Lake House à Breezy Point

Profitez de notre chalet confortable au bord du lac, parfait pour les amis et la famille pour se réunir et profiter du plein air en toutes saisons. Il y a une grande terrasse à côté de la salle familiale et de la cuisine qui surplombe le lac et est parfaite pour profiter du temps d'été et d'automne. Une belle vue à 180 degrés sur le lac depuis la cuisine, la terrasse et le balcon du deuxième étage vous permettra de profiter du cadre serein de notre lac privé et isolé.

Relaxing getway

We loved our four night stay at Breezy Point. The house was cozy and as advertised. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of spices and cookware. Extra blankets were available in the living room. We enjoyed the view from the porch as we drank our coffee each morning in the rocker chairs. Looking forward to a return visit.

This is an absolute treasure to find, very beautiful. Fully stocked with anything one needs, close to other attractions. old charm and modern at the same time, we will come back again soon. Loved it!

Great location, quiet

This house is located right on the lake and was a very quiet and peaceful stay. This was in April though after significant snowfall so your mileage may vary. The only problem that I saw was the listing indicated a hot tub but one was not available.

Absolutely what we were hoping for!

We rented the home for our in laws for our wedding and they absolutely adored their stay. It was clean and beautiful! We had a small hiccup but the owner responded immediately and all was great! Thank you for letting us stay! We hope to be back with our family!

Off the beaten path

We used this as a pit stop for activities and places to see on the East Coast. When we arrived and seen everything, it made it hard to want to leave and follow through with our plans. We did take some time to enjoy the lake and surrounding areas. We want to come back.

Cottage with a View

The Breezy Point cottage, clean and comfortable, comes with a wonderful view of Crescent Lake. With a bank of windows facing the lake, the living and dining areas are bright and airy. Although the cottage is in close proximity to neighboring homes, its siting on the bank of the lake gives it a sense of privacy The master bedroom with en-suite bath and balcony comprise the entire second floor, affording privacy from the small but functional three first floor bedrooms. In person, the cottage feels brighter and larger than the pictures suggest As others have noted there is a steep gravel driveway leading to the cottage. AWD in the winter is pretty much “ a must.”

Crescent Lake house

The cottage was beautiful and the checkin process was easy. However, the owner forgot we were coming and so forgot to send us the door code to get in, and I had terrible phone reception at the cottage so we had to drive away from the cottage until I had phone reception to call and get the door code. Luckily Richard the owner was very quick to respond and sent us the deets and also the Wi-Fi password, so all was resolved rather quickly. The cottage is quaint and well appointed and well stocked, lots of room to move around and has been updated, but no cable or TiVo, just satellite TV, which we were unfamiliar with but after a little bit of tinkering we were able to figure it out, and the DVD player, the lake is just steps away from the cottage with a beautiful, soft easy entry, two kayaks and a paddle boat to use. There was a balcony from the upstairs suite complete with one bedroom and a bath, and downstairs was three bedrooms and a bath, kitchen, living room, dining room, and a slider out onto a big deck. My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The only challenge we had was the WiFi went out for a day, but Richard was quick to help us sort that out, oh and the road to get to the cottage is dirt not paved and very bumpy with big potholes, I had an SUV, but I suggest you drive slowly and watch for the pot holes. It’s a wonderful space and clearly well cared for and I would definitely rent the space again!!! Thanks Richard for sharing your beautiful cottage.

We loved the house but the owner runied the weekend.

We loved the house. Clean and comfortable. Beds were nice the baths just remodeled. Wonderful views. Check in was strange. He didnt send the access info thru the app. I was sending him messages asking for it well after check in time. And he responds "didnt think you were going to make it" but after we got in we went about our weekend. While submitting a request for next year noticed messages from host. He said he was watching us in the cameras and there was more people than I had original said. We apologized. And paid the added amount. But then started to notice all the cameras. That was not disclosed in the listing and felt very creepy that he was watching us on the deck in all angles and around the outside of the house. We googled him. And he does security as his business.....are there cameras inside the house? We withdrew the request for next year. Followed ALL of the many instructions and passive aggressive notes about cleaning to make sure that we as guests get a good review (Basically threatening to review us badly if its not clean enough). We took pictures of the house as we left it to make sure we had documented the house and the cameras. And checked out early. He put a bad taste in our mouth with the wierd messages. And camera use. This is a clear violation of VRBO policies and we made a complaint. It's really too bad. Up until the last night it was the perfect weekend. But lying in a strange bed wondering if there are cameras watching you is not a nice feeling.

Family Time

Was very impressed with the home and location, GPS took us right there. The home was exactly as it said in the description. I can honestly said without a doubt we would stay here again. Everything was wonderful. We had elderly parents with usand they enjoy the comforts of home.

Picture Perfrct Puzzle Place

We come to NH to visit with friends and family, but have to rent a home with space to visit with everyone. We had been looking for a puzzle weekend and decided on this house based on proximity to my friend’s house and the number of bedrooms- and first floor accommodations for my mother, who has difficulty with stairs. This is a lovely home, located in a beautiful lakeside setting that lived up to its name- Breezy Point. It was definitely breezy while we were there. We were overjoyed to find a puzzle table that fit in with our plans to relax and gather around a few puzzles that we brought, but there were also plenty to choose from in the house. The beds were very comfortable but are like a gel foam mattress? My 77 year old mother had some difficulty maneuvering out once she settled in. Other than that there were no issues and we would love to book again in the future. Very spacious, neat and orderly. Pam was communicative and the instructions/requests were very reasonable.

Relaxing comfortable atmosphere

As you enter this cozy, very well appointed lake house you immediately notice the extraordinary views from the large windows all around you and feel the calming effect of the beautiful picturesque views of the lake . The beds and sofas are extremely comfortable for just lounging relaxing w a beverage or watching a movie w everyone . Returning to NH , when I was born and raised breathing the cool, clean mountain air always rejuvenates my very soul . Thank you to Pam and Ashley for their immediate attention to anything you may need . My sisters and I look forward to another visit in the near future . We highly recommend Breezy Point for your stay .

Great place

What an amazing property, 180 degree water view is for real. The best stocked rental I ever stayed in. Really impressed with quality, beds, towels etc.... Only thing I would like to see different is Sports channels on the dish tv. I had my laptop and hdmi cord so streamed baseball and football. All good. The variety of fish you can catch from shore right out front was for 3 days amazing. Then they stopped biting. Great lake. Would like to come back!

October Getaway

The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was stocked with anything you needed. Plenty of towels and supplies. Comfortable furniture, and wonderful views. We're already planning on returning next year!

Heaven in paradise

The time spent w/my son at the lake house, who I know needed to unplug from this crazy noisy world, renewed and filled both our souls and spirits with peace, calm and hope. It is truly Gods country and the owners of this property make sure anything you need is there. What a blessing to have found one of the best vrbo’s EVER!
