THE CHARM OF HISTORIC AND ENCHANTING SAINT-GERMAIN (87 mÂČ â€“ 936 sq ft)

An incredible location in the heart of the Saint Germain neighborhood known as the “soul of Paris” just steps away from the Seine River. Saint Germain will forever be the “soul of Paris” and home of the Arts. An ideal location to wander through this neighborhood’s tiny crooked streets and passage-ways and travel back in time and have a cafĂ© at CafĂ© de Flore and Deux Magots in the footsteps of the Lost Generation and New Wave artists, such as Hemingway, Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, Truffaut, Godard


This charming apartment is located in a classic late 1900s building a short walk from Boulevard Saint Germain next to the Seine river and the famous “Pont Neuf” bridge across from the Louvre. An elevator takes you up to this charming apartment comprised of two bedrooms with splittable king size beds, two en suite bathrooms, a separate living room and dining room area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dinning space. It has been entirely and elegantly renovated to create the perfect space for families or larger groups with this exceptional floor plan to make your stay so very charming.

MINIMUM STAY: We do have a one week rental policy, so the weekly rate applies even for shorter stays if the apartment is available for one full week. We can only prorate the nights if the apartment is available for fewer nights between other bookings OR ACCEPT A SHORTER STAY IF REQUESTED AT THE LAST MINUTE. So don't hesitate to check with us, we usually have last minute deals where we can accept a shorter stay without applying the minimum week policy.

Important Notice

The French government has announced they will be banning all AC systems that run on water by October 1st 2025 as it is obviously a huge waste of water and we all have to act on this environmental problem the best we can.
Therefore, as nearly all of our installations are concerned with this new law, We will be stopping the use of such units (to this day they were the only systems we are able to install in old Parisian buildings.) by its legal date. In regards to our guests' comfort, we will provide portable mobile AC units, fans, and air coolers depending on the configurations of the apartment.

Perfect experience

I would definitely stay at this apartment or another managed by Paris Vacation Apartments again. The apartment was in the perfect location in Paris. Close to many of the major attractions in a delightful neighborhood with many great restaurants nearby. The management company met us at the apartment so there were no issues getting in or understanding the logistics of the apartment. The large two bedroom apartment with comfortable two couch living room was great for chatting and relaxing.

Amazing location plus air conditioners as a bonus

The apartment is located just steps away from restaurants and cafes, 10 min from Cite, and 15 min from Louvre. Its great that they equipped every room with air conditioners. I liked modern and clean bathrooms and the kitchen. Mattresses are very good as well. What I did not like: - horrible worn-out pillows that have to be replaced ASAP, - a cleaning crew did really bad because many plated and cups in the kitchen were dirty with particles of food on them, - overall the cleaning was not done well, it felt like many surfaces and the floor had not been cleaned for weeks.

Tranquility in the perfect location

This apartment is the perfect location -we walked everywhere and felt like we were close to the best restaurants and museums. But it was so quiet that we slept better than we ever have on vacation. Fred was so helpful and walked us through how to use everything. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer and the apartment had everything we needed to feel at home. This apartment is large with plenty of space even though we were only three people. This is going to be the place where we stay in Paris from now on. We came to celebrate our daughter's 13th birthday ( the shopping in St. Germain boutiques is incredible!) We loved Le Bon Marche & Galleries Lafayette but the small stores in St. Germain & the Marais are the best!!Thanks for making this a fantastic trip!

THe Best..Location, Apartment layout, Cleanliness, Size and Experience

We loved this apartment. The location was incredible! Great neighborhood! It was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Nice and quiet but near a bustling area. Literally seconds and minutes away from bars restaurants, markets, Paris metro stations. A few minutes walk from Notre Dame. The VRBO team was was great! Emails were responded to within hours. Fanny answered all our questions and set up travel to and from the airport. Pierre was our driver, ask for him. Fred met us at the apartment and walked us through all the amenities. He was really great, we got there early and he supplied us with croissants. If I could make one change
.I’d have stashed longer!

Lovely

This delightful, light-filled apartment is most conveniently located: near attractions, restaurants, metro and lively Rue de Seine. It is superbly quiet, which can be difficult to find in Paris, and although the furnishings are not luxurious, they are comfortable and wonderfully sufficient. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate some cooking and offers a cozy spot for morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

This is a fabulous apartment. Two generously sized bedrooms with large bathrooms included. Comfortable living area and fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The location could not be better with everything you need close by. Its very quiet and the rooms can be darkened for sleeping. 100% perfect.

Perfect apartment in a fantastic area!

I would stay here again. Fred greeted us with all the apartment details and even arranged for transportation to the train station and back to the airport. This apartment has two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Very large for Paris apartments. Great location close to many sights and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Very safe with code access. Having a washer and dryer was nice along with air conditioning. A real Paris experience.
