Sunshine Cottage, récemment rénové, est un charmant bungalow de 2 chambres / 1 salles de bain situé au cœur du centre-ville de Dunedin. Petits chiens admis, pas de chats. Les tarifs comprennent: les services publics, l’Internet haut débit / wifi et les soins de la pelouse. La propriété comprend: un lit principal avec un lit king size et une télévision par câble, un lit d'appoint avec 2 lits jumeaux. Salle de bain a baignoire avec douche. Draps et serviettes fournis. Beaucoup de stockage disponible. Profitez d'un salon confortable avec Smart TV de 50 "et salon / salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Il y a une cuisine bien équipée avec tous les appareils mis à jour et une buanderie séparée avec une grande laveuse et une sécheuse. Profitez de la jolie et spacieuse cour clôturée ou de la terrasse avec barbecue. Promenez-vous au centre-ville pendant 2 minutes pour profiter de nombreux restaurants, bars et boutiques ou empruntez le sentier Pinellas situé à une minute à pied du chalet. Conduisez 15 minutes au sud pour profiter de l'amusement de Clearwater Beach, à 10 minutes au nord la beauté de l'île de lune de miel et le ferry pour la sérénité de l'île de Caladesi. La proximité du centre-ville ne devient pas meilleure que celle-ci - c'est LE lieu idéal pour profiter des plaisirs du centre-ville de Dunedin - élue l'une des meilleures petites villes d'Amérique.

Super clean place to stay & so very convenient to downtown area of Dunedin. House had everything very organized for what we needed. Host was easy to communicate with on all the details & answered all of our questions. We highly recommend this property.

The cottage was lovely, exactly what we were looking for. Quiet neighborhood, near a bike rental shop, the Pinellas Trail, and walking distance to restaurants. My only issue was parking was a small bit of a challenge (tight driveway) but parking easily found and accessible on the left side of the street. Sophie was quick to respond to all our questions. I can’t wait to return to the cottage and Dunedin.

Great little house! Only thing i would suggest is bring your own pillows. Some of the pillows were very uncomfortable. But the overall stay was great! You can walk everywhere from this location! And the host was very kind. Thank you, we will be back

Dunedin Cottage Stay

What a wonderful stay I had at this property! Big enough to be comfortable, yet small enough to feel like home. Everything you need was provided. Location was the best! Just a couple of blocks to almost anything you could want or need. I miss my walks already, sigh. If you are looking for a carefree, comfortable place in a great location, this is the cottage for you. Enjoy!!!

Absolutely Charming

Pickets Cottage is the perfect place for enjoying all Dunedin has to offer. Turn left from the front gate, and you're 2 blocks from the restaurants and shops, or 1 block from the Pinellas Trail. Turn right, and you're in a lovely vintage neighborhood with brick streets and stunning live oaks. The house had all we needed for a comfortable month-long stay, lots of storage and beautifully decorated with casual charm. The fenced front yard is perfect for hanging out with the dog and visiting with passers by. Sophie is a wonderful host and very responsive to any inquiries. We've been visiting Dunedin for 12 years or so, and the cottage is the best place we've stayed by far. Can't wait to come back!

A perfect home in a perfect location!

If I could give this more stars in every category, I would! We are already planning to stay here next year. You could not ask for more! From the minute you open the door, you feel like you're at home. It's beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Spotless, too! Loved the outdoor living space (4 chairs around the firepit) out back, and the two chairs in front of the house (where my husband and our dog sat every day for lunch and people-watching). Have the fenced-in front yard was great! The street where this house is located is quiet and filled with lovely houses (and lovely people; we met and talked to many during our two-week stay). It's just a few blocks from the heart of beautiful Dunedin -- the site of art shows, farmers' markets, charming shops and restaurants, and the marina (where we saw manatees!) And to top it off, the owner was super-responsive (as far as a few questions we had) and proactive (sending us recommendations and ideas). In short, this is a perfect 10, as far as we're concerned!

Beautiful property with a great location!

We loved Palms Cottage! The house was beautiful and on a very nice and quaint neighborhood street. We loved the fun beachy wallpaper in the bedrooms, and the entire property was modern and super clean. The location was perfect for quick walks (2 short blocks!) to downtown Dunedin with its cute cafes and shops, and to the marina. The washer and dryer were so convenient to have, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. We had easy and quick communication with the owner, who was very kind and helpful. Honeymoon Island and Caladesi were wonderful and about 10 minutes away. We also rented bikes and rode on the Pinellas Trail, which is close by. We would 100% stay here again, and hope to!

