"Ocean Getaway" est un condo 1 chambre 1 salle de bain au coeur de Port Aransas. La chambre a 2 lits doubles et il y a une grande salle de bain complĂšte. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner vos prises du jour. Le condo est situĂ© au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage et est proche de l'accĂšs Ă  la plage. Une vue imprenable sur le golfe et la brise marine peuvent ĂȘtre apprĂ©ciĂ©es sur le balcon! Sea Isle Village est une merveilleuse communautĂ© avec une piscine surdimensionnĂ©e, un terrain de sport et une aire de jeux pour les enfants. Il y a un accĂšs central Ă  la plage.

Il y a un stationnement autorisé pour UN véhicule dans cette unité. Si vous devez louer une voiturette de golf, vous devez vous rendre au bureau de Sea Isle Village sur place et obtenir une carte de stationnement auprÚs d'eux. Des laissez-passer de stationnement sont requis.

Dusty and in need of a remodel

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Starting with the positives: the beds were comfortable, we enjoyed sitting on the back deck, and it was nice to have the dogs with us. But, there was a thick layer of dirt and dust on the door frames, the light fixtures, bathroom vent, and the floor trim. There was a chunk missing from the side of the countertop, there was a gap between the flooring and the wall in the kitchen, the hot plate on the coffee maker was completely rusted, and the cushions on the living room furniture were not comfortable.

The beds were comfortable, the back deck was nice, and it was nice to be able to have the dogs with us. But, there was a layer of dirt and dust on all of the floor trim, on the light fixtures, on the bathroom vent, and across the top of the wall trim. There were scuff marks all over the walls, there was a piece missing on the side of the countertop,the bathroom light fixture was missing a light bulb, and the hot plate on the coffee maker was completely rusted.

The customer service team did a fantastic job accommodating our needs. And of course, the condo owners as well were very flexible. We ended up not bringing our cat and unexpectedly received a refund for that part of the cost. The rooms were clean and accommodating. Love this place

The beds creaked very loud with every move. Also the mattress was sunk in no matter what side I tried to sleep on. Did not sleep well at all!! Which leads me to believe the owner has not been on site for sometime.The coffee pot heating element was rusted. Kitchen was stocked reasonably well. To the eye upon arrival the unit looked clean, however the floor were still very sandy.Very easy check out procedures. Be sure to bring your beach chairsUnit is off the beach with a nice path to walk however it is very steep so be careful, there are no handrails and could be difficult for those that are elderly or have knee or foot issues.

Great little condo!

This condo was a great place for us to spend our little beach trip. It was pretty clean, had everything we needed, was a great location, and we had no issues with communication. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the showerhead and coffee pot both had a lot of buildup on them, and the beds could be more comfortable.

Wonderful views. Comfortable condo that was fully stocked and exceptionally clean.We had two issues that were immediately addressed and fixed. WIFI went out due to a big storm that blew through. Within 15 minutes of us notifying Port A Escapes a technician was there and had it fixed in minutes. We woke up to the air conditioning not working one morning and called the Port A Escapes emergency ( after hours) number. Less than one hour later our AC was fixed and running again- and their office wasn’t even open yet!!! The check in and check out process was quick and easy.We will use this outstanding company again!

Great Location and Amenities, but Uncomfortable Beds

Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this rental, just a short walk to the beach, and the outdoor showers were a great touch for rinsing off after a day in the sand. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in terms of space and amenities.However, both beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable. All three of us, including our 7-year-old daughter, woke up each morning with back pain and didn’t sleep well during our stay. Additionally, one night we were kept awake past midnight due to loud noise from other guests, which made it even harder to rest.With a few improvements to the bedding and perhaps clearer quiet hours, this would be a fantastic place to stay.

Throw your money away!!

I would not advise staying here. They only look out for their own interest. We were literally left in the dark last night due to a unknown power outage and had to leave in the middle of the night because there was no air conditioning and the security alarm was constantly beeping. They offered no assistance or compensation for the circumstances. They have no empathy for their guests.

Old but Good!

This property is old (think 1980s) but clean and well-maintained. A/C worked well (very important!) and there were no problems, other than a too-soft mattress. Good communication with the property management and they were helpful when I couldn’t find a blow dryer.

Great location!

Great Stay!

This property was exactly what we were looking for when finding a place last minute. The property was located close to downtown Port A, direct access to the beach and had a perfect deck to relax on each morning and evening. The check in/check out process was seamless. I was impressed!

They sag in the middle and the 4 inches of foam make them very uncomfortable. Replace the beds please!
