Maison au bord de l'eau avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur un lac tranquille

Profitez de la vie au bord du lac dans cette maison de style chalet vierge sur le magnifique lac Crescent; un endroit loin de l'agitation, mais bien situé pour de nombreuses activités de plein air quatre saisons.

Cette maison familiale récemment rénovée fait face à l'ouest, ce qui permet une vue spectaculaire sur le coucher de soleil au bord de l'eau. Une vaste terrasse mène à une plage de sable fin avec accès à l'eau (parfait pour les jeunes enfants et le lancement de votre kayak), et un grand quai (qui peut contenir un bateau jusqu'à 20-25 pieds).

L'aménagement ouvert (salon, cuisine, salle à manger et véranda 4 saisons) est parfait pour accueillir confortablement 8 personnes (parfait pour deux familles) et offre une vue sur le lac à partir de presque tous les sièges. Toute la maison a été récemment rénovée (2016); nouveau tapis (dans les chambres), nouveaux planchers de bois franc au rez-de-chaussée, cuisine rénovée et entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle et peinture fraîche dans chaque pièce.

Les équipements comprennent: barbecue à gaz, 2 kayaks pour adultes, 2 kayaks pour enfants, 1 canoë, draps (draps, serviettes, serviettes de plage), Internet sans fil, netflix et laveuse / sécheuse.

3 chambres / 2 salles de bains, 8 couchages:
Chambre 1 (en bas): lit queen et futon pleine grandeur.
Chambre 2 (à l'étage): La "chambre avec lits superposés" - lit double avec lit gigogne double, et un lit simple sur lit superposé (4 lits au total)
Chambre 3 (à l'étage): Il s'agit d'une immense suite parentale avec une petite terrasse donnant sur le lac. Il comprend un lit queen-size et un coin salon avec un lit gigogne (se déplie en lit queen-size). Le coin salon est idéal pour jouer à des jeux, regarder la télévision et / ou se détendre tranquillement. Un endroit parfait pour que les enfants passent du temps!
Salle de bain 1 (en bas): comprend une cabine de douche
Salle de bain 2 (à l'étage): très grande salle de bain, comprend baignoire et douche combo.

Excellent emplacement pour toutes les saisons. En plus des activités nautiques d'été, profitez de: superbes sentiers de randonnée (juste devant votre porte); activités d'été et ski d'hiver au mont Sunapee (à seulement 20 minutes); feuilles lorgnant à l'automne; patin à glace et motoneige en hiver.

Le lac Crescent est situé à Acworth / Unity, NH, près de Sunapee, Clarement et Newport. Shopping et antiquités à une courte distance en voiture!

We loved staying at Myles Away! Lake Crescent is peaceful and beautiful- watching the sunset from the dock was one of our favorite activities. The house is well set up for families, and we’re looking forward to coming back next year!

Relaxing

We had a very relaxing and fun time at Myles Away. Family and friends visited us at different times and enjoyed swimming, kayaking and using our motor boat. Beautiful views on this quiet and clean lake.

Great vacation home

Everything you could have asked for in a vacation home. The house was cute and well decorated. It was fully stocked from kitchen gadgets to puzzles and games. The deck over the water was the absolute best part. The built in retractible gates was also an awesome plus. Would highly recommend this place. We did NOT want to leave.

Wonderful space for family

Myles Away was very clean, bright, and welcoming. We spent a lot of time on the large deck over the water swinging in the hammock chairs and relaxing as a family. We have a two and a half year old and there were plenty of toys for her to play with, and the water access was also perfect for her. This house came with everything we needed. The beds were also very comfortable. Wonderful stay, thank you.

Beautiful views, comfortable and spacious home!

This was our first time at Crescent Lake, the Myles Away home was beautifully renovated and spacious. Perfect for our two families. The dock was great, and lots of fishing fun to be had! One of our favorite destinations were the waterfalls, this is a perfect spot for a fun outing just down the road. We also took all the kids to Mt. Sunapee, and bought the day pass for the ropes course, disc golf, etc. it was a blast for the kids and adults!

Miles Away/Myles Away

If you are looking to get away from it all, this is your time away! A calm, peaceful place that cradled us for a week of solitude. The maples arch over the rock encrusted deck for a full day of shade. Plenty of watercraft. Three of us caught and released 38 sunfish off the dock. It is “miles away” from urban centers. Enjoy your time away!

Fantastic!!

The Myles Away lakefront property is beautiful as well as functional! The home was exactly as it appears in the photos. Spacious, immaculate and fully equipped with all the amenities you could think of. It was so wonderful to just head out back and be able to have access to the clean lake, kayaks, canoe and paddle boat. Everything was in excellent working order and the communication provided by K. T. prior to our trip was exceptional! I have rented several properties and this one was the total package! The owners have gone above and beyond in creating a welcoming atmosphere for their guests. I felt as if we were staying in the home of a family member who personally knew me and anticipated all of my needs before I even asked. I spend many hours looking for the perfect vacation spot and I truly found it at Myles Away! I would not hesitate to recommend this property and I look forward to returning in the future.

