We loved the house. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. The hot tub was very enjoyable. We ran into a few issues, the a/c didnât work for us, luckily the weather was beautiful so it wasnât that big of an issue. I did contact VACASA about it and they did send someone out the next day to look at it, they just never resolved the issue while we were there. The oven needs to be cleaned, when we tried to use it, we got smoked out. Few sugar ants on the kitchen counter by the side door closes to the kitchen sink. We did find someone undergarments in one of the dressers. None of these issues were big enough to disturb our vacation. We still enjoyed the house and our family time. I still would recommend this house, we loved our stay.
We had a great stay. The house is a perfect size for large groups. There are so many areas for gathering all over the house and outside. We ate all our meals in and the house had everything we needed to prepare our food. The house is older and some of the areas could use updating or maintenance, but overall a wonderful place to enjoy beautiful weather and a gorgeous view of the San Francisco Peaks!
Make sure home propane tank has gas or you will have no heat or hot water. Otherwise, beautiful
Being honest, I don't know how to match stars w/our experience. We LOVED the property/location. It was perfect for our long get away. Issue: first night, propane for the house ran out, had no heat/hot water. We froze all night, woke up to 57 degrees inside home. It was not an easy process to get assistance. The chats didn't understand we needed essential propane at the home, telling us to buy a new refill tank (they thought it was the grill, it was the tank that fuels the house.) A delivery couldn't be completed until the end our our stay. It wasted one full day of our vacation, dealing with host trying to get a resolution. At the end of the day, the host was able to relocate us to a different property. Were promised hot tub refund bcuz new home didn't have one, which came in less than was indicated verbally "per their policy" and we requested a first night refund (since that night did not fair well) we were told no, since they relocated us to a different property at "no cost to us" There was the "cost" of a wasted day of vacation dealing with this situation, the pack up and relocate time cost, and the frustration of freezing and no way to shower/clean. The agent that showed up in person was very helpful. Just make sure there is propane before booking! Also bed descr is incorrect, 1 rm bunk bd Dbl/twin, 1 rm Dbl bed, there is not a room w/2 QNs (the pictures are accurate- description is not). We would stay here again, just would require a picture of propane level first.
Roomy, clean large cabin with incredible mountain views, and a Master Bedroom that is stunning, with a fireplace and large tub. It had everything we needed for a beautiful Christmas with family.
We loved staying in this spacious home. It was very clean, the views were amazing, plenty of space to hang out. It's close to many places to eat as well as grocery stores, but the property itself was nice and quiet with a woodsy feel. We also loved having laundry on site so we didn't have to pack as heavy.
My family and I rented this cabin for the 4th of July weekend. I love that the cabin is very spacious and close to stores. Upon arrival the cabin was very clean and guest services is quick to respond if you need assistance. The only thing I would of liked was to have a better kitchen blender as the one available is complicated to use and does not blend food well. Also the fridge was cool but not cold enough and the temperature knob is missing thus unable to adjust temperature. Other than that we had a lot of fun! And wished check out time was at a later time to be able to enjoy the cabin more!
some things are a little outdated for the price, tv in the master does not work and there is no other TV's besides the Livingroom, plan on traveling for firewood as everything around the property is private and the neighbors do a good job of making that known. other than that place is very big.
This home was very comfortable. Very clean & had everything we needed for a wonderful week of vacation with friends! The check in & check out was very easy! Loved everything about it!
Everything about this place is great. Absolutely no complaints. Its a perfect home for a relaxing getaway with few friends and enjoying local food and drink establishments, great weather, star gazing and dark skies.
A Flagstaff Gem with Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality
Our two-night stay at this Flagstaff vacation rental was absolutely fantastic! The location offered breathtaking mountain views.
We spent mornings enjoying coffee and breakfast on the deck
The rental itself was perfect for our needs. The open space provided a sense of relaxation, and the amenities like the hot tub and grill made our stay even more enjoyable. We were particularly impressed with the modern updates,
sparkling clean rooms and bathrooms, and fresh linens. Everything felt comfortable and well-maintained and lot of space for all of us.
The host deserves special recognition for their attentiveness and responsiveness.
They were available to answer any questions we had and even accommodated our request for a late checkout. This level of detail-oriented service truly made our experience even more positive.
For anyone searching for a relaxing and scenic escape in Flagstaff, this vacation rental is a top choice! The combination of stunning views, excellent amenities, modern updates,
and a fantastic host makes it a perfect place to unwind and recharge.
Secluded enough to feel semi-remote, but still within driving distance of Flagstaff and nearby attractions including some National Monuments. Great view of the mountains from the huge windows, nice relaxing 4-5 person hot tub with massaging jets and color-changing LEDs, fire pit outside by the hot tub, propane grill, even had a covered spot for me to park the RV and plug in to a 30-amp power source on the side of the garage. The RV is low clearance but got into the spot just fine without FWD. Note: This was before the snowy season. Winter conditions may cause little hassle for some vehicles, hard to say. Road in is paved, but long driveway is gravel. Also I don't know if anyone is going to read this far down but the Googe maps directions are a little off once you hit the property, it tells you the driveway in is on West of the property, but it's on the North. Was a little tricky turning the RV around on the small gravel road, but I managed just fine in the end. Great size, good kitchen, good beds, good baths. Eclectic mix of appliances, looks like high-end toilets and bath fixtures, but purchased a few decades ago perhaps. Some things have been updated but it's hard to say when it was built, some rooms have 70s/80s vibes, others more modern. Seems like someone's summer home that was a project for many years, but they have put quite a lot of money into it. Crowning glory is the wall of windows facing the mountains, chefs kiss to that idea.
The house is big and was clean. View of the peaks is great. But the house needs updating. The floors are separating and need to be redone. Mattress pad on bed in master was plastic and noisy. Hot tub was great, but could use more beach towels for that as we only found two.
Beautiful property falling into disrepair. Black mold in back guest suite...health hazard. Plank flooring seperated in spots throughout house...tripping hazard. Outside grounds maintenance needed...fire hazard.
