Perfect place to stay with a couple of families! 3 different living areas to relax in. Smart TVs! Awesome backyard with pool, fountain, grass lawn, and huge patio! BBQ, play yard games and cool off in the pool! Walking distance to Peoria Sports Complex for baseball tournaments and Mariners/Padres spring training. 2 mi to P83, shopping, restaurants. 7.9 mi to Cardinals stadium, 8.5 mi to Top Golf! Easy access to freeway for some fun getaways around the valley!

Cute, quite neighborhood. Single family homes. Wide street.

One of the best features of this home is the three separate areas to watch tv, relax and hang out. Very comfortable for multiple families to enjoy a vacation together and have some space in different rooms. Kids can watch a movie upstairs on the landing and parents can play games or watch their own show downstairs.

The backyard is sprawling and creates an inviting space to hang out and enjoy the sunshine! Bocce ball and cornhole games are available to use!

Hightop outdoor table provides a fun spot to dine alfresco!

BBQ provided - owner does not provide propane.

Unfortunately, this property listing was not correct. I needed a 4 bedroom house and this only had 3 bedrooms but was listed as a 4 bedroom. Also, when I opened the couch for my child to sleep on the mattress had blood on it. I reached out to the owner and they did discount some money off. They ordered a new mattress but it didnt arrive until the day before checkout. This was the most disgusting thing I ever experienced in my years of renting property. The house had a moldy smell when you first enetered it. My son spilled some koolaid in the kitchen. I thought I cleaned it up good but I was told some got in the drawer. How? I dont know smh so I was charged 80.00 for that which was RIDICULOUS! 1 of the televisions didnt work at all. I changed the remote batteries and it still wasn't working. Some of the things were broken in the house. The shade was missing pieces that was just laid on the side. The pantry door wouldn't completely open. I personally woud never recommend this spot to anyone because of the bad experience I encountered. I will say that the owner was friendly but that doesn't excuse how the property was.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly strive to provide every guest with a five-star experience, and we're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We want to provide some additional context for future guests. The home is accurately advertised as a three-bedroom home with a separate sleeping space in the loft and the listing clearly reflects the available sleeping arrangements. Regarding the sleeper sofa mattress, we sincerely apologize. Our cleaners were unaware that the sofa bed had been used before your stay, so they unfortunately missed the stain when preparing the home. As soon as you notified us, we immediately apologized, ordered a brand-new replacement mattress, issued a refund for the inconvenience, and even offered to move your family to another one of our nearby properties at no additional cost. We always act quickly to resolve unexpected issues whenever they arise. As for the cleaning charge, unfortunately a significant amount of sugary drink had seeped into the kitchen cabinetry and drawers, requiring additional deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover. We only assess additional cleaning fees for extra. We understand that every guest's experience is unique, and while we're disappointed that we were unable to earn a higher rating despite our efforts to make things right, we're proud that our many other reviews consistently reflect the level of care, responsiveness, and hospitality we provide.

Spring Training Launch Pad

The property was very clean, comfortable and convenient for our 30th year trip to Seattle Mariners Spring Training. Three adult couples enjoyed the accommodations within walking distance of the Peoria Sports Complex. Many meals (breakfast and dinner) were enjoyed outside on the patio. We will try to book this property again next year.

The house is very close to the Mariners and Padres Spring Training facility at the Peoria Sports Complex. I'm so glad you were able to have a great time on your trip! Go Mariners! Book soon for next year because we fill up really far in advance for spring training. :)

Awesome Family VRBO

This was an awesome family vacation house. It is very spacious, with comfortable bedrooms, huge kitchen and family area, plus living, dining room area. It was very clean. The house is in a residential, safe area, near restaurants, shopping and stadiums. The property manager was very prompt in answering any questions about the property. I highly recommend this property and the property manager.

Baseball Tournament

My family booked this great property near my son’s baseball tournament. Host was quick to answer my questions and home was just as listed. It was clean and in a quiet area near lots of shopping and eateries. The pool was an added bonus in the Arizona heat!

The home is beautiful, the area is safe and VERY convenient to anything you might need. We wish the pool had been heated so we could have enjoyed it. My boys did get in a few times and we did a family polar plunge resulting in a great picture though. Love your cute coffee and wine signs although we had to go buy a wine opener The home also has a strainer now too. Other than that the kitchen supplies were adequate. We truly had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back (hoping you did decide to put a pool heater in ). Thank you for making our vacation a very special time. GO MARINERS!!!
