Bienvenue à long terme! Vous ne voudrez plus quitter cette cabane près de la plage!

Vous serez tellement détendu pendant votre séjour dans notre chalet confortable près de la plage! Notre unité d'une chambre peut accueillir deux personnes confortablement et jusqu'à quatre personnes avec l'utilisation du canapé-lit. Nous mettons à votre disposition une cuisine entièrement équipée pour que vous n'apportiez que des serviettes de plage, de la bouffe et vos accessoires personnels. Nous nous occuperons du reste.

Profitez de votre séjour dans ce cottage joliment meublé comprenant une chambre et une salle de bains. Pittoresque et bien aménagée, vous ne manquerez rien! Nous accueillons les locataires à court et à long terme et sommes à quelques pâtés de maisons d'une laverie automatique à service complet pour votre commodité. Nos zones de couchage comprennent une chambre avec un lit Queen et un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon. Notre cuisine est entièrement équipée pour ceux qui préfèrent manger et se détendre à la maison. Une plate-forme à côté de la cabine offre un espace de rangement spacieux pour les jouets ou le matériel de pêche, un gril à gaz et un endroit pour flâner à l'extérieur et profiter du plein air! Propre, confortable et parfaitement situé à quelques pâtés de maisons de la plage. Promenez-vous ou montez dans une voiturette de golf pour vous promener dans la ville et profiter de tout ce qui se trouve à Port Aransas. L'unité B est l'un des quatre chalets indépendants de la rue Station et de l'avenue G; il a un look propre et un décor mis à jour. Nous disposons d'une connexion Wi-Fi et d'une télévision intelligente vous permettant d'utiliser vos comptes de films (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) pour des soirées cinéma agréables. La cabine est très bien située par rapport aux restaurants, bars, boutiques, au port de plaisance et à tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin! C'est vraiment une promenade courte ou une voiturette de golf pour vous emmener partout où vous devez aller! Vous allez aimer cet endroit!

Sweet Port Aransas Get Away

We stayed for a week at this property. Everything was as expected. We had one minor issue that was resolved through good communication and a bit of luck! We were very well cared for.

Quick getaway trip

Last minute trip with my college student and dog. We enjoyed our stay and it was close to beach, stores and restaurants. Wouldn’t mind staying again. Room had everything we needed except a dust pan and remote to bedroom didn’t have batteries. Other than that everything was great. Room could also use a new broom.

The rusty grill

The outside grill was not working! Rusty and the propane tank valve was not turnable! Smoke alarm in kitchen would no stop beeping removed battery and still keeps beeping! Which means the unit is bad! We will not be back!

Great place to stay!

It was exactly what we needed for our stay. We were busy with a lot of activities, so it worked out perfectly. Cute style, nice people, and very clean!

Bedroom needs a door for privacy, especially if more than 2 ppl. It is very small and they did the best with the space. We would stay here again.

MUST stay

Perfect size for two people and small dog. In the heart of all that’s great about Port A. Walking distance of shops, beach, Lelo’s, St. Joseph’s, and convenience store. While in the midst of bicycles and buggies, it’s still safe enough to walk. Despite being there in the peak of Spring Break, we always felt safe. It’s a tiny home filled with just the right amount of all you need. We would definitely stay here again. Check-in was easy, and management sends notices to keep you apprised along the way.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wanted to pick a new place to stay for our girl's trip to Port A as a surprise for my daughter. Found Flip Flop Inn and it was definitely just the right spot for our 5 days of fun. Cozy and comfy with everything needed to make ourselves at home right in the middle of everything. Check in / check out is easy and great communications with property management all the way. Definitely recommend the property when you plan your visit to the beach.

Cute but uncomfortable

The property is cute but the furnuiture is uncomfortable the bed sinks in the middle and makes it hard to sleep well and there is a cabinet for storage in front of the toilet in a very limited space makes it hard to maneuver (shelves on wall or a cabinet that goes behind toilet would make more sense) we enjoyd the town though and will come back we will find different accommodations

We loved the Lil' Chill!!!

This was a very quaint little place to spend your time while in Port Aransas! Everything was completely as described in the listing. It was updated & VERY clean! We felt very much at home during our stay. It was also very quiet and private! We were within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and bars. Communication with the owner was excellent for any questions we had either before our stay as well as during our stay! The only thing I wish we would've had access to would've been a hose to help minimize bringing the beach home. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we make another visit to Port Aransas!

terribly disappointed!!!!! BEWARE!! few roaches running around was not able to cook anything!!! the moment you turn stove on, smoke alarm would go off.. stove does not have a vent hood!! forced to eat cold food all weekend!! and absolutely no cold water in shower, room temp would of been ok, but only HOT water was working in shower!! only good thing was, plenty of parking!!! (makes sense now)

Cute coastal cottage!

The cute cottage is clean, cosy and tastefully decorated. Includes most everything needed for a comfortable stay in a convenient location with good parking. The sofa shows some signs of use, we just tossed a sheet over it since we weren't using the pull-out bed. The queen bed in the bedroom sufficed for our 2-night stay but could use improvement. It is REALLY creaky and sags in the middle. (Pretend you're sleeping on an old pirate ship!). We could not figure out how to get any channels on the smart TV, but since we travel with a Roku and the Wi-Fi access was good, it didn't affect our stay. We would gladly return here for our next visit to Port Aransas.

Love this place

We had a great visit. There was a couple of downsides to this unit. The first being, there is nothing telling you that there is no way to access local channels, therefore, on Thanksgiving day, you will not be watching football, except by phone. I know, you don't come to the beach to watch tv, but we are football people and would have enjoyed watching football on the tv vs our phones. The bed is very noisy. Other than these two things, we loved this little place. It's very cozy, charming and accommodating. We would recommend this place for sure. Just making you aware of some things to come prepared for.

Not sure I would not recommend for anymore than that though. Location is excellent, within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Very close to the beach. It was squeaky clean and the gal in the office was super friendly. We showed up early on the island and they were able to get us checked in a bit early. Only recommendation I have is to make sure you bring a hair dryer as there wasn't one provided, and plenty of hangers as there are no dressers. There is a nice laundromat within a few blocks as well if you are like me and like to do all of your laundry before heading home. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for cute, inexpensive lodging on the Island.

Great little bungalow for small family

Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 4 (1 toddler & a 5 month old) with 1 dog (lab mix), and this place was extremely snug but functioned well for needing a place to stay and being close to the beach. The place was well stocked with plenty of towels, a keurig with coffee pods, two TVs, plenty of pillows and blankets, dish soap, garbage bags, toilet paper. You will need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and maybe extra blankets.What's great about Port Aransas is you can park your vehicle on the beach, so loading kids up for the 1-minute drive to get to the beach was a breeze.The side-yard is not secured so kids and pets need to be supervised.You are extremely close to amenities and great restaurants! Customer service was great as we were having wifi issues that got resolved quickly. Checking in and out was a breeze.Overall: 5 stars for customer service, proximity to amenities and beach, and being a well-stocked place to stay. 3 stars for being a small space (probably more ideal for a family of 3 or a couple) and not having a secured 'yard' if you have little ones.Overall we still highly recommend and we had a great time!It was a great place
