Parfait pour plusieurs familles et réunions de groupe. Nous disposons de 4 chambres (7 lits - 2 lits King size, 2 lits simples et 2 canapés-lits) ainsi que de confortables fauteuils inclinables et des canapés inclinables. Nous avons une belle piscine avec un point d'eau, une salle de jeux, 4K Smart TV dans chaque chambre, Internet haut débit.

Ma place est proche des centres commerciaux, des parcs, des restaurants et des restaurants, du centre sportif de Peoria, du stade de Phoenix et de Lake Pleasant.

À seulement 10 km de Westgate, oĂč vous trouverez de nombreux divertissements, restaurants, films et excellents magasins aux points de vente de Tanger.

Family Vacation

The location is great, not far away from restaurants or grocery stores but in a nice neighborhood. The pool was a delight, especially to cool off from the heat which was a plus. Although spacious, the listing on the site needs major updating.

Backyard and pool area was fantastic for our group. Owner responded quickly to questions and check in/out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend for a reasonably priced option for families and would stay again!

Large home

Great size for multiple families. It is pretty outdated but a good location and plenty of space. The pictures online must be old because the outdoor area has different furniture, no fire table and no trees by the waterfall. Communication with the host was good.

Fire the maintenance team!

What a welcome to the creepy Ring "Lady" saying "Hi, you are being recorded" right away in the driveway. :/ And then to enter the house and see the utter disgusting mess of cleanliness and maintenance. We paid 628 per night and it was awful! The maintenance team needs to be fired....or maybe they need to hire one. * filth and thick layer of dust covering all the ceiling fans* rotting raw chicken in the garbage disposal* rotting baseboards* black mold in the showers--I felt dirtier after taking a shower!* creaky beds: all * awful condition of pans (I went and bought my own)* the "heated" pool was not heated well* the ability to change the pool lights didn’t work-- we were stuck with yellow lights* no cute gas firepit like in photo. I packed s'mores fixings and ended up packing them back up* the cheapest type of lightbulbs -- soooo dim* many lightbulbs missing* uncomfortable futons passing for couches* DISHTV was not working* not allowed to park in garage -- this was not mentioned in the Description ahead of time* dirty and stained carpet that needs to be replaced* open a lower cupboard in the kitchen and you immediately smell the grease smells imminent the room* no air pump for floats* backyard string lights -- not thereshould I keep going? I didn't even mention how the Primary Bedroom Bed is 9 feet tall and you need to pole vault in bed while as the Primary Bathroom counters are the perfect height for an 8 yr old child. Stay away from this house

Older home but clean and great space

The owner needs to update the pictures of this house and needs to be more specific about what is there. It was a clean house, but could use some TLC in some areas like rotting baseboards in the bathrooms, light switches that don’t make sense or don’t turn on any of the lights, etc. The furniture is not what is pictured. The master bed is built for very tall people, but we did find step stools under it on our last day there. Overall, the location of the house and the space that is there is great. We are used to VRBO houses being better maintained and pictures being honest.

In town with family for the week

We had an amazing stay, the house was the perfect size to accommodate my family and I. It was clean, close to the highway and very spacious. Highly recommend!

Fun Place!

We enjoyed our stay, the house is huge, lots to do! Only one pool table stick and all the pillows in the house were no fit for us and our guest.

Decent stay but don’t go off of pictures

The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was nice. The pictures were very deceiving!! In the living room it only had a chair and a futon couch. The pool heater did not work nor did the change of lights for the pool. There were open wires next to the pool that we had to cover with rocks so our kids didn’t step on them with wet feet. The rock on the waterfall was busted on one side and you could see the rebar inside it. There was no gas fire pit outside either. You need to take your own silverware because they only had 4-5 forks and spoons for a house that sleeps 10! My kids were disappointed with the pool being so cold and only having one pool stick to play pool with.

Filthy Frat House

I've stayed in dozens of VRBO properties and this is by far the most deceiving. The photos make it look amazing when in fact it's a beat down frat house that needs a lot of repair and cleaning. The host never responded when I told him three ceiling fans in bathrooms and laundry room screamed when you turned them on. The molding in the bathrooms are rotted from flooding. The towels are old and stained. And the carpeting is disgusting. Needed replacing 20 years ago. Don't be fooled!

This place looks nothing like the pictures. There was mold in the showers, the carpet has never been cleaned and was gross, the A/C vents had fur growing out of them. The whole place was extremely dirty.

Very good Stay

The property was well located, spacious, clean, with many nice kitchen amenities. The property management personnel are nice, friendly an prompt to to reply. As noted in other reviews, we experienced annoying plumbing issues with the upstairs common bathroom and down stairs toilet. The upstairs tub and one sink require an excess amount of force to pull on(small woman/child proof), and the down stairs toilet requires a Very long time to fill for a second flush (5 min+). Like my own home, this house has some quirks, though I would definitely have a quality plumber fix the noted issues. With this said, I would definitely stay here again.

Good and bad

Property is good and loved the pool. However the pictures on the listing were very different from the listing in several ways. Instead of the comfy furniture in the living space, there was one chair and a very uncomfortable futon couch. Not really a sofa since it had little padding and no arms and even if used for sleeping would not be great. In the master bedroom the pics showed a sofa sleeper but again it was the same futon couch. Also in the pics there were several lounge chairs shown by the pool area. There were no lounge chairs at all. Lots of seating and two tables but missed the comfort of lounge chairs, and really missed not having any comfortable indoor seating. The positive is that the office on the first floor showed a sleeper sofa but had a bed so that was great. The house was clean and ac worked wonderful even with 115 temps. Some basic patch work/ paint would help clean up some very worn areas. The host was great responding to a few messages and I wanted to share all these details to help everyone.

Run Down

Positives- Our check in process was easy, pool was awesome and the backyard was enjoyable, especially with the heat. The kids enjoyed the pool table and the first floor full bath and bed we super convenient. Now to the negative. The home has alot of deferred maintenance. The carpet has stains and is worn and filthy. It is not safe or sanitary for small children to crawl around. The first floor bathroom is rotting at the baseboards badly and the familyRoom ceiling fan is broken. The upstairs bathroom shower was non operational and we were not notified nor offered any compensation for the non functional bathroom upstairs. Overall it was a disappointing stay and the home needs some TLC.

Great pool and location

The location was great. We loved the pool and packman. The outdoor fire pit was out of propane so that was a bummer and the gate on the side of the house was broken. I didn’t love that just anyone could walk around the house. The house itself was a little outdated and the pool table was pretty worn. But, over all it was great and we had a great time.

Misrepresented and not what we expected from description

The pool was warm and the house was clean. Otherwise the pictures were very dated. The outside “oasis” of bushes and palm trees doesn’t exist. It was just rocks instead. The living room comfy couches were replaced by a very small chair and hard futon couch. We were very disappointed that the house and the amenities were not what was presented in lictures and descriptions of the location.
