Nouveau dans notre programme de location et déjà un nouveau favori! Cette maison a un grand salon avec beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre et passer du temps avec le groupe.
Cuisine de grande taille pour cuisiner et se divertir. Les chambres ont beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. La mezzanine offre également une chambre privée pour les personnes du groupe qui souhaitent un peu plus d'intimité. La mezzanine offre une abondance d'espace pour passer du temps avec tout le monde tout en profitant de la brise et de la vue dans une zone ombragée.

A Perfect Beach Peach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect and deserves a 10/10 rating. The space provided everything we needed, and the house was clean and fully stocked. If you have teenagers or someone who prefers their own space, the room on the second level is ideal, and there's a half bath available on that level. Although the half bath is separate from the room and a bit dated, it serves its purpose well. We would highly recommend this place and are already planning a trip back to bring our son and some of his friends.

Best Family Beach Vacation Ever!

We had the best family beach vacation ever! The location of this house is honestly the best! Close to The Big Store, Dannay's Donuts, Tia Juanitas and so much more! It's technically 2nd row, but has an unobstructed view of the beach and a super easy walk to the beach. There are a LOT of stairs, so unloading all our supplies was not the most fun, but we got it done. We had a few teens that enjoyed the extra room on the middle level that gave them a little more privacy. The room initially smelled pretty musty, but after turning on a fan and running a difuser it was just fine. I had read a couple old reviews about roaches after I had booked, so I was just a little concerned, but we didn't see any bugs at all in the house. The kitchen was a great size/layout for preparing meals and had ample supplies. The dining area is a little crowded around the table, but we made it work! It's not the most "beachy" house I've seen, but for the price we paid, we felt it was definitely worth it. Overall, had a great time and would stay here again.

Polo Beach Vacation 2023

The Peach on the Beach was an awesome place to stay. Very clean and perfect for a get away. Definitely coming back. The house is beautiful inside and out.

Great location but needs attention.

Can't beat the location and floor plan but it needs some basic maintenance and ROACH killing. You get a note asking you not to assume an infestation just because you see a roach or two. Well...what about HUNDREDS when you use the oven and then dozens every time you open a cabinet...or in the bathrooms??? We had to reattach the outside door handles at least a dozen times and we had people getting locked into the downstairs bathroom in the heat because the handle is rusted and constantly coming off from the inside. This is VERY dangerous. I personally was about two seconds away from busting the door down and finally someone heard my yelling and door beating.

Great location

We rented this house to celebrate two birthdays over the weekend. This property is in a great location with a beach view. It is in a area of the beach that is not as crowded as some other areas. I would definitely recommend this beach house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was nice and a good location, but there were some problems. The kitchen had a strong odor when we arrived, and we battled roaches in the kitchen. Lots of roaches! It appeared clean, but definitely needs an exterminator. We also had ants in the master bath. We were a little surprised that we had to put sheets on the beds (that was a first), but at least we knew they were clean. We did enjoy the decks. Very nice views and breeze!

Really Great Location

The house is just back from the beach with a great view. The furniture is a bit odd for a beach house, but the house is in good shape with 2 great decks and easy access to the beach.

A Perfect Peach

The property was amazing! Plenty of room upstairs for 6 adults to be very comfortable. The bonus room downstairs has two twin bunks, a queen sleeper sofa, and an additional queen “cot” for a total of six more sleepers. A lot of stairs, so be prepared; but, they do make for two decks worth of great views!

This ‘Peach’ is Sweet!

Panoramic view of the water from the deck & even from the dining area! Our family had a great time & I have already booked my next visit! Only drawback was the dryer- took about 3 full cycles to dry a load. Overall- this is a great find!

Loved the location to the beach. Enjoyed the decks!

Family had a great time the 4th bedroom area gave the kids their own space. TVs in all the rooms were nice also. Would love to stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed here during Spring Break. We had a great time! Pros: The location is fabulous. It's second row, but the way the house is located, you have beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean. We loved hanging out on both levels, but especially the mezzanine with the super comfy hammock chairs. It was really nice to have speakers throughout the house and deck areas. Beds were very comfortable and the house was beautifully furnished and decorated. Cons (I wouldn't call them cons, as they are more like things to know): Make sure to bring some extra paper towels, toilet paper, etc if you plan to stay for more than a few days. Some of the locks stick, but this may be from salt and wear and tear. We had some confusion with one of our locks, but the rental company was helpful. Keep in mind that the mezzanine level is one bedroom with a bunk and a queen spring/mattress. Our teenagers loved this room as a hangout, but the window unit can be a bit squirrely until you figure out how to use it. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Love the hammock chairs

Great location. House looked just like the pictures. Living room furniture looks to be in good condition, but sinks when you sit down. The decks were very large and had the most relaxing swinging hammock chairs. Great place for a nap!
