This classic 2 bedroom, 1-bathroom Andalusian apartment is the ideal place to have some fun in the sun. Situated in the popular Pueblo Evita in Benalmadena Costa, you’ll have the choice of pools, a separate bar and clubhouse, while only being 300 meters from the beach!



This charming apartment has two bedrooms and sleeps a total of 4 people, so perfect for that family trip away. The master bedroom has a double bed and full wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, with two single mattresses and a full closet for storage. Both bedrooms are air conditioned as the apartment has air conditioning throughout.



The living and dining area is bright and comfortable. It is furnished with an ample sofa, perfect for lazy days and there is a smart TV if you need an evening to recharge. The dining set can seat 4 people comfortably and there is wifi installed.



The apartment also comes with its own private terrace. Its view overlooks the always vibrant Benalmadena. There are 2 sun loungers and a sun umbrella so you can catch the sun in private. There’s an outdoor dining set for those al fresco moments to enjoy the warm evenings with a cool drink. And you’ll have your own BBQ to rustle up some tasty treats.



The complex and apartments have a charming Andalusian style. There is a swimming pool to cool off in and a separate children’s pool. On site there is a clubhouse and restaurant if you want to eat out without travelling too far. Open 09:00-21:00 out of season and open late until 23:00 during the summer. There is a separate pool bar open for the summer, an on-site supermarket and laundry.



Please note there is no lift in Pueblo Evita and you must climb steps to get to the apartment.



Not far from the complex there is the Mercadona supermarket and tennis courts just across the road. Benalmadena itself hosts a large variety of restaurants, bars and clubs. You’re also never far from the beach and Mediterranean.



The train station for those arriving from the airport is located in Arroyo de la Miel town centre. For day trips this train can connect you to Fuengirola and Malaga city, so you can explore the whole coast with ease.