Our recent stay at this charming cottage in Dunedin, Florida was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm and tranquility of this hidden gem. This picturesque coastal town, combined with the exceptional hospitality, made for a truly memorable and relaxing vacation. The decor was tastefully done, immaculately clean, and every detail had been thoughtfully attended to, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. Sophie was friendly, attentive, and always available to assist with any inquiries or requests we had. Her genuine warmth and dedication to customer satisfaction truly made us feel valued as guests. The cottage itself was equipped with all the conveniences we needed. clean, cute and comfy in downtown Dunedin

Had a great stay at Sophie's place despite being there during Hurricane Ian. Everything was clean and comfy, as described in the listing. Sophie kept in close contact with advice during the storm; cottage maintained power supply the whole time. It was a great location - we easily walked to the waterfront (near the marina and Bon Apetit restaurant), Main St restaurants and shops and the Pinellas trail. Weather was great after Ian left. Neighbors were friendly and we felt safe here, good parking spot for our car. Fenced front yard for our small pup. Thanks a lot for your hospitality!

Beyond expectations!

Even though the photos On the web site adequately reflect the cottage, it becomes more amazing once you step inside. The cozy, homey atmosphere wraps around you. It is clean and uncluttered. The upscale appliances and fixtures are a bonus. It is well stocked with the basics upon your arrival. Sophie and her husband are very responsive to any requests. It is apparent that they want your experience to be memorable. The location of the cottage is just as perfect as the cottage. It is located a half a block from Pinellas trail (a 38 mile walking and bike path) It is located a block and half from downtown Dunedin where you can experience a variety of art fairs and farmers markets as well as restaurants, bars and gift shops. The Toronto Blue Jays stadium is just a few blocks in the opposite direction. Dunedin is a very alive community. Even though downtown area is so near, the cottage is located on a fairly quiet street. I felt very safe in the area as well as in the cottage. I would certainly return as well as highly recommended it to my friends.

A gem in Dunedin!

We stayed at Sunshine Cottage the month of November and loved everything about it. The cottage is so adorable, comfortable, bright and cheery. We ate out a lot but found everything we needed when we decided to stay home and cook. Great spaces for the two of us and for our granddaughter when she came for weekend sleepovers! The cottage has a beautiful fenced in front yard which became our go-to-place to sit with a glass of wine after a busy day. Evenings in the neighborhood were peaceful and quiet. One of the great benefits of the cottage is its proximity to downtown Dunedin and Honeymoon Island State Park (our favorite beach for swimming and sunsets and for fishing). There are so many restaurants, shops, breweries, parks, the marina and even the Pinellas Trail for walking/biking....all within minutes away. Sophie has done a wonderful job decorating the cottage, maintaining it so well...it was a super home away from our MN home and we look forward to returning next year! Thanks Sophie for a wonderful stay and for being such an good host. Karen and Nino

Beautiful house - it was perfect for us

We enjoyed a great time in this house with our two preschool children. Everything is as you can see on the photos: clean, beautiful and completely furnished. Thanks to the great location you can quickly reach the shops, restaurants, harbour or playground. Dunedin and this beautiful house were perfect for our two-week stay. Although we never met Sophie, everything went smoothly. She was always available and a great hostess.

A lovely stay at Sunshine Cottage

We were so fortunate to be the “inaugural “ tenants of this newly renovated house. Sunshine Cottage is bright, welcoming, and very, very comfortable. Rustic yet chic, its interior is immediately inviting and exceptionally well executed. This rental is beautifully situated for exploring Dunedin on foot, and there is plenty going on in this small town: We enjoyed concerts, festivals, craft fairs, and the farmers market as well as spring training baseball games, the Fat Tuesday parade, and the St. Patrick’s Day town party. Every one of these activities was within easy walking distance of Sunshine Cottage. The local hop on/hop off trolley system transports riders along the Tarpon Springs-Clearwater Beach corridor and is inexpensive, fun, and easy to use. The adventurous enjoy the connector routes to St. Pete Beach and even further south to Pass-a-Grille. A marvelous ambassador for visitors, Sophie is an outstanding hostess. We had an excellent time and absolutely and enthusiastically recommend a stay at Sunshine Cottage!

The cottages may share the same driveway but otherwise they are private from one another.

Why Dunedin? Originally from the UK, my husband and I visited much of Florida before choosing to call Dunedin home. During our decade of living in the town we particularly enjoyed its friendly, hospitable people and the many fun activities to enjoy both in downtown and on the water. Combine this with the easy driving distances to Clearwater Beach, St Petersburg and Tampa and its no surprise why Dunedin is such a well-loved town and an increasingly popular destination for travelers looking for that village feel on the water.

As Owner and host, I will be your main point of contact throughout your stay (available day or night by phone/text) with a ready, willing and able on-the-ground team available to assist you locally if the need arises.