We spent a beautiful weekend at Myles Away and were able to canoe kayak and use the pedal boat too. Sitting on the dock enjoying the lake was a delight. Our dogs enjoyed it too!Wonderful stay

Perfect summer cottage, all you need is your groceries, which we ordered at the Hannaford in Claremont. Loved the suggestions on what to do or see while you're there. Wonderful relaxing week!

Heaven!

We had a wonderful time. The deck/dock is fabulous and we spent most of our time here from drinking our morning coffee to sunbathing, floating in the lake, and watching the sunset. This well stocked home had everything that we needed for our stay. I can't imagine a better place to have stayed during the heatwave. The lake felt refreshing but not cold and we were in and out of the water all day.

Magical Getaway

This is our fourth time staying at this beautiful lakeside home. As always the house was warm and welcoming for a group of five adults. The kitchen well stocked for nights of cooking and BBQs. But most importantly is the Deck/Dock I call it. The views of the lake, the tranquility of the setting and the stars at night were simply magical from the dock. Everyone including my two pups enjoyed the rest and relaxation we got! Thanks again and we will be back!

Another Stay in Fall Splendor

The property was just as wonderful as the first time we stayed 2 years ago. The location is beautiful, private and peaceful with amazing views and plenty of amenities. There is not much you can think of needing that isn't provided - the kitchen is well set up and stocked, there are tons of games and puzzles and books, and even though it was chilly my daughter was able to take the pedal boat out on the lake. Chris and K.T. are easily reached and very helpful if you have any questions or issues. Claremont is about 20 minutes away, and had more to offer than during our previous stay in terms of restaurants and groceries, if you must venture out! We drove through the fall colors to Woodchuck Cider House in Vermont for cider tasting - it was a long trip but worth the effort! Thanks so much, we will be back!

Wonderful Week At Myles Away

This is a wonderful, comfortable house in a beautiful setting. There are stunning views from inside the house and out. Although there were only 2 of us and our pup, the house could easily accommodate a large family. We explored the area daily and took the pedal boat out every afternoon. Lovely!

Perfect Lake home

My family and I had a wonderful time at Myles Away. The house was well appointed with all you could need. Lots of games, books, lake toys and all the little extras you don’t always think of (sunscreen,bug spray, beach towels, pack n play, baby gates were such a great help etc). We felt right at home and enjoyed the property immensely. Clean, comfortable, we can’t wait to go back. King bed was comfy, kids bunk room was perfect, decks were wonderful, easy access lake entry with a nice clean entry (weed free) to the main part of the cove. Quiet, quiet, quiet. Neighbors all very friendly with my 2 sons. No AC, but adequate fans for all rooms; the owners have truly thought of everything. Netflix access on main tv for the rainy days helped keep little one’s happy for a bit. Dog friendly was a huge plus. Our golden had so much fun swimming all day and lounging on the dock all night. Large dog crate provided was a huge help! Thanks!

The perfect Lake Stay

Our family had a wonderful time here enjoying Crescent Lake. The house was complete with plenty of entertainment including a fire pit, outdoor and indoor games, a paddle boat, kayaks, and a canoe. The outside dock area made for a great space to enjoy splendid scenery and quality time with family. My favorite moments were spent sitting with my feet in the water watching my dog try to catch a fish. The water temperature was perfect and even though it did get warm in the house by late afternoon/ early evening- it does cool off at night. We would recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy themselves on a lake.

Just Fabulous

This property is fabulous in every way. Its all the best parts of camping on a lake but with a beautiful house and all the amenities and none of the yucky, uncomfortable or exhausting parts of camping. We honestly can’t say enough good about this place- our kids love it as much as we do- this was our second stay and we are already rebooked for next year!

Beautiful home

We loved renting this property. The house itself was beautiful and the location was amazing. There were plenty of places to sit and relax in and outside of the house. The house itself stayed cool and was very comfortable during our stay. There was plenty for us to do such as kayaking, pedal boat, and paddle boarding. The lake itself was very quiet which was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. We loved this stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Better than expected!

We just returned from a MOST wonderful week at Myles Away. The house was lovely and clean with everything you would need. The setting and the lake was amazing! The views and sunsets were spectacular. We had a truly special time and can't wait to go back!

Paradise on the Lake

We felt Myles Away from all the cares of the world when we stayed at this place the week of October 11th through the 16th. The views of the lake were exquisite as they reflected the magnificent brilliant foliage of the fall season and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect. The fishing off the dock was rocking and almost every time we cast our lines out from the dock we caught something. My husband was slightly agitated when I landed the BIGGEST fish a 13” largemouth bass. LOL. The wonderful thing about this dock is it is the sun so it is nice and warm in the fall as we sat in the air chairs enjoying the splendor of reconnecting with nature. We enjoyed the use of the canoes as the lake was very calm and serene. The inside of the house was very comfortable and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. If you like a dark room and like to sleep in the Master Bedroom has skylights that allow the early morning sun to pour into the room so bring your mask to cover your eyes. The only improvements which could be made by the owners are as follows: The upstairs bathroom could use more light it was on the dark side which made it hard to see (a lot of the lights on the light fixture over the bathroom mirror were burned out). Allow the renters to use the firewood you have for the fire pit—it was very inconvenient to go out to purchase firewood. And, having a hot tub on the premises outside by the lake which is off-limits to the renters is absolute torture. The bottom line is it was a great place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your amazing lake house.
