The villa comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is arranged over two floors, offering 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, finished to a high modern standard throughout. On entering the ground floor, you’ll find a guest bedroom, a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bright open-plan living and dining area. Large patio doors open directly onto the terrace, garden and pool, creating a seamless and safe indoor-outdoor flow that’s ideal for families. The terrace features a retractable awning for shade and is furnished with a comfortable lounge seating area, sun loungers, and a coal BBQ, perfect for relaxed outdoor living.

The first floor is home to the master suite and two additional guest bedrooms, all featuring fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The master suite also benefits from a dressing area and a private terrace with views over the pool and garden.

The villa is fully equipped for comfort and convenience, including hot and cold vented air conditioning throughout, super-fast 1GB fibre-optic internet, and a smart TV with access to apps such as Rakuten TV and Amazon Prime Video, allowing guests to log in with their own accounts. For guests travelling with young children, a baby travel cot and high chair are also provided.

Firstly, please note that pets and smoking are not permitted inside the property. We also request that guests respect quiet hours, refraining from loud noise after 10 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for all. We kindly ask that that no loud parties are given which may disturb neighbors. Our aim is to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood and the integrity of our property, so we appreciate your cooperation and respect for these guidelines.
