"Relajarse" (espagnol pour "Relax") offre la vie à la cime des arbres afin que vous puissiez pleinement profiter de la beauté du marais salant et de sa faune! La véranda grillagée de Timbercreek, qui couvre toute la longueur du coin salon, est l'endroit idéal pour siroter votre café du matin ou vous détendre pendant l'happy hour. Profitez des levers et lever de soleil tout en regardant et en écoutant la vie de la crique.

À l'intérieur, les boisés chauds de Timbercreek et le plafond à poutres apparentes vous entourent et rendent l'espace de réunion confortable encore plus confortable. Le plan d'étage ouvert se jette dans la salle à manger qui dispose d'une table confortablement accueillir 6. Adjacent est le bar du petit déjeuner qui offre encore plus de places assises. La cuisine ouverte, dotée de beaucoup d'espace de comptoir en granit pour la préparation des aliments ainsi que d'un évier sous le comptoir, permet au chef de cuisiner et de profiter de la conversation du groupe simultanément.

Cette propriété offre trois chambres spacieuses au même niveau. Le maître est meublé avec un lit king et offre une salle de bain privative ainsi que l'accès à la terrasse privée. La deuxième chambre offre un lit queen et la troisième chambre est équipée de lits jumeaux. Les deux derniers partagent un bain complet et comportent des accents de bois récupérés.

Noisy tenants above.

Upper unit was noisy. Probably due to lack of Floor insulation. Would rent again if we knew the upper unit was vacant. The unit was very nice with a great view.

Beautiful View

This is a nice condo in the Timbercreek neighborhood, located near the lighthouse. It has a stunning view of the beautiful creek from the living room and screened porch. Ideal for a family +/- a dog. Conveniently located midway between the ferry and the shops / restaurants in the middle of the island. We enjoyed our stay.

Timbercreek

Stayed here with my husband and his sister for a little peace and quiet while the adult children and our grandchildren wreaked havoc on a larger place by the beach. The views were lovely and, despite the fact that many units were occupied, it was very quiet (no one upstairs). We chose to join BHI Club for the family, but the pool at TC was never busy. Kitchen was well stocked, including spices. Lots of starter supplies of shampoos, soaps, toilet paper, dw detergent and dish soap, etc. so it seems an earlier review was noted. Because we were between two homes, we actually never even dipped into our own supplies. Thank you for the excess, Nicole. The bed in the primary bedroom was as comfortable as our own. One of those "do I get out of bed?" types in the morning. The rest of the place was very comfortable. Plenty of space for the three of us. Disappointed that the marsh access closest to us was being rebuilt, but no fault of the owner. Has to happen during someone's stay. Communication with Nicole was terrific and timely. Highly recommend.

BHI

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We had four teenagers and they loved riding the bikes and hanging out at the pool. The location was great. Our dogs had a great time at the dog park right across the street. The house was clean and had all the things we needed. Sitting on the screened porch in the morning and evening watching the sun rise and set was lovely. Can't wait to go back!

Great space

First time visiting BHI and our host, Nicole was great answering all my questions. When we arrived the place was nicely updated and very clean. The view was great. If I could find one area it would be to perhaps have the golf cart seats wiped down as part of cleaning process for next guests. Other than that, really great layout and space for our family to relax!

comfy beach condo and peaceful view of the creek

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The view of the marsh and creek are lovely, enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened in deck each morning. Beach decor was fun. Everything clean and tidy. Unit is very close to the Timbercreek pool for the kids. All easy-peasy. Would go back again!

Timber creek is a great location

After years of staying on the ocean we discovered the marsh side of BHI and really enjoy the wildlife. Timber creek is a great location.

Cozy condo

We enjoyed our stay at Timbercreek 19B. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed fishing off the dock located close by. It was too chilly to swim but the pool looked nice. We loved the island and golf carting around everywhere. The lighthouse and sunset on south beach was the highlights of our trip!

Bald Head Island is a terrific experience for Every Age

Can't imagine what more any property could provide to enhance your stay on this island. Interior is fresh, vintage doors are amazing and the screen porch view is wonderful to see the sunrise, small boats and and kayakers. Beds were very comfortable, hardwood floors throughout and plenty of cookware if you want to prepare dinners. Golf carts are in great shape and fast! The Timbercreek community was very friendly and welcoming, but it is a wooded community on a creek so the screen porch is a must have. The Island is very dog friendly. The ability to join the BHI Club on a temp membership is also a must have amenity that comes with this property. Hosts are very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. You will love it. /

Nice location, pretty condo

We enjoyed riding around the island in the golf cart, and the easy access to the marina, the Maritime Market, and the beach. Kitchen seemed well equipped. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Excellent communications. We didn’t use the kayaks because the walkway was being repaired, but I think we will use them next time. Overall we had a great stay.

Great spot to stay.

A very nice condo with a pleasant view of the marsh. There is another condo above it. Those are the only two condos in this building and the ground floor contains laundry and small garage for golf carts. VRBO has the listing as Lighthouse Landing when it's actually in Timbercreek. There is a pool and other condos nearby. Owners/managers are very responsive and in excellent communication at all times. Across the street from the dog park. Lighthouse/ferry is walkable in 15 minutes. The island's market is close too. Recommended.

Really nice details to house

Owner was very good to work with and welcoming. We love the pool at this complex and stay often. This was first time in 19B. Very nice details to the home that were helpful as both my husband and I have some mobility issues. Master shower was bigger than other units, and bathroom counters were not low as many rentals are. Master had handicap height toilet which was really nice. Seemed kitchen area had been enlarged from other units. Refrig opened into the kitchen rather than wall. Very nice pantry. Porch was wonderful with comfy chairs and beautiful view. Would highly recommend this rental. Only negative is cleaning service did not do a good job cleaning/mopping any floors.

Bald Head Island Retreat

The property, location, views, pool, and golf carts were "spot on" we really enjoyed the island and beach. Perfect! Future guests should remember to bring all the cooking essentials, shampoo, and soap. Kitchen is stocked with all the cooking ware you need but due to Covid there are no spices or basic condiments - so bring it or purchase on the island ($$$) Guests should also know all the regular laws apply when cruising around the island in the golf cart - Do Not have an adult beverage!

Gorgeous and Relaxing

What a wonderful week we spent on BHI. The home could not have been better. Very clean and well stocked. The beds and rooms were all very comfortable. More important Nicole was so attentive and helpful. Location was amazing so close to everything and the pool a wonderful bonus. The view is one of the best I have seen on the Island. Waking up to have coffee overlooking the marsh everyday was my absolute favorite. We highly recommend this owner!!!
