a bit slow, the pipes could probably use a cleanout. The washer smells slightly of mildew and because of that, the clean laundry would some times have that scent on them. They need to supply actual beach towels, because there was only a couple. That forces guests to use bath towels for the pool, which should be avoided. Closets all need more hangers, a small cost to make guests happy. I know it is mentioned in the description that guests need to get their own gas tank for the grill, but for the price, I do think it should be included, we really would have loved to use the grill one night, but was not worth the hassle for tank exchange for one night.
However, all this being said, we all really enjoyed this house and it was a great place to house the family for U Tampa Graduation, we would book again.
Clean, spacious, updated comfort. Our family flew in for my motherâs memorial service. We had 5 adults and my grandchildren ages 4 and 6. Split bedroom layout was handy. My son, wife and 2 children occupied the 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on south side of house. Other 3 adults occupied the 3 bedrooms and 1 plus half bath on north side of house. Big kitchen was updated, well stocked and awesome. A large screen tv in every bedroom which the grandkids loved when tucked in their bedroom for nap time. Appreciated the kid proof safety locks on the multiple sliding doors to the pool. The pool is well maintained (pool guy says he comes twice a week) and is an oasis. Living room very comfy with plenty of seating. Two dining areas, a poker table area and a dedicated pool table room. Very nice laundry room. Only inconvenience is the busy street in front of the house which requires patience when exiting the circular drive. But no traffic noise heard inside the house. And you are in historic Beach Park. Drive around the neighborhood to see the big beautiful homes. Would stay here again for sure!
Property was nice and clean inside and the pool was very pretty and used often. Very nice neighborhoid for walks once off the busy main street. Pool table and poker table werent used but nice additions if you are looking for indoor entertainment. Additional couch seating would be nice for larger groups but plenty of table seatings. Kitchen wss stocked fairly well. Outdoor seating around the pool needs updated but would atay again for sure.
A group of us get together every March in St Pete and this house was finally the size and had all the extras we wanted. It was definitely worth the cost of the Ubers!
A heated pool, a pool table, and even a card table with poker chips. Our host was right on task anytime a question arose. 7 beds in 5 BRs w/ 2 large full baths with walk-in showers, not tubs. Clean modern laundry facilities and large kitchen and fridge.
Thank you again, we will visit again.
We were 3 generations with a 4 month old. We had plenty of room to spread out and the 5 year old really loved the heated pool. We had an issue with some of the GFI outlets but Mark got an electrician out promptly to fix them. It was nice to access to the garage it made loading and unloading very easy. We didn't use the pool or poker tables but the "pool room" made a nice storage area. It was a bit tricky getting out of the driveway with traffic, but hey we were in no rush we were on vacation
If you are planning a short stay, this roomy property is fine especially for big groups, and is centrally located to area attractions. If you are planning an extended stay, as we did, note that the house is not homey. For example, in each bedroom, there is a bed, dresser, TV. Overall, very few pictures or homey touches. Lots of walls had areas of chipped paint and outdated electric outlets eye level. We requested lamps for our bedrooms and the living room, as each room just has one overhead stark light. Also requested two work tables. Most furniture is flimsy and uncomfortable, especially the kitchen chairs and the fold up chairs around the poker table. Two of the four kitchen stools were broken; one of the four kitchen chairs was broken, and several pool lounge chairs were broken and had no cushions. The small size pool table has no ball bounce. The lock on the sliding door to the pool area was broken. We only used the pool a few times as the weather was cold; be careful walking from the home out to the pool deck; several steps to manage and some loose tiles near pool. Mark, the property manager, is responsive and helpful. He quickly ordered us heaters when the heat stopped working in 2/3 of the house. He also had the cable company come out when the internet and streaming failed. The house sits on a very busy high traffic street so turning left out of the driveway was a daily challenge. Beach Park, where the property sits, is a very nice area. If planning a short stay, fine.
Place was great, spacious for 6 adult women. In a high end area, great location, right by a highway, 5 minutes from the airport. Only negative, it's on a busy street but it is a circle drive so you can drive forward into traffic once it does clear. Mark was extremely responsive with the questions we had, would stay again.
