Lovely vintage home in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Dunedin. Upscale decorating, clean, and had essentials available. For a longer stay, the washer and dryer is there. Close drive to beaches, walkable to many restaurants. Laren is on it if you need anything.
Great location near Main Street, plenty of eateries, live music, and the Pinellas Trail/bike rental. Easy access to property and quick communication from Laren. A perfect long weekend getaway!
Wonderful from the start to finish. The cottage was beautifully decorated. It felt like we were in an entirely different life style. So relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommend staying there. Great restaurants, shops and activities. Even though we couldnât bring our dogs I enjoyed seeing all the dogs that did come. Dunedin is a lovely town.
This house is perfect! We loved our stay. Location is right off of Main Street and within walking distance to everything. We will definitely stay again!
Nice placed to enjoy many activities in Florida sunshine. Appreciated not always needing a car since town is literally right there. This location is also fantastic for anyone who enjoys bicycling since Pinellas Bike trail is nearby.
The house was very old and in need of some repairs; doors not staying shut, some electrical outlets not working, missing light bulbs. The biggest complaint was that the tv service was horrible. Thousands of stations, none which are any good. It had a nice kitchen and nice porches. Nicely decorated. It was in a very good location, a very short walk to Main Street.
Location is great - walk 2 minutes to main Street. Cottage was very clean inside but the exterior was in very rough shape - could use a little TLC outside. Back yard was full of palm tree limbs and not kept up - made it unuasable.
Easy walk to downtown Dunedin a block off main street. Well stocked kitchen with dishes and pots/pans. Washer, Dryer, and dishwasher worked well. Host very responsive to inquiries. Muffled music sounds from venues on main street on weekends and special events but quiet after 10:00 p.m.
We booked this house for a month long stay. It could not have been a more perfect location for us. It is literally around the corner from the main street restaurants, bars and shops. We walked everywhere. The house was nicely remodeled. Fresh paint and sea side decor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed - except groceries. The air conditioning worked great and the king bed was very comfy. The front porch was nice for evening drinks and relaxation. In the back is a huge deck with dining table. Perfect for evening dinners.
Laren, our host, was great. We stayed in constant contact as hurricane Milton was scheduled to arrive at the beginning of our stay. Laren was flexible and worked with us as we delayed arrival until after the hurricane passed and electricity was restored. She was great.
This house is a gem. We will definelty be back.
This was a great place to stay. The listing manager was responsive with any questions that arose. The unit is smallish but cozy for 2- sleeps 4 comfortably, and is in a convenient location near Main St shops and restaurants. We found it to be comfortable and contained most everything needed. Noise was not an issue despite being close to Main St, although a few nights we could hear music and a few party goers, but was usually quiet by 11 pm. Appliances relatively new and worked well. Internet was great. Suggestions for improvement include clean up of tree matter all over the yard and include 2 beach chairs, cooler and a blanket. A grill for outdoor would also be nice.
Although the location was great. I was very disappointed when I first arrived.
The house was not clean and had an odor because there had been pets there.
I think the owner could have checked on the house since she is just around the corner. She said her cleaning lady was having issues. I say when it comes to business there should be backups.
She said that they were not used to renting to people for long periods of time, which in my case was 2 months.
I will say that anything I required she immediately got for me.
Once again I say the location is great đ I love Dunedin.
Adorable cottage! Great communication from owner. Walking distance to great restaurants and boutiques. We loved it and will come back again! Thanks so much!
My 14 year old daughter and I had a great stay at this house, it was perfect for us. I can't say enough about the location.
it was a short walk to main st. where there are a lot of really great restaurants. Easy walking distance to the marina where it was quiet but there was also activity. boats coming and going fisherman returning. There are a couple restaurants on the water there that are really good. Really great little pier to check out the sunsets and watch boats.
short drive to honeymoon island which is a really chill beach. Its really pretty and the water is warm. its a very calm beach with no real break for surfing. This beach is more of a flat that stays shallow for some ways and you can walk out and feel safe. 8 dollar parking and there is a ton of it. unlike clearwater which is just packed with people and the parking is minimum 30 dollars if you can find it.
This is one of the first VRBO trips I have had where I did not even need to contact the host at all. Stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer made it really nice. we were able to travel with just carry ons and do a load of laundry. If we return to Dunedin we will be booking this place for sure.
Larenâs place was fabulous! She had everything you could possibly want and need on hand. It was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the location was amazing!! Everything is walking or biking distance away. This is a fabulous place; highly recommend!
We have personally stayed in this home and it's such an amazing spot to walk home from the towns festivities and excellent restaurants and bars. Ask for suggestions! We have lived in the area for 22 years.
